3rd Stay here great hotel. This hotel is great value for money. Everything about it is spot on. I'm used to staying in 5 star hotels regularly around the world and I always enjoy this hotel as much as any. Its also in a great location, just a 4 minute walk from the old town :)

Would highly recommend this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, food was good and reasonably priced. Staff were helpful and pleasent. Hotel is located be right beside the old city with the tram and bus stops only 5 minutes away. It is also convenient to cycle path and park. Would stay there again!

We had five wonderful days in the beautiful old town of Tallinn. The stay was partly successful because we stayed at Medina Inn Illmarine. We can recommend it warmly, and we would especially mention the restaurant staff.They were really smiling and service minded.Det only pulled down a little was that it should have been two reclining chairs in the hotel room, and reception staff were a bit stiff. But overall, a top hotel for an incredible pris.Vi would like to come back here!

For a foreigner in Tallinn, using public transportation and walking, Ilmarinen is a good fit. During Holiday travel season, prices are extraordinary (for the Russian tourists in mind). In the years past, I stayed here for a lot less.

Stayed three nights and was very satisfied; the hotel represents good value for money, it's a walkable disance from the Old Town and public transport as well. I normally don't eat in hotel restaurants but would definitely recommend this one - the food was delicisous!

Hotel was very good value for the money. Nice, clean and quiet and quite close to the old town. One of the nights we tried the hotel restaurant and were very impressed with the food. Almost as good as the food in the Bocca restaurant (another Italian restaurant in Tallinn) but at a much lower price. We plan to go back to Tallinn in the summer and will probably stay at this hotel again.

Just returned from a brilliant 4 night stay at Domina Ilmarine. Found the hotel to be superb value for money. Excellent ambience and spotlessly clean. Staff were polite and very helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful and all tastes were catered for. Location of the hotel is amazing. Only a short walk into the beautiful old town and close to the port for the ferry to Finland. A real must visit restaurant is the Kohvik Moon situated only 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Can't wait to visit Tallinn again.

all in all a good hotel with nice staff and location, one of the beds in our room had a bad matrass wich disturbed my girl friends sleep. The breakfast was ok, but not the best I've encountered.

A 5 minute walk to Old Town and very close to the Port. Parking included. Good breakfast.

myself and a friend stayed here for 3 nights, amking a great city break into a fantastic time. The hotel and its staff were pleasant and helpful throught and the location was so close to old town walls. i would gladly recommend my stay here to anyone.

The hotel is just outside of the old walled area of Tallinn - restaurants here are significantly cheaper than inside the walls, including this hotel's restaurant. It was very easy to walk to Fat Margaret to wander around the town, or to take the tram from the adjacent stop to the Kunst museum. Wifi in the hotel was a bit slow, needed to request more pillows, otherwise great stay!

This is a great hotel for location, quality of the room and service. It is across the street from the entrance into the Old Town and there is a grocery store and pharmacy a block away. The hotel is a short bus ride from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast had lot of variety and we ate dinner in the hotel 3 nights because it was so delicious and presented beautifully. Would definitely return - very impressed.

This was a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. The young lady at the front counter was unpleasant and not very helpful but I spoke to the manager and had that cleared up. They would not check me in until 2pm but had a room to store my backpack. The hotel is only a mile from the ferry terminal and two blocks from Old Town. Old Town was phenomenal, lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was included in my hotel booking and was a wonderful buffet with eggs, meats, cheeses and pastries.

The Domina Inn Ilmarine is a great value. Location is a short, convenient walk away from the Old Town. It's also a reasonable walk from the Tallink Ferry Terminal. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was a bit confusing to find the entrance which is not accessible from the main street. You must enter the stone gate from the side street.

Nice Hotel in good convenient location near to the Old Town. Rooms modern, comfortable and very clean. Large comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Good choice at breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, 2 minutes walk to old town and right beside the ferry to Helsinki which is a great day trip idea when in Tallinn. €2 bus from airport stops at train station and hotel is five minutes walk from there. so handy. Plenty to eat for breakfast but don't get down too late as all the good stuff might be gone! overall good value for money, Nothing special about the character of the rooms, its not a plush hotel and there was a bit of cracking on our ceiling but was not something to worry about unless you are very fussy. Showers were really big which was great and industrial character of exterior of hotel is pretty cool. would definitely recommend it if visiting tallinn!

The location of this hotel is good and close to the old town as well as the Linda Line ferry terminal. The rooms themselves are pretty basic but functional. The staff on reception were frosty at best and the breakfast was basic but sufficient. Stay here if you want a cheap option in a good location. If you want something more (like a smile on arrival) then you might want to look elsewhere.

5 mins walk to the old town and ferry terminal D. Across the road from tram stop. hotel staff were very helpful,they were constantly topping up the breakfast buffet which was excellent. It was spotless everywhere in the hotel, even though it was on a busy road it was very quiet, blackout blinds great. The bed was very comfy and new and the bedding and towels were top quality. There are some fantastic restaurants, bars and museums within walking distance. A bonus for anyone over 65 is free transport in Tallin and local area on buses,trams and trolleys.Abook of 10 tickets from the KIOSK was only 6.95 euros, good value when a single ticket was 1.6 euros. The hotel is on the no2 bus route from the airport and get off at terminal D and walk the 5/10 mins to the hotel.

Good hotel, good location within walking distance of old town, staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were delicious with a large and varied choice. No complaints on this hotel.

Was a little tricky to find this hotel but once we did we found it nice and close to the old part of Tallinn. View from our room was non-existent as the hotel is built inside another older building, so our window looked at the back of the outside wall, not that this really mattered! hotel was warm, friendly and clean. Unfortunately the sauna, spa etc that we hoped to use had to be paid for separately at quite a large cost. Overall though good value for money and a great stay in Tallinn

Great value for money here compared to Finland/Sweden. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room and good breakfast. Great location, easy walk to ferry, and just outside the old town. Was a little noisy on the Friday night but it was the weekend!

Found the hotel and staff to be everything you would hope for. The rooms were clean and modern, the hotel had a lot of character being a converted factory (parts at least) and it was very peaceful and relaxing. Our visit was in October so it was relatively quiet which probably helped too. Good breakfast too!

I was very surprised by this hotel, it wasn't far from the old town and easy to get to by tram and bus from the airport. The rooms were clean and airy and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was lovely and had a huge variety of things to choose from. Service was impeccable. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel. Comfortable beds, very clean, delicious breakfast buffet. Very close to both the ferry terminal and to Old Town--can walk to both in less than 5 minutes.

This hotel is in a perfect location for the 5 minute walk into old town, and tram service to the beach ect... I found the staff most helpful, especially Helen and Kuellke. They were superb. The air-con was inoperable at the time, luckily I missed the heat wave.

Hotel located close to old town and easy access to trams. Standard breakfast. Tastefully decorated rooms. Unfortunately my room had very poor air conditioning and my window was locked. Wi-fi didn't work in room and needed cable. Shower tile grouting in need of good clean.

I have stayed at the Ilmarine before and it is an excellent location and an excellent value. However, on this stay I was very uncomfortable. Amazingly, for such a recently renovated hotel, there is no air-conditioning. 362 days a year this is probably no problem as the climate in Tallinn is fairly mild. During my stay, however, it was unseasonably hot. The hotel is not air-conditioned, and my room faced in interior courtyard, so my window opened up to the enclosed courtyard and there was no access to outside air. The temperature cooled off in the evening--but no in my room since I had no fresh air from outside--so I had to sweat out the evening in an extremely warm room with no fresh air. I still like this hotel a lot, but I would hesitate to book a room there in July/August in the future.

located close to old town which is the major attraction in Tallinn. clean rooms, Internet available for customers free of charge in the lobby. helpfull staff.

Rena rymliga rum. Frukost med det mesta. Ung personal som för det mesta var mycket tillmötesgående. Perfekt läge för promenader i Tallinn. Nära gamla stan. Tyvärr fick man inte "bubbla" utan att bada bastu. Prisvärt!!

Hotelli oli aivan kävelymatkan päässä satamasta (n. 5min) ja keskustasta (n. 15min). Mukava henkilökunta, ei ilmeisestikään kovin kielitaitoinen; kukaan ei puhunut suomea, osa englantia. Aivan ihana hotelli ja aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen! Suosittelen myös kauneushoitolan puolta, todella mukavat työntekijät!

To kvinner på en lang behandlings helg var veldig fornøyde med hotellet ift. renhet og super hjelpsom resepsjon personale. Spa behandlinger på hotellet var ok men vil ikke anbefales. Beliggenhet er sikkert bedre i sommer når folk dele mellom strande og gamleby.

Halvimmassa hintaluokassa ei ole parivuoteita,onneksi suostuivat siirtämään meidät parempaan huoneeseen ja saimme parivuoteen. Paremmassa huoneessa ei ollut sähköä,lopulta 2,5 tunnin kuluttua saivat korjaajan paikalle ja sähköt alkoivat toimimaan.

Edullinen laatuun nähden, joskin hieman syrjässä "turistirysistä", mikä voi olla myös etukin. Hotellista kuitenkin lyhyt matka satamaan ja esim. Kalamajan ja Koplin alueelle tutustumaan hieman keskustaa erilaiseenkin kaupunkiin. Huoneen siivous meni muuten hyvin, mutta nurkkiin kerääntyi jo ylimääräistä.

Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli. Huoneessa pimennysverhot, mikä oli hyvä kun halusimme nukkua pitkään.Aamupala oikein hyvä,vaikka ei niin hirmuisen runsaasti ollut valinnanvaraa.Siivooja tuli liian aikaisin, aukaisi vaan oven ja astui sisään, poistui sitten anteeksipyydellen kun huomasi, että ollaan nukkumassa.

Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli josta lyhyt matka keskustan nähtävyyksiin. Autopaikka on iso plussa. Aamupala tavanomainen, riittävä. Ruoan listahinnat hyvin kohtuulliset. Tarjoilu oli ripeää. Asiakkasta pidettiin hyvä huoli. Miinusta oli se, että tupakanhaju kantautui huoneeseen jos piti ilmastoinnin täydellä teholla. Palaamme hotelliin toistekin ! Terv. Paljon Tallinnassa yöpyneet matkaaja

Siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla vanhan kaupungin lähistöllä. Hotellin ruoka edullista ja maukasta. Aamiainen myös maukas. Henkilökunta ystävällinen. Hotellissa sijaitseva kampaamo edullinen ja todella ammattitaitoinen kampaaja!

Отель очень понравился, находится в пешей доступности от Старого города. Завтраки были хорошие- можно было до вечера о еде не думать. Номера убирались ежедневно и очень чисто. Для некоторых может быть неудобством- половина персонала на ресепшене русскоговорящие, другая половина англоговорящие. Так что надо уметь объяснить в двух словах на английском что ты хочешь. Вблизи отеля находятся отличные рестораны и пабы. Рекомендуем сходить в морской музей-через дорогу от отеля. В целом отель очень понравился, если поедем еще-то туда!

Domina inn ilmarinen on mukavan lähellä keskustaa ja vanhaa kaupungin osaa. Ostospaikat ovat myös lähellä. .
