Best value, great location

Great location to where I needed to be. Staff was very friendly, but not always helpful - given incorrect info. etc.

reasonably priced. room is small but everything one wouldneed.

right in the heart of downtown Chicago. Very clean, quiet and nice ambience!

the room and hotel were as described on website, just as expected. the room was clean and correct, even if not very large (big enough for 2 adults though). the tv was a big loud (white noise), but nothing really annoying.

I stayed for one night. It was comfortable. The only issue I had is some strange odor in the corridor. But, once in the room, it was nice and clean.

I just stayed here (4/28/2012-5/1/2012). It was in a great location. Just 2? blocks from the L, few blocks from the art museum, a good mile walk to Mag mile, a few blocks from Millennium Park, and good 10 or so walk from the mega bus drop-off/pick-up. It was clean, convenient, and in a great location. Safe area. Great view. Friendly.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are a bit small but I didn't go to Chicago to sit in a hotel room so it works just fine, Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and you really can't beat the price for such a great location.

I only had a day and a half to spend in downtown Chicago after a convention in Lombard. I only had time to catch the Art Gallery and then caught Jersey Boys at night. Basically, I wished for more time there. The Hotel was very nice, with attentive staff, and was situated very well for my needs.

I really like the proximity to the train and the size of the room. The price was reasonable considering where it is located and the room size.

This is by far the best location in Chicago for downtown theatre events, museum, concerts, etc.

I have stayed at severl Club Quarters hotels now and have enjoyed every stay. This particular location was close to the Blue Line, straight from O'Hare airport. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of check-in with the kiosks in front. The room was comfortable, bed was just right. I also liked the option to fill up the empty water bottles next to the elevator, rather than being charged $8.50 (or whatever ridiculous fee other hotels charge) for a bottle in the room. Thanks! I hope to return soon.

Stayed one night while traveling through Chicago for a trade show. The location was fantastic! Centrally located in the heart of Downtown Chicago, the hotel made it convenient to get around to all the tourist spots (as well as the convention center). The hotel is a bit old but well maintained and very clean. The big downside is the expensive valet parking (self-parking is two blocks away) but I guess the price is fairly standard compared to any other hotel located in Downtown Chicago.

The Club Quarters on Adams is conveniently located for the south loop area. Parking costs are reasonable for downtown Chicago. The room was quiet and comfortable, though certainly not luxurious. Internet fast, reliable and free. Altogether a good option for a downtown stay without breaking the bank.

Was pleased with the stay. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and stylish. Only negative was that they held $90 on your card for incidentals which I thought a bit excessive. I didn't have any such charges so it was released upon checkout. Stayed in a more expensive hotel in Chicago for a conference, and really kicked myself for not saving money by staying at Club Quarters. Was a much better price for just a tad smaller room.

Clean comfortable room, very helpful staff, excellent on-site restaurant plus good takeout service from several nearby places. I was in Chicago on business but also wanted to do some sightseeing, and the hotel was only a short walk from all the major attractions. The only thing on my wish list for this fine hotel would be a small fridge in the room. Overall, though, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Club Quarters. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The vallet service was a must as getting around in a car was quite difficult, lots of traffic. The service was wonderful. We walked just a few blocks to some great restaurants and close to the park.

great way to stay in downtown Chicago

Conveniently located in Chicago's Central Loop. Rooms are small, but adequate if you're not going to spend a lot of time in the room. Clean and safe. Coffeemaker in room, chilled purified water on each floor, and free wireless are handy, though the ethernet cable connection wasn't working in my room. English-style pub right downstairs. Not much of a lobby. Overall, good for business travel, and reasonably priced.

Great location, nice staff, convenient location near Michigan Ave. The adjacent restaurant was delightful.

The room is simple and to the point. The room was small but perfect for those who dont hang out at the hotel only. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for business travelers

I’ve enjoyed my stay at this boutique style hotel. The room was on a smaller side, but comfortable enough for two guests. Clean, recently updated furnishings, smaller bathroom, but very efficient layout: it had everything you need. The only downside I had was the lock of sound insulation in between the adjacent rooms. I could hear guests’ conversations from two adjacent rooms… even quite, romantic one's.

Everything was great from room size to location! No complaints we enjoyed the stay! The customer service was great as well!!

Unbelievable value for the price. Cute and clean. My new Chicago hotel.

Room okay except it was smoking (we asked for non-smoking) and there was no heat (apparently thermostat control wasn't working). Room was over alley with dumpsters, very noisy until about 1am apparently from hotel's restaurant.

My stay was better than expected since I had never heard of your facility. Room was very clean and everything worked. Quality of service from both front desk and valet personnel was great! Whenever I'm back in Chicago, this will be my lodging destination. EXCELLENT!

A bargain at twice the price. Comfy bed - all the amenities (shower only no tub in my room) - Go to the Elephant and Castle downstairs for food - you won;t be dissapointed. Good for working - has workstations downstairs with and wtihout PCs. Fast Internet (wired and wireless) - fastest Check in EVERwtih great assistance and helpful ad friendly personnell and free parking on the street from Fri 6PM to Mon 8AM.
