Only stayed one night mid-week but found the hotel to be quiet, clean and desk clerk was helpful and courteous. Googled directions for me when I asked. Only request is that they provide a breakfast and build it into their price. Would stay there again. Great price through Hotels.com

this hotel is tucked away in a good, safe and commercial neighborhood, and there is plenty of parking. Hotel exterior and hallways look like they were reniovated a few years ago. however, you won't get a 'special deal' unless you stay 7 days (they drop a few bucks per day) which is not appealing (it is really not geared for long term folks). Rooms are not renovated and look dated. We stayed for 5 nights. There are no free breakfasts or any restaurants for that matter. there are no room service (no sheet changes, daily maid service) which is very annoying. our room smelled like urine, which made us but some disinfectant to spary the carpet. I won't recommend it for long term stay. Hilton is next door & is worth a try.

Convenience and value - great! However noise in surrounding rooms was an issue. Three of the lamps were without functioning light bulbs.

This was our first time staying at an Extended Stay hotel and we were very pleased. After reading the previous reviews, I didn't know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel in general and our room were quite nice. Nothing fancy but more than adequate. Room was nice and clean. My only recommendation for improvement would be to get better quality mattresses and pillows. They were sufficient for a good sleep but were on the lower end of what I've experienced in other hotel chains. Overall this was a great stay and we will stay here again!

Although I booked a none smoking room, I was assigned smoker room. They eventually reassigned me to another room but that one had a curry smell and finally to top it all, I forgot some clothes in the room when I left, called few minutes later only to told that they did not find anything in the room.

Arrived late in evening prepared to sleep. Bedding was soiled, hairs on sheets and in barhroom. Will not stsy there again

I understand very well that everyhotel, airlines, etc. are cutting back on supplies, I was schocked that I did not have one of those packets to make a cup of corree in the morning. Had plenty of sugar, but no coffee or cream. Most people carry their own toiletries but not coffee and cream.

The first room I was given was not made up and smelled from cigarette smoke, so I immediately got another room which was made up and very clean. My only other problem was that the kitchenette's refridgerator was a bit noisy and woke me up once that night. This hotel was right next to the Hilton where my high school reunion was. It was convenient and a bit cheaper.

This was a very convenient location for me and the price was very reasonable. The room was comfortable, very clean and, even though I did not use the kitchen, it was well equipped. I was surprized by the overall standard. It is what I would call high-end economy accommodation.

I was very pleased with my reservation, ease of check-in, the pleasant staff etc. My only issue is .....after checking in close to 0000hrs and putting my newborn to sleep by 0200 I was awakened about 0600 due to men working outside my window on the hotel. Their machinery was so loud keeping me from falling back to sleep. Other than this my stay was pleasant .

The service was good. It smells of cigarettes in the halls and my room. Even though I asked for non smoking. The bathroom smelled like urine and mildew. Needs to be scrubbed with bleach. Only stayed one night.

checked in hotel. requested a non smoking was put in a smoking however, i went to the desk they had already realized the error and fixed it with much apologies! they even waived the internet fee. i was very happy there they were very helpful and courteous at all times. easy access to all that is needed.

Requested a specific room and got what i asked for. Hotel staff could not be more helpful. Always smiling and willing to be helpful. Room was clean, and quiet. Area of hotel was easy to get around. right by major roads, many eateries, and area places to shop. would definitly stay again!!

If you are not a high maintenance traveller (requires lots of 'services') this is an excellent value location. Everything was clean and in good shape. The location was easy on/off the major hwys & the surroundings were well lit & safe feeling. The well equipped kitchen would be a great convenience for extended stay travelers or small families - ON A BUDGET

The room was clean, the rate was low, and it was quiet. I got exactly what I was looking for and I look forward to more pleasant stays there next time I am in Long Island.

The small room was like a small concrete dorm room.

Because of the convenience of a studio (kitchen) I really like staying here -- it also accommodates my dog whenever I take him with me. However, they have cut down on supplies like shampoo or lotion. I did not take these items with me because I thought I was going toget them there. It is less to think about when I'm packing. If you wanted more soap, you had to go to the front desk. I think this is a bit ridiculous.

Now I will not pretend that this is a 5 star resort. However every time I have come, which has been well over 5 times, I have been truly satisfied. There is only one concierge each time I have gone to check in, which can result in a lengthy check in if there are others checking in or asking questions or need help (not more than 15 minutes though), and there are chairs to wait. The help behind the desk has always been young, but pleasant. The room has always been clean, fresh towels and sheets every time. We have never found anything to our dissatisfaction. I would recommend this hotel to someone who needs a simple get away. Or a place to stay and isn't planning on spending a ton of money. For food, I suggest going to the local Target and making food in your room. However, there are many restaurants nearby, as well as a movie theaters for entertainment.

Very nice hotel, convenient location, friendly staff. I originally booked the room for 1 night but ended up staying 3. Staff was very accommodating, willing to allow me to re-check-in without having to switch rooms. My only criticism is that they will only clean your room if you are staying 7 nights, would've liked to have had fresh towels and changed sheets once. All in all, great value and I would reccommend to others.

This hotel is probably fine if you are using it as intended, namely as a relatively inexpensive place to stay for a longer time, with access to cooking facilities. I stayed there for a one-night business trip, because the other hotels in the area were booked up. The fact they didn't have an on-site restaurant, or even a plate of muffins in the lobby, made it inconvenient to get breakfast. Don't come here if you don't have a car. I came by taxi, and there isn't any place you can conveniently walk to for food.

Friendly helpful staff. No Bed bugs! Nice safe neighborhood. I will be staying here again.

They seem to take smoking rooms and think they can convert them to nonsmoking just by cleaning them. You never get rid of that stench.

Our room was clean, though we had requested and been told we'd get a non-smoking room. Instead, the room had a heavy disinfectant smell and within a few hours developed a light but noticeable smell of long-term smoke. Overall, OK for 1-2 nights. The clerk has a lot to do after 5 p.m.: hand out extra pillows, handle complaints, etc. She said that most guests stayed a full week, and it sounded like overall cleanliness was sometimes a challenge. Stairwell was a bit dirty too.

I was surprised that there was no ice machine in the hotel which is something I've never run into before. In addition, my room had a very small 19inch TV. When I pulled back the covers on my bed I noticed hairs on the white sheets and pillowcases which indicated that they had not been changed. I found that to be pretty gross. I was told that maid service is done once a week because it is an extended stay facility. Although the cost of a nights stay was reasonable I would not stay there again. I have stayed at the Marriott Republic Airport several times which is close by and although it is a bit more in price, it is a far better hotel in terms of cleanliness, amenities and service.

Great room for the money, but house keeping is a bit laxed on cleaning.... when checked into my room about 4pm the room still smelled like old food that had been cooked by previous occupants

I was attending a wedding where everyone else had booked the hotel next door. I was thrilled to find this Extended Stay on day of event and paid 50% less than what everyone else had. The room was clean and good size with a kitchen and refrigerator in it. I would reccommend this to everyone. Thanks

The girls at the front desk were super! very nice and accomodationg. The room was large and relaxing atmosphere. The ceiling fan was in need of being cleaned and a bulb was out. The bulb was changed right away! Fresh linens and an extra pillow!Great stay!
