Excellent apart from the fire alarm going off but thankfully the staff were very quick and efficient in getting us all out to safety and we were back in our room as soon as it was safe to do so.

Good stay and very quiet rooms. Comfortable rooms as well. Nice restaurant and bar in hotel.

Hotel was great. Our olny comment would be that the bus to the airport terminal was very full

Great hotel just outside Terminal 1 and superb staff

Good hotel for heathrow airport. Clean, cheap and great service. The restraunt was nice, but a little expensive, and bot many other options around. However has a gym and would stay here again

The hotel was easy to find by car. The staff were very welcoming & helpful. The hotel was very modern & clean. The room was actually quite large & nicer than we've had in previous airport hotels, with all the usual tea & coffees, bath essentials like shampoo, provided. My boyfriend lives in Los Angeles, so we tend to overnight in a Heathrow hotel the night before his flight back home & this was, by far, the nicest we've stayed in. Airport shuttles to Heathrow ran regularly & the hotel offered to call us a taxi as well. The shuttle only took about 15mins to terminal 3, less than that for terminal 1. We would definitely stay here again

When we checked in on Sunday, We got a room that seemed a smoking room; smoke smell bothered me so I phoned the front desk, immediately. A new clean room was made available. Also two coupons for bar drink was given to us. We enjoyed the drink and our accommodation, car park all was good. Staff on the front desk, bar were very courteous and efficient. Good place to stay to catch early flight out of LHR.

Very good hotel, great location, more than a 3***!

We spent one night here wrapping up our eight-day trip to London. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable. We got an upgrade when the lights would not come on in the room. Not sure what the malfunction was, but the manager immediately moved us to an executive room since the maintenance people were busy at the time. Warning...do not stay at any of the airport hotels if you plan on going into central London often. It takes forever using the Underground and the Hoppa bus is not convenient for frequent trips to the airport to catch the subway. There is the Heathrow Express train that gets you to Paddington Station in Central London in about 15 minutes, but it is expensive and definitely not worth the cost if you use it many times. However, if you are only staying near the airport and not venturing into London too many times then this is a wonderful hotel.

We just wanted a place to stay before flying out and this hotel did just fine for that.

Noisey room, next to a fire door which banged all night long.

Excellent option for the price as close as we could get to Terminal 3. No problems at all apart from difficult to find.

This hotel is an old Holiday Inn. The rooms are clean, and the front desk and restaurant are well run and helpful. One major compaint: The small full-size bed had an actual trough on the side next to the phone. Bedding was clean and nice, but they really need new mattresses since most people go there to sleep before a morning flight.

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Only stayed overnight for early morning connection so can't comment on neighbourhood, but very close to airport. Would definitely use this hotel again if staying at Heathrow.

One of the things I liked the most about this hotel was its location, so close to the airport but also close to public transportation to go to the central areas of London. The place is well taken care of and the people from the hotel were super nice. There was this girl from the reception Ewe if I am not mistaken that was super helpful with directions on how to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Couldn't ask for more for a stopover hotel. Nice staff and conveniently located on the Joppa bus route.

Very clean , friendly staff and most convenient to the the airport.

Excellent accomodation and service with a highly recommended restaurant

This was booked so I could have a good nights sleep before I had to catch a 12 hour flight. The room was huge, good tv and very good bathroom. I didn't have essentials such as toothpaste but they bought them up to my room for free of charge. I had a buffet breakfast that I enjoyed for only £15. The only negative point is that you have to pay for wifi which I'm against but I guess that's just how it goes hotel or not. Very easy to get there too thanks to the hoppa bus it takes less than 5 mins from the airport.

My room was very clean and comfortable but it was very noisy, There was alot of noise from plumbing or water in pipes or something from the surrounding rooms. I was also next to a fire door and it there was a lot of noise as people went back and forth. I got very little sleep mostly due to the pipe/water noise.

Overall very good. Would recommend staying here, especially for convenience to heathrow.

There were not enough car parking spaces - had to drive around umpteen times and ended up in a disabled bay as there were no other spaces

This hotel was nothing like the picture on website. It is old and dated, with a very scatty internet service. Not enjoyable, won't use again. Pick somewhere else in Heathrow!

The Hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious and inviting. The location was horrible. The fact that I had to struggle to find a bus route and pay for the fee to go back and forth to the airport was a bit of a stretch for a hotel that claimed to be by the airport. The bus route from the airport took me through several stops before arriving at my hotel. IF you have to run into London make sure you have 4 hours to do so. The bus route, plus public transportation alone was a 3 hour ordeal to central London. Again, the hotel was nice, the location not so much.

Hotel is fine with great location for LHR. Gym is very small and we went to the buffet which was with a Oriental them and was by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Salads and dessert was fine.

I stayed there recently with my family, we booked two rooms. The bar was out of use due to a networking event, I was told we had breakfast included, then in the morning were told we did not. At around 12am both my rooms had loud men shouting outside and trying to get in the room, they left thier bags and left the corridor, soon after gone 12, I had a call to my room asking who i was and what my room number is, all this information should be known by the desk, the lady on the phone said there had been a room mix up, the lads returned to get their bags. They next morning we went down for breakfast, returned to our rooms about 10.30 and none of our cards worked. Went to reception to get the issue sorted, return to my room and the card still didnt work. Overall a very bad experience, i doubt i will stay again.

I got a good rate on this hotel and it was fine for an overnight stay before an early flight. Room was clean and comfortable - no problems there. Check in was slow (and it was not busy) and the food in the bar was ludicrously overpriced for what was basically a microwaved ready meal.

I would never stay there again. The hotel is accross the street from the airport but you have to pay 4 pounds to take a shuttle. They charge 10 pounds for internet service and it is extremely slow.

Don't be fooled by the HI label or the price. Everything is an extra charge - airport shuttle, parking, breakfast, etc. Some comforts (ex hair dryer, ice machine) not provided. Front desk gave me wrong times for shuttle and I missed it. Next one was 30 minutes later so I had to take a taxi - for $30 - to my terminal. (the hotel is about a 10-15 minute drive from terminal 4). The room was - thankfully - clean. Overall relatively inexpensive but not a HI experience.

This is an older HI, showing its age. The staff provided top notch service. The business internet was not speedy, but it worked. Very close to the major rental car returns such that you can return the car, walk to the hotel, and depart on that early AM flight. Would stay again.

Very convenient hotel close to Heathrow
