Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mt. Rushmore - كيستون

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nicely done. I would stay there again!

Impressive Hotel ... Wonderful Accomodations ... Great place to stay to visit Mt. Rushmore and the surrounding area.

We are very unhappy, that Hotels .com didn't advice us , that the pool ,was damaged & was not avalible!! The problem occured , the week before we arrived at hotel. We was told by hotel staff, that they advised you about the problem, but we was never told about it!!!! Our family was looking to relaxing in the pool , after site seeing , but was unable to!!!Also trying to tell our grandson , he couldn't go in the pool was tough , for the 3 days we were going to be there!! The hotel was nice but Hotel.com dropped the ball by not telling us ,about the pool!!!

This is a beautiful hotel. Very accommodating to our schedule changes because of car problems in the middle of our trip.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two nights celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. The hotel was located perfectly for what we wanted to see. Our room was very nice, the hotel staff was very nice, and the breakfast was yummy. My husband and I are coffee drinkers and thought that the coffee that was available throughout the day was very good. We would stay there again.

Amazing location!!

We stayed in the off season so naturally the businesses around the Hotel were all closed except for a few restaurants and stores. The staff was very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was really good. Fresh eggs, bacon, sausages, cinnamon buns and also had fruit plus yougurt. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The Mt Rushmore mural was a nice touch as well. Free wifi plus free cookies in the evening. Would recommend Hotel. Would like to return during the normal season to enjoy the area and businesses more.

Staff went above and beyond for any requests or questions we had during our stay. Rooms are clean, newer, updated with western theme. Beds were very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast consisted of omelets one day and scramble eggs the next,along with all other continental amenities. Great place, easy access to local attractions.

I was happy we choose to stay there.. I would even stay there If I went back in the summer months

This Holiday Inn was very nice. We enjoyed the pool + jacuzzi. The rooms are very small, but clean and comfortable. The complimentary Breakfast was very basic.

This hotel is easy to find, perfectly situated for tourism, comfortable and even nicer than the already-good HEI&S chain. The local flavor to the decor is a very nice touch, from the lobby to the Rushmore mural over the pool. The pool area is very nice, the pool warm and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and well set-up. The service was fantastic, from check in to breakfast to housekeeping. Delicious breakfast, with cinnamon rolls (!) in addition to the "usual". Highly recommend this hotel for any stays in the area!!

Its in a great location, the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, we tossed and turned all night and the walls were pretty thin; we could hear our neighbors just having a conversation.

The lobby is unique, Service was good but I made little demand of the staff. The AC/Heater was difficult to get set so the unit kept running. Missed waffel or pancake stations.

We liked that this hotel was close to Mount Rushmore. With all the time you spend driving across South Dakota, you definitely want a hotel close to the Monument. We visited in the off season when many of the other local attractions were closed which was kind of disappointing. However, the pigtail road that lead to Custer Park was amazing and Mount Rushmore should be on everyone's bucket list. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Even the high decor was free of dust. No funny smells to be found. The pool room had a huge picture on the wall of Mount Rushmore that definitely kept it from being forgotten in a long string of miscellaneous beige rooms you usually see in hotels.

both i and my kids loved the Hotel.

A little off the beaten path only 20mins from major retails. Very clean rooms had fridge and microwave just like home. Highly recommend. Couple bar n grills right next door made the evenings very stress free! Will book here again.

The bed was absolutely horrible. Keystone was very barron with little open. Spent a lot of time in other surrounding towns.

The hotel was very nice. Super cozy. You feel so at home. Breakfast was simple but so delicious! Felt like a guest. Very, very nice. And did I mention the bed? OMG, best hotel bed I ever slept in! Loved it!

Was a quick holiday trip and even though Keystone was a bit of a ghost town due to it being November and off season, you cannot beat the location! Close to all we had planned to do. Our stay was great, the beds comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. Good variety of food!

This is one of the nicest hotels i've ever stayed in. in our king room there was a spa tub which was not listed on hotels.com. the room was much nicer than it was made to seem on the website. Great hotel, great staff, wonderful stay

The hotel staff was wonderful! The hotel itself is clean and nice and very welcoming. Right in the heart of Keystone and within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable.

My family and I went to Keystone to see Mount Rushmore for the first time. We stood at the holiday inn express and found it very pleasant. The night desk woman was very nice and helpful with questions about things to do around the Area. The hotel common areas as well as our rooms were very clean. I also enjoyed the kingsize beds,they were very comfortable

Nice hotel and really convenient. Bed wasn't as comfortable as others. Would recommend it to others.

There was a hick up where the didn't hold our room since we were a little late but they were able to quickly fix it and provide us with the type of room we had originally booked. Other than that the room was decent and the location perfect. The breakfast was nice too.

The pool room with whirlpool was excellent! The hotel offered free breakfast which we enjoyed each morning!

We elected to make Keystone the hub for our Soith Dakota visit. The Holiday Inn was conviently located on a quiet side street, just doors away from a favorite pub, the Tacklebox. We enjoyed the hot tub every day,then set out to tour the area: Rushmore,Crazy Horse, Deadwood, etc. The room was spacious, complete with microwave. Hot tea & coffee were available in the lobby 24/7. Altogether, it was a great place to stay.

We have stayed in several Holiday Inn Express hotels and this one was by far the worst we have seen. Our room was behind the service closet so we heard the maids banging around in the morning. There was no fridge or microwave in the unit. There was a moderately comfortable, but alarmingly noisy wing chair in the room but no light nearby for reading. The bathtub floor was slippery and the only grab bar was on the outside of the tub. And most annoying, the toilet was abnormally short - less than 14 inches from the floor with no grab bar handy. For folks with problematic knees, it was much too close to the floor. I would not stay here again.

Great Hotel. Need more comfortable beds

Beds were very comfortable, hotel within walking distance of down town, pretty good breakfast. Only downside was that there was almost no parking for hotel guest.
