Townhouse Hotel Miami - شاطئ ميامي

This boutique property was about 10 minutes walking distance from the convention center. definitely need to dine at the basement restaurant, Bond St., if you favor fresh, creative sushi.

Good location for access to Miami convention center (5 minutes walk) and not too far from Lincoln Street mall. Basic but clean. I liked the white painting. Included breakfast. Is continental Housekeeping, sometime late and once forgot to put towels.

It was for a conference at convention center. It was absolutely best location. Very close from the beach and close from the convention center. Hotel was clean and very quiet. Service was good. Only bad thing was breakfast area. It was too small and too crowded. Not enough water, juice but overall, OK. I recommend this hotel for any business trip.

Everything was eh OK. I guess compared to other hotel options, this place offers decent value for the price. Location is good. Close to the beach, nightlife, shopping and dining all within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is nothing special but covers all basic needs (except ice which I guess their only ice machine was broken while we were there).

The Townhouse Hotel provided exactly what I needed during my latest trip to Miami - a clean, quiet and comfortable room. The continental breakfast was a nice start to the day. I would stay at the Townhouse again.

great room...sushi restaurant in lobby (bond st) is amazing..highly recommended...very small so call for reservation

I always try to stay at this hotel when in town. It's in a great location and is very convenient - the staff is very helpful, the rooms are very clean, the place is not too large, the price is right. Late night desk manager had fresh coffee at 4 AM when we had a flight to catch. Pretty sure he did it specifically for us - either way, it was an appreciated touch.

This hotel was everything I thought it would be no surprises. Great service and lovely atmosphere. The roof top patio was exactly as described.

My stay was great!! The free breakfast every morning was perfect. The staff were very helpful and nice. I would defiantly come back to stay again.

Surrounded by beautiful hotels - Delano, Shore club Setay 1 min. walk on collins, 2 blocks to Lincoln Rd but away from noise and madness, great breakfasts lattes, expresso, croissants, bagels, juice - extremely friendly staff - nice sushi restaurant downstairs, very very clean room, nice roof top open air lounge - no pool but can use other hotel pools and beach is 1 min walk

I wanted a hotel with a pool. Wouldn't stay there again. Not worth the money

The hotel was immaculately clean in the rooms. We arrived from a cruise at about 11 am but as seniors, felt we needed to get out of the hustle and bustle. . Could not get into our room until 2:30 pm, although we asked for special consideration, Their check in is from 3:00 pm.The Parisian breakfast had great croissants, french bread, boiled eggs, bagels, cream cheese and pots of jam. Some specialty coffees were available too. The french bread was really good.We suspect that the area was quite tony years ago and a lot of hotels are renovating. Ours looked like it had been renovated but the furniture appeared to be Ikea style. With ceramic tile floors,and no drapes we did not have to be concerned about cockroaches. The heating/cooling fan was very loud. Seemed to need a bearing replaced. It seems the Hotel attracts a lot of European travellers.

Had a great time at the Townhouse. The hotel feels like going to someones beach house for the weekend. The location is perfect. Next to some of the best nightlife. We took our wine to the roof terrace and had a great time before going out. The room was simple but quite nice. Very clean.

Good clean hotel just a note be prepared to be woken 7am from trucks emptying goods and loading very noisy wouldnt stay there again .shame nice hotel

Room clean and hotel near the beach. Our room was very noisy, was awoken at 4am by noise in the street. Hire of beach chairs very expensive..and they could not find where they had valet parked our car

Perfect location, right next to the beach and walking distance to all South Beach restaurants, shops and nightlife. Room was clean and had all the basics right. Staff is friendly and efficient, and the brakfast formula pretty cool. Don't expect the luxury, glamour and view the neighbourhood giants, but if you're looking for a nice simple and friedly place to stay at a decent price, put the TownHouse on your list. Two things to improve upon: not much room to place your luggage, and outside windows needed a major cleaning.

This hotel is very close to beach. You can walk there in 3 mins. It has good breakfast. But the room is small and old. Wifi sucks. I just got connected once.

Was very happy with the Townhouse. Good location, very clean, friendly and responsive staff. Will stay again, definitely!

Great location, very modest comforts. When we arrived air condition was not properly working, that was not fixed. At night there was alot of music from the next door club until 4 am. Otherwise great location close to the beach, nice staff.

Great hotel, lovely breakfasts. Very helpful and friendly staff. Free beach towels everyday was a nice bonus! The beach is only seconds away from the front door so we were able to go for a swim every morning before breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again!

An excellent representation of Miami. Awesome!

Stayed here for three nights in Sept with my girlfriend. We found every single person we encountered who worked there to be nice, helpful and very service oriented. The breakfast each morning was continental but the options were delicious and the woman who worked there made some terrific lattes. The coffee was hot and tasty too. First time in ages I haven't needed to visit a coffee shop. The rooms are clean but minimalist and perfect for our needs on this trip. And the location was an easy 15 minute walk to the strip on Ocean and ensured we were in a fairly noise free zone when we finally went to bed. The roof top terrace was a massive party on Saturday night. I would definitely reco the Townhouse!

Room was a little small, but big enough for 2 of us (which I guess is normal for Miami). Included breakfast was 10x better than your typical continental breakfast. About 200 feet from the entrance to the beach! Very clean. Friendly staff. It was raining, but roof deck was very nice also.

Did exactly what the website said it would! It was relaxing and peaceful and chic. And a short walk to everything we needed! In essence, it was awesome.

Great location, great service and great breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed our stay! They even brought a crib for our infant.

everything was great! Can beat the price and location., The staff members were very pleasant and beyond accommodating. Nice roof top lounge area also. Will definitely stay there again next time!

This hotel was perfect for a long weekend stay in Miami with a bunch of friends. ALL of the hotel staff where very nice and the room was very clean. This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to see all of South Beach and have a great time. I would stay there again when I return to Miami.

We just spent a night there, but had a very good time. We liked the look of the room (design), the complimentary wifi, the location (very close to the beach), the quiet area (no loud music around), the breakfast (nothing fancy and lack of "healthy" choices, but good and real croissants and baguette). The few low points were 1) that the fitness bike located on our floor didn't work and 2) that the some outdoors equipement (probably AC related) located 5 feet or so from our window (2nd floor) made quite some noise when then kicked in.

This is a small, but charming hotel (the rooms/bathrooms are tiny, though). Breakfast includes french-type bread, croissants, toasts, jam, dulce-de-leche, espresso (all day long), orange juice and green apples. It's located at the heart of tourisc Miami Beach, 10 min walk from Lincoln Road mall, and 5 min walk from the beach. Staff is really nice!

We stayed at the townhouse for 4 nights. We loved it!!! The rooms were clean and breakfast was very tasty! As for location, it's very close to the beach... Literally, one minute away. The major Entertainment is within a walking distance.

Overall stay was good room was cozy if you plan on staying in your room the whole time you wont like , the location is great feet away from the beach away from the crazy ocean drive and close to the shore club

Dont trust the reviews for this hotel. Yes - it is a small hotel, but far from nice. The rooms are very moist - towels dont every dryup. The aircon has a mind of its own - its impossible to set a good temperature - you are hot or cold. The walls are paper thin - I actually could understand the conversation the people in other rooms had. Not to mention the outside noises - fist I thought I have my window open its so loud. The breakfast is just terrible! Same every day and like 3 choices. And if you arrive at like 9:30 (the breakfast lasts till 11:00) there are things missing, and you can only get say croisants if you ask for them.. lol - and a bit after they are completely gone. Not to mention that there isnt enough tables and chairs so a lot of the time you end up eating somewhere in the lobby on the couch. Just terrible! There is only one elevator, which the staff uses also, and a lot of times you cant get in couse the they are using it - and they wont say go ahead you go in... you must wait for it to come back or use the stairs. They charge you for beachchairs and umbrellas, when all the other people on the beach seamed to have coupons for them from their hotels. The hotel is close to the beach, the front desk staff is very helpfull and nice, but that is about the only good side of this hotel. I would never recommend it.

This hotel is perfect located, very close to beach and convention center all on walking distance. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. I have no complaints. I stay in hotels all the time and I can reccommend this hotel to anyone. I was here for work at the convention center and that's only a 5 minute walk. The breakfast in the morning was simple but good and fresh.

Nice stay. Short stroll to the beach. Clean rooms. We had two adults and two kids. I have reserved a superior room. When we arrived we were not given that room. I had to work with the front desk staff and pull out my reservation paperwork to prove that I had indeed reserved the room. I was moved into a room with two double beds. Nice breakfast. Easy walking access to the art deco/Lincoln avenue shopping.
