Staying for just a few days on a weekend was a pleasure. The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy or particularly memorable about the rooms, but they were up to date and nice.

We had a pleasant stay, location is perfect close to Ubahn. Our faucet in the toilet was a little defect received ½ bottle of wine as compensation fair enough.

Just a short walk from the train station, this location is perfect for the traveler not wanting to schlep his or her bags all over the place. The best perk is that Inner City gives you a ticket to use the U-Bahn for free, and the hotel is very conveniently located to two U-Bahn stops (Westbahnhof and Zieglergasse). Our room was a good size and was very clean. Breakfast was quite good as well!

The location was the best, with a metro station just around the corner, in a very nice neightborhood, just at the beginning of one of the main shopping streets. The hotel provides you the transportation card for the duration of your stay (Good catch that is not advertise). However, the charge for the internet use (and the connection is very bad! I ended up paying without really using it). The staff was extremely unhelpfull.

Just like a motel. Too pricy for such quality.

The hotel is in a great location, close to places to eat as well trains and trams. The breakfast is wonderful. When staying in the courtyard side you get woken at 7.am with many bells. Quite a shock but funny. The only down side is you have to pay for wifi. How 'cheap' is that?

Ok hotel room.. No A/C...

It will be useful if there is a kettle for boiling water. And extra pillows in the wardrobe since the pillows are really thin. It is very easy to get to all the attractions by metro. The hotel gave us free transport during our stay too!

Nice and clean, good location.

Not a 4 star hotel, at best 3 star. Very convenient location from the train station- only redeeming quality. Whatever you do, do not waste your money getting the Wi-Fi. They charge 19 euros for 24hrs and it does not work. It's so slow, freezes for no reason, considering you are paying so much money, you would expect better connection!!!!

right off the train station / bus station / underground, two blocks from the Haydn House, lots of shops and restaurants nearby

The Intercity Hotel Wien is located very close to the railroad station.

Great location. Good price. Got free metrocard during the stay. The internet usage in-room is way too expensive

great time

location is great. and the hotel gave me the two days' public transportation card which will allow me to take metro/tram/bus for free! the hotel is very close to the westbahn, so you can take metro to anywhere you want. BUT the service was just ok...the staff were not very friendly...they don't smile...actually i find many austrian don't smile... ?!!! not just hotel staff, the bar servants, cafe waiters...jeez...i paid for being treated with their long faces...and they still expect tips?!!! i don't understand...

This hotel is situated in the middle of a busy street. The restaurants below the hotel were in party mode all night and the noise from these places toge with people yelling all night was very loud. This, together with the fact that the hotel dd not have any air-conditioning was unbearable. At one stage during two of our nights there, I had to get up and soak a bath towel in cold water and put it over myself with the dinner plate sized fan that they provided, blowing onto the towel to try and cool myself down. As for everything else - three days with no sleep due to the heat and the noise does not help the mind determned whether everything else was good. WIFI was provided at an unreasonable price of 19 euro for 24 hours .They did provide a computer in the lobby that was so slow, it was rediculous. We ended up finding an internet cafe down the road which, we used and it was very cheap. The room was small. On this bases I would not recommend this hotel, especilly in the summer months to anybody. They claim this is a four star hotel, how they got that rating with no airconditioning and paying exorbitant prices for wifi is beyond me.

On the positive side, the location is fantastic. It is very close to the Westbahnhof train station. Unfortunately there are also a number of negative points. When I arrived late at night my non smoking room stank of cigarette smoke and the shower door had fallen off its runners. How the housekeeping staff had missed both those things is beyond me. When I complained I got a new room quite quickly. The breakfast was good but outrageously expensive. The breakfast staff were very good but the reception staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. It is difficult to get a good hotel room at a reasonable cost in Vienna but there are far better hotels then this for the price. Do not be misled by the four star rating, at best it is a three star hotel.

This hotel is in a perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from the rail station, The rooms were good size, very comfortable and clean, plenty of room for open suitcases, beds were comfortable, do ask for a second pillow when you check in tho. Free internet in the lobby, nice little bar in lobby too, staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was not included tho and a bit pricey. However there is a great little coffee shop just around the corner on the way to the train station. They had the best ham and eggs, it's a plate of ham with 3 cooked eggs on top, very reasonably priced. Just FYI, I am a former Travel agent and Tour Guide, I had 3 rooms at this hotel, traveling with my family, We all agree this was a great deal for the money.

the hotel staff is friendly. because of my check-in time is earlier than the regular time, they check me into a double single room, after my enquiry the front desk staff checked me into the right room. Very good hotel location. surprisingly convenient! highly recommend. few minutes to the Metro system even with big luggage it is okay. Free transit ticket was a great help.

Nice hotel. Next to West Train Station as well as subway (U Bahn) stop so it is easy to get to the center of town. Clean hotel, very nice staff, good quality for money. They even give you a subway card for free when you check in. InterCity is always a good brand of hotel to choose.

The hotel is centrally located in an up-market shopping area and is about 5-minute walk from the west bahnhoff metro station.The famous must-see sights of Vienna are all within easy reach; just a short metro ride away from the hotel. However, not all the front-desk staff were friendly. As I had some difficulty with the computer (all commands were in German), I approached a female staff for assistance. She did help but she did so unsmilingly! I was discouraged and resisted from asking more help.

Das Hotel befindet sich Verkehrsmässig in bester Lage. Alle Stationen der Bahn, Strassenbahn, Fernzüge und Flughafenbus erreichen Sie in 1 bis 2 Minuten. Dem entsprechend laut ist die Umgebung. Also weniger geeignet für Erholungssuchende aber sehr gut für Sightseeing. Tolle Sache ist die Freikarte für die Fahrten mit U- und Strassenbahnen. Empfehlenswert wäre ein zweiter PC für den Internetzugang mit Laserdrucker (wegen fehlender Tinte konnte ich meine Bordkarte für den Online Check-in nicht ausdrucken). Alles in allem gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - was in Wien nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Chambre d'hotel sans charme particulier et hotel un peu excentré par rapport au plein centre mais défaut corrigé par le pass transport offfert à votre arrivée. Propre et peu bruyant (ma chambre donnait sur la rue menant à la gare Westbahnhof) mais sans gêne pour dormir. Pratique pour rejoindre l'aéroport car un bus y va directement depuis la gare.Un seul défaut: j'ai eu un peu chaud dans la chambre et pas de clim dispo

개인적으로는 샤워실에 물이 잘 내려가지 않았던 문제, 심지어 고쳐지지 않았던 부분까지 고려하면 안락하지마는 않았던 숙박이네요.(일요일이라 배관공이 일하지 않아서 였다고 하네요..) 하지만 기본적으로 깨끗하고, 무료로 제공되는 대중교통 티켓때문에 상당히 편하긴 했습니다. 다른 장점들이 참 많아서 샤워실의 불편함이 더욱 크게 다가오는데요.. 딱 그것만 걸리네요. 쩝.

Alles vorhanden, was man in einem Stadthotel benötigt. Lage am Westbahnhof für Bahnreisende ideal, aber auch die Lage an der U3 ist für Stadterkundungen gut geeignet.

Sauberes Hotel und freundliche angenehme Athmosphäre im Hotel; sehr gute Lage, Nähe Westbahnhof, U-Bahn und Einkaufszentrum.

빈 서역 3번 출구 바로 앞에 있습니다. 사설은 기본적이고 깨끗한 편입니다. 큰 장점은 체크인시 숙박기간 동안 비엔나 교통권을 줘서 교통비 걱정없이 빈 대중교통을 무제한 이용할 수 있었습니다 하지만 체크인시 응대하는 직원이 불친절하고 너무 구석진 방을 줘서 건물을 한바퀴 돌아 객실을 이용해야 했습니다

Die Nähe zum Westbahnhof und zur Maria Hilferstraße macht dieses Hotel perfekt für einen Shoppingausflug, auch alle anderen Ziele erreicht man mit der Ubahn ganz bequem. Das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist zwar sehr klein, es war aber alles da was man braucht und was uns sehr wichtig war, es war sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer lag zur Innenhofseite und war daher auch sehr ruhig. Frühstück kann man auf Wunsch dazu buchen. Wir haben aber lieber die große Auswahl der zahlreichen Cafe's in der Maria Hilferstraße genützt. Alles in Allem waren wir mit dem Hotel und der Lage sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt auch bald wieder.

３月上旬、新婚旅行で３泊宿泊しました。部屋は清潔で明るく、設備も申し分ありません。バスタブはありませんでした。受付の方は、質問にも快く対応してくれました。やや高級なビジネスホテルといった感じです。。西駅から徒歩５分程度と近く、スーツケースを持っての移動でも大丈夫でした。西駅前から空港行きバスが30分に１本あります。近代的なホテルなので、伝統的なヨーロピアンスタイルのホテルをお探しの方にはオススメしません。

Enkelt men helt ok hotell, som ligger nær en stor handlegate og Westbahnhof. Det går flybuss direkte fra flyplassen. Ligger et lite stykke unna Wiens historiske sentrum, men det er bare noen få T-banestasjoner unna.

安いプランだったので相応以下を覚悟して行きましたが、チェックイン2時間前だったのに受付してくれて、同時に公共交通機関のパスも貰えました(刻印不要) 西駅からすぐ側で目の前のビルの地下にはスーパーがありました。スタッフも立地も言うことなしです。 朝食は付けませんでしたが、西駅のフードコートとかスーパーとか色々あったのでそこで食べるのをおすすめします。 値段がどれも良心的です。

ウィーン西駅からすぐなので交通は非常に便利だった。交通機関の無料券がついているのもたすかった。ホテルにはこれという不満はないが、ビシネス客が多いのか少し落ち着かない感じもした。ベッドルームがせまかった。周辺エリアは余り雰囲気はよくない。ちょっと散歩しようかという雰囲気でないのは仕方ないのだろう。

Vicino alla WESTBAHNHOF, a due passi dalla Stadthalle e a 30 min. a piedi dal centro, l'albergo seppur "carino" e pulito ha bisogno di una rinfrescata: le nostre camere avevano ancora la moquette con grandi macchie, bagni un po' vecchiotti. Buona la colazione. Location strategica ma non ci ritornerei. Bella la scelta di tutti i quadri presenti nei corridoi, nelle sale e nelle camere.

Der Fön schmilzt wenn man sich die Haare föhnt(Aufsatz vorne) und wir wollten unser Gepäck abgeben in Wien Mitte, wo man auch mit der SBahn zum Flughafen fährt. Uns wurde an der Reception gesagt das man das Gepäck für 2€ einschließen kann. Das konnten wir leider nicht wahr nehmen weil der Bahnhof umgebaut wird. Dann sind wir zum Praterstern gefahren und da gab es 15 Schließfächer die leider alle belegt waren oder Defekt! Was ist uns geblieben wir sind im strömenden Regen in ein Café gegangen und haben uns sehr darüber aufgeregt das die Mitarbeiterin des Hotels so was nicht wissen! Und ein halber Tag war somit leider auch weg von Wien!

O hotel fica um pouco afastado da maioria dos pontos turísticos de Viena, mas é muito bem servido de transporte público. A equipe é atenciosa mas parece sobrecarregada com o grande número de hóspedes. O café da manhã é bom, mas um pouco bagunçado e não tem wi-fi nos quartos. O quarto é bem confortável.

Während meines Aufenthaltes bei Tagestemperaturen über 30 Grad Celsius hatte sich das Hotel dementsprechend aufgeheizt. So blieb mir nichts anderes übrig als die gesamte Nacht über die Fenster weit zu öffnen. Der Straßenlärm war entsprechend extrem. Auch befand man sich gleichsam in der "Auslage" der Mariahilferstraße, denn der Abstand des Betts zum raumhohen Fensterfront war sehr klein- und das Zuziehen der Vorhänge hätte die Durchlüftung erübrigt. Gegen 2 Uhr Nachts war endlich eine annehmbare Schlaftemperatur gegeben. Zu übrigen Zeiten mag das Hotel durchaus empfehlenswert sein, die Lage ist zentral aber auch dementsprechend lebhaft.
