we did not try the restaurant but the hotel lobby was beautiful the rooms were outdated though but clean.

Loved it. Comfy bed. Great staff. Relaxing lobby.

We got to the hotel around 9:30pm and our first room was very stuffy and we had to change rooms because the air did not work. The second room was better but the tv channels were fuzzy. The breakfast down stairs was horrible and I would not recommend it. We would probably try the Hyatt or Embassey Suites next door if we stayed in the area again.

It was relaxing for my wife and me. Like the variety of restaurants near the Hotel. Very close to the Anaheim GardenWalk, Downtown Disney & The Outlets at Orange. All 3 locations have nice movie theaters.

clean, comfortable, convenient shuttle to Disneyland, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is a bit pricy in comparison with its quality.

I loved the Sleep extras (lotion and spray) on the bed but we only got them the first night :-( It took a while for them to check us in and I was tired and a bit cranky. We parked in Valet hostess said it was fine and it was however we were charged the valet parking AND the resort fee parking. Hotel was beautiful, staff friendly.

This was a very accomodating hotel. The lobby has an area to get Disneyland tickets and then to get a free shuttle to the park. The room was clean and a bargain for the price. A Starbucks next door and restaurants outside the door add to this hotel's amenities.

We had a great stay. We visited Disneyland and the staff was very helpful, the free parking and shuttle service was awesome. There were restaurants near by that made our visit so convenient. We never drove our car after arriving. The room was clean, beds were comfy and no bed bugs found (and we looked). Booking stay through Hotels.com was much cheaper as we tried to stay an another day through thr hotel and was almost double the price.

The stay was pleasant except my room is a little bit noisy

The hotel was nice, the room was clean and in good condition. The only problem we had was the parking is first come first serve or you have to park in a back lot, not good for a person who is handicapped like me. I only saw 4 available handicap spaces.

The hotel had a great shuttle to Disney. Very convenient. Parking is free too! Nice selection of restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was nice but the pool was so cold - no one would use it. The checkin process was not good. We ended up not getting into our room until after 5pm and the kids beds were not completely made up. We asked for the comforters and they brought us blankets with stains. once we got clean bedding, the beds were comfortable.

After reading many good reviews of this hotel my new wife and i decided to book, knowing how close the shuttle was to disneyland. But after getting into our room from along drive down the coast it was not what we were expecting. The room is plain, there is no refrig. or microwave (additional cost to have one brought to your room). the parking is horrible, we had to park behind the hotel, and owning a BIG Dodge truck was not easy to fit into a slot. Overall i am not happy with this hotel for the price we paid! We still have 4 more nights!wish us luck!

I booked this room one week till labor day weekend, and was very pleased how well the hotel ran, not too many people all over the place, very friendly staff and excellent front desk service!

The service was very good. When we checked into the room, we noted that there was no refrig. which we needed for medicine. Called the front desk and they were up to the room within minutes. We would stay there again if in the area.

I have stayed here in the past and been satisfied. However, the maintenance of the hotel has dropped dramatically. My bedding smelled like urine. The ironing board was in pieces. LIght bulb burned out. FLapper valve in toilet needed to be replaced. The shower in my sister's room would not shut off, the thermostat was broken, and there was a giant wet sticky stain on the rug. The transmission on the shuttle was slipping and the ABS light was on the bus. Shuttle was reliable.

Everything was excellent! The room was large and clean and the shuttle to and from the Disneyland Resort was convenient and always on time.

The room was super clean and very quiet. The people at the front desk were very helpful. We didn't have to pay for parking our car. We used the shuttle service to visit Disneyland. The buses came every half hour. That was easy to plan. The hotel was very busy at the time of our stay. Even though it was busy, our room on the 8th floor was very quiet. We will stay there again when we go back to Disneyland.

my stay was very good except that in the hotel --about 100 middle school band students were up most of the night and a few decided to start checking doorknobs as a joke--i was woken up a few times--it was difficult getting up in the morning for an extensive conference

I booked this room because of the location to Disneyland and it was a reasonable price for a weekend trip. After spending hours at the park, arrived at the hotel to find there was no available parking spots and valet was full/closed. I went to check in and was informed I could park across the street at the Target and then move my car later. There were several events going on that were letting out so we parked in the lot of a nearby restaurant. The hotel supervisor gave us 2 free breakfast tickets for the inconvenience. THE BEDS WERE SUPER HARD. I thought I was sleeping on the boxspring! Sadly, I paid $160 too much.

The hotel was quite beautiful for a 31/2 star hotel. The large outside pool was heated. The front desk staff were very helpful at finding us a place to go out at night. The room was immaculate. We were missing some things in our room. There was only one robe in our executive suite and we did not have any caffeinated coffee. We also could not find a bar tender at the bar. We were told he is the only bar tender and was somewhere else so we left. We really wanted a drink before we went out to dinner. The breakfast including omlets made to order was terrific for $5.00 apiece. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights. For the price range, we thought the hotel was excellent. Upon arriving, the outdoor valet was courteous and greeted us with a smile. Front desk, very friendly and personable. I almost always go through at least 3 rooms before being satisfied with the one issued by the front desk, but first room here - perfect! Clean, comfortable, nice view and quiet. Again, I believe it is important to review based on the category in which the establishment falls. It is not the Four Seasons, but it is freshly renovated, quite tastefully I add, comfortable, squeaky clean and quiet. After unpacking we wondered around the establishment. All areas very clean and tastefully comfortable. We enjoyed their use of water features and gardens, very relaxing. The pool area was very nice, crystal clean and the hot tub HOT! Enjoyed the pool area very much throughout our stay. Meeting family at Disneyland. Wow - free shuttle! On time, nice driver, great! Parking, no problem for us. It is a big lot and I guess I can see how some would find the walk to the hotel from their car a bit long, but for us, no problem! Free parking, nice walk, easy! Pretty trees, good lighting, felt safe day & night in the parking lot. We travel A LOT, and I must say, within its category, we loved this place and will definitely stay there again. Time to leave. My partner: "Did you check everywhere?" Me: Yes of course, I even looked under the bed!" Partner: "Your sure? Me: Yes, lets go. Arrived home to realize I left my power cord plugged in at the desk in the hotel room. I called the hotel and they sent it FedEx to me the next day. $12 resort fee. Meh, no big deal, but I agree with others that I would rather just have it in the cost already instead of finding out about it at check in. Must feel awkward for the front desk to have to let the guests know about it at that time as well. Actually you can find it in the description when booking, but I can see how some would miss i

we had a nice stay here during our Disney trip free parking and internet was was a nice touch . wish we could have stayed longer.

I reserved a One Queen Bed w/ Kids Bunk Bd room for 3 nights at Crowne Plaza Resort Anaheim Hotel; when arrived at hotel, I was told that for any reason they didn't hold my reservation and they sold my room and unfortunately have no more same rooms at that time, imagine the situation at that moment .... however after few minutes discussion and waiting they apologize for this inconvenience and offer me a upgraded room for the same price .... we get a great suite, much more bigger, much more comfortable and much more nicer !!! I appreciate the support of Laura (hotel front desk attendant) for her great support converting a frustration on a very good experience.

Great location, across from Target and several restaurants. Clean comfortable beds, parking was convenient.

Good hotel! Lots of children!!!! Close to Disney.....

This hotel was great. It has a shuttle that runs every half hour at no charge if you are staying at the hotel. The hotel is clean and we had a chance to meet the Hotel manager and regional manager. The pool is clean, good size and kid friendly and the staff amazing. It has a great buffet that is not included in the stay but well worth the cost. I would stay here again and would recommend this to all of my friends.

This was a great place to stay, Its right in the heart of Disneyland... The parking was a nightmare. The parking is in the waaaaayyy back of the hotel and if you have tired kids or allot of lugage its a real pain... the last night that we were there, there was TWO weddings in the ballrooms and the HOtel made it right and comped out Valet parking. Other then that the Hotel was great, the pool was great, except they state that they have pool side dining. they have menues but I never saw a Pool attendant or a waiter. Great place though.. i would stay there again if I was ever going back to Disney. ( but I will not go to Disney ever again, one and done)

great location, 5 mins from Pacific Beach and 10 mins from the Gaslamp District..also had a supermarket next to it with plenty of restaurant.

Hotel did not have enough parking. All parking in front was blocked off for valet. Parking was in far rear of hotel and there was no door to enter from thr back. I had to walk all the way around to the front with all my luggage. Seems to me valet employees sholud use the rear as they get paid to park. I paid for the hotel and have to walk to park??? Then to top it off, I was charged $12.00 per night per room for parking, exercise room, business center and Disney shuttle of which I used none of. I will never stay at a hotel that charges hidden fees and fails to disclose it until after you arrive.

Loved the hotel room! The bed was super comfortable yet, I'll never stay at this hotel again due to the lack of parking. Every night we were there we had to drive around the entire hotel looking for a spot finally having to park a half mile away. After a long day at the Disney the last thing I want to do is walk some more and pretty far. You can valet your car for $16 a night. We complained to the front desk, but they didn't seem to care.
