NH Barcelona Centro - برشلونة

موقع ممتاز في المدينة القديمة. قرب الكاتدرائية والمتاحف السوق في الهواء الطلق والمطاعم والنقل عبر المدينة والميناء توجد ماكينات الصرف الآلي ومحل خردوات عبر الشارع وهذه إضافة جيدة. الفندق هادئ ومريح. رغم صغر الغرفة كانت مرتبة بذوق جيد والحمام حديث ونظيف تماما.

يقع في Gothic Quarter ويبعد عن Las Ramblas بعدة عمارات. الفندق نائي نوعا ما عن الفنادق الأخرى لكن قرب بار جيد والمحلات. قرأت الكثير عن الفنادق قبل الذهاب لهذا المكان وعلى القول انه إذا عدنا لبرشلونة سنمكث في ذلك الفندق. مكتب الاستقبال دوما متعاون واقتراح جيدا منه تناول الوجبات الخفيفة في البلدة.

موقعه جيد على بعد 5 دقائق سيرا من محطة المترو يقع داخل التل، حصلنا على خدمة زائدة وله شرفة صغيرة وماكينة لنصع الشاي/القهوة وحمام. نحتن نباتيون ويوجد مطعم هندي للخضروات قرب الفندق. عدا ذلك لم نكن في حاجة للخدمة الإضافية ولم تكن تستحق السعر المدفوع لأنهم ليس لديهم خدمة انترنت لا سلكي مجاني لأكثر من نصف ساعة. الحجز مسبقا لم يستحق التكلفة فلم يكن ضمن السعر الزائد رغم سداد المبلغ الزائد. لكن إجمالا كانت مدة المكوث في الفندق مرضية بشكل معقول. أظن أننا لو لم ندفع المبلغ الإضافي لكنا حصلنا على غرفة ضيقة.

الموظفون رائعون والفندق نظيف جدا. العيب الوحيد هو القدرة على إيجاد الفندق عند وصولك الى برشلونة. بمجرد الوصول هناك يقع الفندق في وسط المدينة.

The hotel was excellent located, close to Ramblas, but quite away from the noise and rumor of the pedestrian area. The surrounding buildings are residential apartments with several small restaurants where the locals go: cheap and excellent food within meters from Ramlblas.

Restaurant only open for buffet breakfast; very expensive. Plan on eating out, but plenty of good cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The room was small, but adequate; spent most of our time out sightseeing.

We love the location. The hotel staff are helpful. The rooms, while small, are satisfactory. Our only complaint would be that there were no wash cloths. Washing with face towels is impossible. We were there for three nights....no wash cloths.

The hotel´s location is ideal: close to the Placa Catalunya (airport bus stops) and the city center. Still the neighbourhood is quiet and there´s not any noice coming from the streets. The room was clean & comfy, but carpet in corridoor was dirty. We had a breakfast on the last morning and it was nice, big plus for the soya milk & smoothy kind of drink (papaya & mango).

This hotel has an excellent location for people with no car.Everything in the old city is around you and conveniently located for great restaurants,shopping and sightseeing.Staff is very helpfull .Breakfast is great and excellent assortment.I will return next time in Barcelona!!

It was great with good location

The hotel was in a great location. Close enough to all the action, so there is no need for Public transport, but tucked away enough to be quiet when you eventually decide to go to bed. We did not eat at the hotel - Food in Barcelona is everywhere, and quite reasonable. Hotel staff were very friendly and very happy to help. The bus from the Airport is the most direct and closest to the hotel, with the hotel a short walk from Placa De Catalunya - and downhill which helps with the bags! We could find no fault with this hotel at all - apart from the hallways being a bit dated - but you dont sleep in the hallway!

Great location and very comfortable room, we could see the top of the Cathedral from our balcony and only from 5th floor. Staff is very friendly, mini bar is well equipped. Only draw back is the daily password for the free internet. We did not try the breakfast as we preferred to wonder around the area - we would definitely stay here again! Piece of advice for careful tourists & cash/camera flashers: careful with professional thieves all around Barcelona, don't panic but just use common sense. Safe to walk at night just know where your belongings are at all times - our friend's purse was stolen at Bosc de las Fadas, a very famous, touristy bar :(

Brilliant holiday. Ideal, central and safe location. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was of good size with a decent bathroom and good range of tv channels. Overall = 5/5.

Hotel is on a quiet pedestrian street but only a couple of blocks from the Ramblas and easy walking to Plaza Catalunya. Took Aerobus to airport from there, easy transfer! and inexpensive.

Third consecutive year in Barcelona, first time here as i was looking for a more quiet location. The soundproof windows were ok, but loose hardware on the window handle let in noise and wind. The hall was a bit noisy - why does everyone that comes in late seems to slam their door? Overall, great value, central location close to the old city, Aerobus stop, metro and trains. I may try upgrading to a suite next year and hope for a tighter fitting window as the trash trucks and street sweepers seem to work all night.

Close to everything that we planned to see & do - great location, good price, and comfortable

Very Central. Very clean and friendly. Will call again...

The best thing about about the hotel is location - it's nestled between Plaza Catalunya and the Gothic quarter right off Las Ramblas. The hotel itself is average at best. The halls, at least on the 2 floors our group stayed in were musty, with water damage on the carpets and walls. Our room was comfortable but some rooms were inexplicably smaller and cramped. Most have a small balcony which was nice. We were forced to sleep with the balcony doors open because during the winter there is only heat, no A/C available. Beware of making any outside calls as they do not advertise their prices and they are astronomical, even charging for attempted calls that never went through. We ran up a $250 phone bill with less than 30 minutes of call time throughout our stay. Next time we are in Barcelona, we will definitely stay elsewhere.

This hotel is in a fantastic location - in the hear of las Ramblas - perfect for seeing the best Barcelona has to offer.

Perfect location right at the center. Clean hotel. Staff are very accomodating. Had a great stay!

Excellent location and very efficient workforce. They helped me with all my questions and the room was always clean. All popsitive, but as usual nothing is perfect.

Loved it but would be nice to have tea/coffee maker in room

Great hotel located in the Bari Gotic and one block from the Ramblas. Everything was nice, new and clean. Our first room smelled of cigarettes and they happily changed our room. We would stay here again.

The one and only good thing about this hotel is that it is near to placa catalunya where many of the shops are. However, despite the good location, it is not easy to find this place. It is inaccessible to taxis and the street name "duc de la Victoria" cannot be found, neither does any locals we asked know about this place or this hotel. Rooms are clean but old. I am a heavy sleeper, yet, was kept awake by the noise from neighboring rooms and at 6 am, noise from what sounds like persistent hammering and drilling. A check with the reception was met by a snide remark "must be people checking out, you mean you don't allow others to check out the hotel". I think anyone would be smart enough to know how to differentiate between checking out noise and persistent pounding sounds. Overall, I think one can find better hotels at the same price range else where.

The biggest problem was access to the hotel. Nothing in the online hotel information or hotel confirmation emails to alert us that the hotel is situated on a very narrow street where vehicles are not normally allowed. The cab from the airport tried to drop us off on La Rambla to walk the remaining few blocks late at night! Of course we refused and he eventually found his way. It was a nightmare trying to leave this area the next day when pedestrian traffic was high. The room and coffee shop were clean and comfortable.

This is a very nice hotel located 1 block from Rambla near Plaza Catalunya and the cathedral. Has a nice buffet breakfast restaurant (extra cost). Would definitely stay there again.

Just came back, spent 4 nights ,Great location,Located in the Gothic Quarter. It is a couple blocks away from Las Ramblas. nice little hotel. The rooms are small but clean and nice.the breakfast was expensive but good.The hotel Wi-Fi is free .

Reasonable priced room with a great location. Short walk to La Rambla but on a quiet street. Lots of good places to eat close to hotel. You must visit the market La Boqueria. We ate at Bar Pinotxo multiple times. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I've never been disappointed with a NH hotel.

Location of hotel is excellent. Staff at the hotel made everything so easy, they were so friendly and welcoming. Did not eat at the hotel as I thought the breakfast was expensive. There is some excellent cafe's nearby providing great food at a good price. I would go back to this hotel again.

We stayed 2 nights before our cruise and 1 night on the end of our cruise. We have also stayed here 1 other time. We continue to stay here because of location. The hotel is always clean. This time our last night the room did not get cool. we had a 3:30 wake up call and I only slept 1 1/2 hours that night. I could not get cool. Very contemporary rooms with all you need.

Was the best hotel we stayed in on a two week trip to Spain. Looked newly remodeled, was very clean and nice bathrooms. The location was perfect for little site seeing and tons of bars, restaurant (Alcboa Azul is the best!) and shopping. The room was a little on the small side and the walls were a little thin, but that's to be expected in Europe. Would definitely stay here again.

good place to stay for a 2 day "after cruise" option. Not fancy, just close to tourist area and still quiet, affordable and staff was nice and helpful.

We had really loud neighbors, and once we called the front desk they promptly took care of it. Great service!

This is a great hotel. The staff are just delightful and very helpful.. Though there is wifi in every room(now) the set up isn't great... you have to keep getting a ticket from the reception and the connection keeps cutting out which means the connection isn't consistent ... it's can be a bit of a hassle after a while... and a lot of messing about.... it would be better if there was no disconnection during a day... also you have a to have a ticket for each device that you have.... laptop and iphone etc.. as you can't share the same connection on the same access ticket code.... it can be a little maddening. If they fix this I would stay again... the hotel itself is a a little dated in decor but that isn't out of sync with the rest of the Barcelona hotels....Overall: highly recommended.

Pros: Polite/accommodating staff, fair rate, quiet location, nice bathroom. Con's: Room very warm. Poor air conditioning. No ice available for entire hotel. Ice maching not functioning.
