Decor was old. They gave us handicapped room. Water from shower ran all over bathroom floor.

The room smelled like a locker room.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was pleasant. The hotel is away from downtown in a more industrial area. No resteraunts in walking distance. The continental breakfast was less than desirable. I found that to be entirely too expensive for the amenities that were offered and the quality and location of hotel.

The girls at the front desk seemed to be friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean.had a nice stay and I would stay there again

The staff was great even though the kids were prob. bugging them. The room was roomy and the beds were comfortable. We paid the extra over our budget because the kids wanted indoor pool and hot tub. Only down was the indoor pool is not heated and in Oct. it was kind of cool to be swimming in. The baby playpen leg was broke and it was kind of dirty and stained up so we didint really want to put baby in it so suggest bringing your own for baby. Roomy breakfast area. The 2 tv's were nice for famiies and the bathroom area is way bigger than I expected. Will def. travel there again as we go to Nasville ofter for Dr.

Bathroom fan clogged with dirt. Elevator vents clogged with dirt. Area around beds had dirt/food debris. My youngest daughter was coughing all weekend. Staff had to be told to put new juice concentrate in the juice machine. Hours of breakfast only from 6-9am, even on Holiday. The Pool was closed all three days for "Maintenance" although we didn't see anyone working until our last day. No 1st floor rooms were available at check-in because they had not been cleaned due to "short-staffing". A/C unit right next to bed, blowing cold air directly onto bed & floor, the other side of the room with couch sleeper barely got cool with ceiling fan running. Poor layout. Front Desk Staff were nice, and cookies were good. Coffee was decent.

Receptionist had a cab waiting for us at the time we requested. Room was huge for the price it had 2 beds and a couch, 2 tvs and a little kitchen area... I will definitely stay at this hotel again and again and again..Close to downtown for you animals like myself..

We used the hotel because we have a daughter who is a Religious Sister at the Dominican Convent in that area and we visit her about 6 times a year. We had been staying at the Millennium for the past 4 years and the staff was "hit and miss" so we decided to try Springhill. I think it will be just as convenient and our adult children are going to try it out on their next visit.

I n the 4 nights I spent there the wirelss in room 306 never worked. I spend a lot of time on the phone with a technican trying to resolve the problem. The computer in the lobby was always working. Mine was the only room in the hotel that did not work.

Rooms were very comfortble, clean and we enjoyed the micro and small refrigerator. Nice to have a suite area for leisure. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had quiet rooms even though they were in the middle of the hallway. Breakfast was good, hot and had nice variety. Enjoyed complimentary coffee, cookies etc. in the lobby. .

We chose this hotel for my sister's bachelorette party - more accurately, as a place to crash after we hit the town for her bachelorette party. It was better than expected! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pull out couch was a nice touch and came in very handy with all of us ladies! The weekend was a blast and the fact that we had a nice place to stay was definitely a plus!

We were not disappointed at all. The hotel was better than expected. The room was excellent and clean. More room than I expected. The sheets and bedspreads were clean and smelled good. The bathroom was clean and had enough towels. I would definately stay here again and recommend this to anyone. Lots of restaurants close by.

I got a good deal through hotels.com and knew the hotel was in a decent neighborhood. I was not too fond of the photos on the website, but when I arrived, I was exceedingly surprised in a great way. The room has a modern kitchenette, a cute sofa and chair, and the pillows on the bed were super super soft. I invited some a couple of college friends up the room and they were all pleasantly surprised and commented on how nice the room was, ESPECIALLY for the money. Housekeeping always did a fantastic job cleaning and making up the bed, etc. Oh yeah the continental breakfast, was the best continental breakfast I've ever had @ any hotel I've ever stayed @.

The room we booked was for non-smoking. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke so it is very important to me to be in a non smoking environment. The problem we encountered had to do with the vent in the bathroom. The smell of cigarette smoke was so powerful that is over whelmed or room if we left the door open. We did by a spray to try and neutralize it; however it just kept coming back after about an hour or so. The beds were nice and clean, and the room was also. So if you can handle a possible smoke coming through the vents it was not a bad room for the money.

The hotel was very nice. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay there again. The gentleman at the front desk recommended the best mall.The cab service they called for us on a couple of occasions were also friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Great hotel just outside Nashville downtown area.Clean room with lots of space.Nice indoor outdoor pool.

We stayed three days and loved the room. It was quiet and clean we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would go back again for that price.

This was a great hotel. We stayed two nights and the service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. A word of advice for future travelers--don't put your room key near your cell phone I did and it erased the magnetic strip so when we tried to get back in our room the keys didn't work, we had to go back downstairs and have the keys reset. But don't let this deter you from staying at this wonderful hotel. Our room was more than we expected and made our trip more enjoyable.

A very decent place to stay. The dining area can get pretty crowded during the intercontinental breakfast. If you get there too late, plan on taking your meal back to your room.

Going on the reviews of others, we decided to stay here. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious but the hotel could use some TLC and some upgrades. Our closet door had trouble opening and closing and the TVs could use an upgrade considering alot of hotels have upgraded TVs. Very friendly staff and again, the room was clean and spacious -- it just needed some upgrades. Very good value for the money. And very close to downtown.

The lay out of the room was roomy and had a at home feel. Food, gas & attractions were with in walking/driving distance. I would stay again if in the area. Thumbs up!

rooms were large and roomy; staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to speak and do little things to make our stay enjoyable
