Holiday Inn Liverpool City Centre - ليفربول

Great location, central Liverpool. Friendly staff, very efficient. Breakfast at a reasonable price, plenty of choice.

Apart from the condom my seven year old daughter found in the room Bible it was OK except the floor was not flat. It had bumps all over it that someone could trip on. It needs the carpet ripped up and the concrete levelled off. Then when you stay in a hotel paying a four star price you should at least expect to have Wifi in your room. Wifi only extends to the first two levels only and one of them is the gym. There are 12 floors there. I hate siting in a foyer using my iPad with ten others whilst people are checking in and out next to you. For less than the price of Corn Flakes at the hotel you can get a fully cooked breakfast across the road at the pub with coffee and it was delicious.

food we ordered did not come. We got our money back.----beer was bad, we had to change it. empty bottles on bar had to wait 10 mins. in empty bar just to get served----no hot water on two occasions we wanted to shower.----Breakfast was excellent, shame about the rest.

This was my third stay at this hotel could not fault it ,

Opposite to Lime Street Station, best choice for travellers coming by train.

My husband and I stayed here in Feb 2012. the room was spotlessand included a lovely en-suite bathroom. the hotel staff that we spoke to were really helpfull and friendly. It is literally over the road from Lime street train station, and round the corner from the fabulous Liverpool 1 shopping centre. We would definitely stay there again.

I am not the first one to complain and this is my first review of a hotel. Where do I begin. When we got there we went in and talked to the "manager" in the office, a small room filled with paper and garbage. He did'nt see our reservation so he had to switch on the computer and after maybe 10 minutes he found it. We checked in and got the key. We got the room on the top floor and I mean the top. i counted it to 6 stairs. The room was small, the area where you could stand was maybe 1 square meter. It was the worst bed you could imagine and freezing in there. I woke up several times because it was so cold. They apperantly switch off the electricity around 2-3 in the night when everyone is sleeping and turn it back on the day. The bathroom was also freezing and very very small. Our bedlinnen was not properly cleaned with old hairs on it. The carpet was filled with old trash and had not as well been cleaned in ages. We only stayed for two nights thank god but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that has any standard whatsoever. Put down 20 pounds extra and get a descent nights sleep. Sorry to say it was a disapointment but this was the worst hotel Ive been in. And ive been in a few.

Fab hotel centeral to everything. Everything is in walking distance. Spotless hotel very comfortable really nice staff. Would recommend staying here!

Lovely comfy hotel. Bang smack in the middle of the city, everything on the door step. Staff excellent and allowed us a really early check in.

RIght in the centre of town by shops,pubs & bars . Room was spotless ,staff were very friendly & very helpful .Would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in LIverpool

We arrived to find that our room had been upgraded at no extra cost, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and ideally situated for all the main tourist spots in Liverpool. Service was impeccable and room service reasonably priced, free internet excellent connection; you could even pay a very reasonable £5 for 24 hours hi-speed but even though I am a high user I didnt need it. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, it will be my number 1 choice when I go back to Liverpool.

Very high value for money - spacious rooms, comfy beds, nice and clean everywhere. Good breakfast in decent pricing. Close to Lime Street Station makes travelling easy. Lots of shopping, restaurants and pubs nearby. About 45 minutes walk to Everton and Liverpool FC stadiums. Highly recommended, satisfaction guaranteed !

Hotel is very close for to the train station. It was the best part of our stay since we need to reach early morning train to London.

position opposite lime st stn,superb.reception spot on and very friendly breakfast good selection.however,tables for 2 are very small and circular,not enough room for a few plates,etc.TIP, sit on a table for 4,other than that no complaints at all.

Overly, really satisfied with our stay. nice room, nice bar , good central location. one thing that annoyed me was the room was far too hot. Never contacted reception on it so partially my own fault, but difficult to sleep. The other thing that bugged us was the staff. When we arrived, we were not greeted, I stared at receptionist for 10 seconds before she acknowledged us, generally just very little friendliness from staff, apart from one young guy on the desk. Service could improve, but nice hotel, and great potential

Great hotel and perfect location. Rooms are really big and have all you would need. i won't stay anywhere else in Liverpool.

We stayed over for one night to have a look around Liverpool. Room/bathroom clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Docks and museums etc. Parking at the multi storey next door was good and cheap as you get your ticket stamped in the hotel for a greatly reduced rate. Breakfast included and very good value.

Ideal location being just across the road from Lime Street. Would definatley stay there again.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially Annmarie the assistant manager.

The Holiday Inn is situated brilliantly,it is right in the city centre,everything you want to see is no more than a ten minute walk away.What can I say about the staff! Friendly,helpful and knowledgeable about the city,lovely people.Parking is so convenient ,right next to the hotel very reasonably priced.As for Liverpool itself,what a great city break,shopping,fantastic,architecture,fantastic,museums,fantastic,night life and bars,fantastic.Thank you Holiday Inn and thank you Liverpool.

Really helpful staff, great rooms ans even better location, food was very good in hotel as well, look forward to going back

Right across from train station, no taxis or buses to get to hotel, no taxi or buses to get to city centre, location is brilliant!!

excellent location, directly across from railway station and right in the city centre. hotel clean and looks to have been painted/refurbished not so long ago. very convenient to get about the pubs, shops right by the hotel. Shame on our first night, we got woken up by rowdy revellers back from their night out, banging oin the doors as they stagger down the corridor back to their rooms.

The Hotel is perfectly located just opposite Liverpool Lime street station if you coming from London by train. The only thing I suggest is that they make all the room wireless and not only cable. Other than that, the location and cleanliness and staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, would stay again. Great friendly staff, very clean, good comfort except bed needs a bit more firmness / cushion from the springs. PERFECT location for walking the city, very close to everything, St John's shopping center next door. Restaurant very good food, but was disappointed, very slow and we could not get dessert and coffee after the meal as staff had left by 8PM and bar staff took over. Won't use the restaurant but the hotel was Great !!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was easy to access a variety of sites within the city.

Reception very welcoming, hotel room very comfortable, able to open windows. First class breakfast. I'm going back this week!

i did not have a good stay at this place. The staff were rude and mean, and despit e our insistence that our friend was merely there to help us check in, they threatened to THROW US OUT if he went upstairs with us. We booked a room wth 2 double beds, which would have been comfortable to stay in even with 3 people, but they still behaved as though we were thieves. Thank you so much for such a great stay.

I was really surprised when it showed that breakfast is not included with the reservation cost as I know it is a courtesy of even a 20 pound hotel to serve the breakfast. This is the first time in my life that this hotel showed this type of misery. Another thing, after completion of my reservation it was shamelessly showing that it is nonrefundable. This immediately reflected the mean-mindedness of the hotel. Overall it didn't seem to me a healthy motive of the hotel authority.

I really would like to be more fond of this hotel - it's got good location and the bathroom was fantastic. However, our window wouldn't close properly - the winds howled all night between the window and the conditioning grid. It wouldn't open properly either - only about 5 inches, and for a smoking room it was quite disastrous. Please don't get me wrong, it's neat and comfortable enough - for a business stay perhaps. The pillows were great! The reception called us at about 8am telling us we're not allowed to have breakfast - which we didn't even ask for. That was slightly annoying, as we'd been up til very early. But the check out is 12.00 - now that's well worth extra points!!! Thanks, Holiday Inn.

Stayed in the holiday inn hotel in liverpool and would highly recommed this hotel. It is very close to the city centre and all the pubs and clubs. Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved liverpool and would be going back to this hotel

Nice bright clean hotel slap bang in the middle of everything and very helpful staff. Had a lovely stay and would definitely go back.

The Holiday Inn was close to all the sites pubs and clubs, rooms were spotlessly clean ( they could do worse than getting new furniture in the reception area badly worn) the staff were excellent , the food was good and look forward to my next stay there

We were only staying here for the night as we were getting the ferry the next morning to Belfast after getting stuck in Prague during the bad weather. The hotel is literally right across the street from the station...what more could you ask for. Reception staff SO friendly and welcoming! Apparently there was a 'spoons around the corner and plenty of other places to choose from to eat. Beds were super comfortable though so we couldn't be bothered to get up and ended up eating in the hotel restaurant which was really lovely, again the staff could not have been more helpful!!! Awesome shower too, really powerful! It took us maybe ten/fifteen mins in a taxi (which they booked for us) to get to the ferry terminal, cost just over £10 I think. Great hotel for whatever reason you're staying.

Its a very nice hotel. I had a good stay. It was clean and looked really nice. about 20 min from the airport by cab and just Across the street from Liverpool Limestreet station, perfect.

Possitives=Excellent location. Very professional and friendly staff. Tea and coffee making facilites in room with biscuits. Clean bedroom, with plenty of hot water. Good choice of food at breakfast. Booked on line and got a great deal so good value for money. Negatives= Very tired soafas in lobby, not a good first impression. Strange floor under feet in bedroom- think the underlay has disintergrated under the carpet. Dont be fooled by the soft furnishing on the chairs in the dining room- there is no longer any padding in them and the wood cuts into the back of your knees. However overal, great value for money and worth using ps. request a room at the back

Hotel was lovely very central... would stay again!
