The Linden Suites Manila - باسيغ

Staying at Linden Suites was an enjoyable experience although it did seem to be tucked away from the major sites 9 Mall of Asia, Zoo, Oceanic Park and airport was a 300 peso trip ) I did resent after paying so much for a premium suite that I still needed to buy time for internet service. We would have liked to have made our own meals in the room but I wasn't prepared to pay for the use of cooking utensils also. Other than that the service was great and the staff friendly. Enjoyed our stay

Great Gym and Pool facility, 5 minute walk from MEGA MALL, Felt very secure during my stay. Staff very helpful and friendly, security great, and very clean. The only complaint/negative thing that I can say is there is no free internet services provided only pay WI-FI in the lobby and in room wired ethernet access which is not cheap. If I were on a business trip this would certainly been a no go. Would I stay again at the Linden Suites in Manila, YES only if the internet connectivity was include in the price.

Good location, bad food, very bad customer service.

A visit to Manila from the states with 2 toddlers is hard enough, but this hotel made it just a bit easier. Amazing staff and spacious rooms and a wonderful breakfast. We had booked a 3 room suite at a very reasonable rate. The suite was perfect for the kids and the kitchen was a real godsend for preparing meals. Overall the experience was really near perfect. The one criticism I would have is that of the maintenance of the hotel. Everything is in decent condition but there are signs of serious wear throughout the hotel. Stained upholstery, dusty air-conditioned units, dirty floors, as well as serious wear in the indoor pool.

I like that it is not a huge hotel so it is not crowded. Rooms are really clean in perfect condition. There is a nearby convenience 24 hour store for your other needs. Cabs available all the time and there are public shuttles to nearby malls.

Good morning, I had a wonderful stay @ Linden suites & hotel. & very convenient to places where I would normally go like greenhills shopping center, makati shopping mall, quezon city & Shangrila EDSA where I attended a medical conference. I will highly recommend & would come back to this hotel if given a chance. There's one thing that could have been included in my pre-paid hotel stay is free breakfast every morning, which could have been a much better deal specially if it's pre-paid. Thanks ----- Virginia

It took me more than 30 minutes to check out. Once you check out, they'll have the room inspected and won't return your deposit till they ensure that nothing is missing from the room. People ahead in line were being charged for petty things such as missing shoe tree, or misplaced towels. You have to be sure to leave the towels where you found them because if they can't find it, you'll be charged for it. What's irritating is that it takes them so long to check a room. If you're catching a flight or rushing to another appointment, their check out process will mess up your schedule for sure. I checked out 12 noontime, and they finally returned my cash deposit only after 45 minutes! That is by far the longest time it took me to check out of any hotel. The front desk staff was also not very pleasant. They were not courteous and they spoke with an apathetic tone.

Upon first impression, hotel lobby was nice. When we checked in we were brought to the back desk to check in. Dont know if it was because we got a discounted rate, but seemed like it was. My two 3 bedroom suites were not ready at check in. I wanted no smoking suites but all they had were smoking floors. I was told that if it was a problem they would bring ionizers to get rid of the smell. I requested them twice but they never brought them up. Front desk staff had an attitude when we asked any questions Rooms were dusty and the showers had mildew. One of the refrigerators did not close so I had to use a box to push up against the door to keep it closed. I told maintenance but it was never fixed. The bell staff was great. Restaurant was going through renovation but the staff was great. Doormen and guards very helpful at answering questions regarding local activities and directions. Indoor pool was nice, 9th floor, but a bit dirty. Location good. Lots of restaurants nearby and malls as well. May stay here again depending on availability at other hotels in the area. .

We stayed at the Linden Suits 4 different times and for all the reasons above we keep coming back. The staff is doing everything they can to make sure all your needs are taken care of. When getting a cab, they make sure the cab driver is using a meter. They also take the info of the cabs licenses and licenses plate number, now that’s a big deal. We stayed 3 nights in a one bedroom, it was a beautiful room and very large. You cannot go wrong at the Linden suits we highly recommend Linden Suits when staying in Manila. Hotel.com has come through for us; we will always use and trust hotel.com for our traveling needs.

I enjoy staying on this suites, they have a polite staffs,the place was great. I will book again on this place on my next vacation. Keep up the good work guys.

I had a wonderful stay at the Linden suites Manila. It's situated in a nice neighbourhood (30 minute taxi ride from the airport). SM megamall is at walking distance for all shopping needs. The 1 suite room which I booked was really big (60 square metres), and clean. All luxury amenities came in as standard (hairdryer, kettle, fridge, kitchenette, microwave, knives) DVD-player, 2 TV's, & 2aircons for further comfort. The staff is very helpful. Too bad WiFi is not complimentary.

Close to Mega Mall, so if you are landing in Clarke, then the bus will drop you close to the hotel, 8 min walk from Megamall. Spacious suites, with kitchennette, liked the pool on the 9th floor with Jacuzzi and a gym. Nice place!

Close to business centers, Asian Dev. Bank, and walking distance to 4 separate malls. Very professional staff. Not luxurious, but very comfortable.

Deluxe rooms for the money paid. Its a rare find for a hotel that provides luxury accommodation at affordable rates!

Excellant Location to megal mall only 5 min walk, Great Staff, Safe Area. We stayed for 10 days 2 adult and 2 kids, 2brm suites it was clean, comfortable and lots of space. it has self contained kitchen and free newspaper everyday. We enjoyed the heated pool and the massage service. Oh there is a bar and restaurant too.. Hotel pick up and drop off service was great too. Only lowdown.. wifii not free and no laundry mat service, (dry cleaning only). so we went home suit case full of dirty clothes :). I will definatley stay again and will recommend this hotel..

I travelled all the way to Manila to meet three of my major clients in the region, When they arrived at the hotel they were turned away by the reception saying there was nobody staying at the hotel. This was done inspite of me giving the hotel previous notice on the guests arriving. My visit turned out to be a wash, and my credibility was hit. In short this visit was a disaster, cost me a lot of money, time and effort and more importantly my credibility. I have rebooked at the same hotel for November and I hope it would not happen again. It is probably that this feedback is clouded by the happenings by a few staff manning the reception of the hotel. Watch out for my next feed back in a months time!

That also seems to do well with families. Very close to the Asian Development Bank and walking distance to 4 malls. My favorite hotel in Manilla.

This is the second time I have stayed here and was equally impressed the first time I stayed. The room was immacualtely clean with good amenities and everything that was needed for an enjoyable stay. Ortigas is the business area and not so close to entertainment/shopping areas of Ermita or Makati but yet a number of malls are nearby including Megamall and St Francis which provides more than adequate shopping. There are restaurants nearby (see Podium Mall) and we got taxis easily from out the front. Service was excellent and breakfast was good with minor changes each day. I will be very happy to stay here again, knowing that this hotel is consistently good. Internet was charged but compared to other hotels I have stayed in Manila the cost was reasonable. For those reading this review and going to Manila for the first time be aware that location is essential so if you are looking for the shopping/entertainment of Makati or the entertainment of Ermita, then this place is not for you as the travel times can be large but if you are there for business this place is perfect. We were not but visiting friends who lived nearby.

3 business men with 3 laptops booked a 3 bed suite. we paid for internet. we spent the first day with 1 cable line. the send day they mention the have a wireless system available, ten they could give us pass words for each computer that lasted no longer than 24 hours . we went to the desk 7 times and had staff come to the room 8 times, we spent hours of our business time trying to solve this and punching in pass words to the point of total frustration .

I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. I like my luxury and the Linden Suites did not disappoint me. The staff were friendly, helpful and made me feel very welcome. Location wise, it was only a few minutes’ walk to some local restaurants and bars. If I had to pick a fault with the place, it was that the air conditioner in my bedroom was noisy. It did not bother me that much but it could annoy some people. I would certainly recommend the place and would be very happy to stay there again.

Great service! i have left over my phone in the taxi on the way back. The door man even chased after the taxi for me and trying to get back the phone. Though didn't find back the phone, the concierge has tried every meant to help me. Sincerely appreciated. Gavin

PROMOTIONAL PRICE WAS ABOUT RIGHT. HOTEL IS OLD WITH SOME PARTS OF THE ROOM NEED FIXING. WALL PAPERS PEELING OFF.

After my first terrible experience with a cockroach infested hotel in the Makati area, I found the Linden Suites though research on the internet. Though not an impressive façade I have stayed at the Linden Suites about 4 times in the past two years and I am very impressed at the excellent quality of service extended by all members of the hotel staff from the reception desk to the chamber maid. On arrival I was placed into a one bedroom suite without a scenic view. I requested the front desk to change my room to a unit that I stayed in previously and my request was promptly accommodated. The hotel maid was very competent and as usual the security at the hotel was exceptional where all visitors and guest were screened on entry and the Taxi information of guests leaving the hotel carefully recorded. The staff at the hotel was all very courteous and remembers your name and even remembered that you were a guest from a previous visit. They certainly made me feel at home, safe and very welcome. The hotel even accommodated my request for a later than usual late check out. The only small criticism that I have is the extra charges for additional soup wares which should be provided as a free basic ware. I also have a complaint about the poor quality of coffee in the restaurant at the buffet breakfast and the quality of the juice which I found to be extremely watery. Other than my minor complaints this is an exceptionally well run and organised hotel ideally situated to the Mega Mall. This will always be my hotel of Choice in Manila.

It has been a few years since I stayed here last, and the hotel has gone downhill in that time. The airconditioner had a long time leak based on the watermarks on the ceiling. Unfortunately it leaked while we were there and soaked our clothes. Not even an apology from the hotel. They have a dress code for the breakfast buffet (which is not worth the effort to get dressed for...Hotel security is very tight, which is nice. Room showed wear and tear, furniture needs replacing. For the price, one cannot expect too much. The hotel delivers more than its price would suggest. The jacuzzi was maybe bodt temperature, very disappointing...did not relax us at all. My bath is hotter by far. I don't think I will be returning. Front desk staff was among the worst I have experienced.

I stayed 5 days in your hotel, and the operators cant pronounce my last name and have no idea if im a guest of the hotel or not, front desk and maintenance too slow to attend the complains. the people working for breakfast buffet were fantastic.security were good. sorry about the comment, at least you know where to improve your services. Myself and my Fiancée,” who is Pilipino” stay in a lot of hotels in Manila, and we both agree that this is the best so far. Immaculate attention to detail, a smiling face always greets you whenever and wherever you engage with any of the staff. Hotel is situated very close to all the amenities that you would require for a short stay, and a very large Mall is in walking distance too, for all your shopping needs. The rooms/suits are very very large and spotless, the shower is fantastic, the bed is very sumptuous and comfortable, great swimming pool, the entertainment centre is excellent and the breakfast is the best I’ve ever had in the 5 years I have been travelling to Philippines. In short, if you wish to spend a long or short time in Manila, whether on business or pleasure, I cannot think of a better hotel you could wish to stay at. No need to look any further than The Linden Suites Manila. Top class hotel for a reasonable price.

my short stay in Manila was made even more memorable by Linden Suites; a safe, comfortable, convenient, and affordable place to relax and a "home away from home".

Small from the outside view, but huge rooms, i reserve a 1 bedroom, and upgrade to 2 bedroom to accomodate my family. Tower 1 is easy access , tower 2, bigger rooms but you have to take a 2nd elevator. I like the security of not able to go to any floors aside from the floor that you are staying, your key card will only take you to your floor, walking distance to the malls. They should provide more selections on there breakfast buffet. when I upgrade they said they will give me 2 additional breakfast buffet, but the other person said no, and just misquoted, will end up paying more, so opted not to take the breakfat. Housekeeping service was fast. Check out was slow and wants you to sign the bill without reviewing the charges. overall the size of the rooms was great.

Very nice and exclusive hotel. A good value for money. Amazing view from 25th floor! The neighborhood was very nice+safe and close to a big 'megamall'.

I like the security in the hotel, the people are polite and friendly. The rooms are clean except the lounge needs mooping before the new customer comes in. Overall this is satisfactory to my family. Tq

excellent. the staff were friendly and professional. The room was large with hard wood floors and vaulted celiling with a great bathtub. the pool was also amazing. the buffet in the morning was great with lots of food to choose from. There is an excellent restaurant behind the hotel that we really enjoyed too. Overall, it was a great experience. Plus, we scheduled a 30 minute couple's massage in our room. Fabulous!

We were in a 3 bedroom suite. The ceiling all over the hotel are low and the rooms feel as if you are staying in a doll house. The bathrooms are too small and the furniture, decor and lighting are out of date and depressing. The dining table had a glass top over wood and it was obvious it had not even been wiped down. there were smears and fingerprints all over it. We stayed here for the proximity to the airport and because it offered a 3 bedroom where we could all be together. We have stayed in other "serviced apartment" type hotels in metro-Manila and this was the worst. I don't understand why it has such favorable reviews. The most I can say for it, is that it was "adequate" and "functional". It is definitely "no frills" with a very sterile out-of-date 1970's type business-vibe. Perhaps it had a god reputation in the past. For us, those days must be very distant indeed.

Custermer service was the best. Our room was a 2 bedroom, clean and very nice. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Manila. The pools were clean and gorgous. I wish we would have booked it for our whole stay.... I recomend it to every one.

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN & WELL MAINTAINED. Restaurant is top shelf and the staff second to none. A very excellent breakfast buffet & the wait staff again 1st rate! The whole Linden Suites experience was very gratifying & I would recommend it highly to anyone planning a over night stay or longer in Manila! It is a perfect choice for traveling families. The Mega Mall is just a short distance away that can be walked in a matter of minutes. Shopper delight.

They are very strict when you bring alcohol or wine they charge 250pesos per bottle and that is too much.

The hotel is walking distance to Mega mall. Taxi cabs are everywhere and cheap. At times, you just have to be able to tell the driver the street name and intersection of the hotel.There is a minimart adjacent to the hotel which is open 24 hours. 7 eleven store is at the back of the hotel which is a few steps away. The hotel is around 30 minutes or less away from the airport. Food is not a problem. Mc Donald's is open 24 hours and they deliver. There are more eateries outside that deliver in the hotel. I stayed in a three bedroom suite for 5 nights in room 511 from 10/6-10/10 There were 6 adults in our suite. The space is big. The beds are comfortable. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms has one bathroom in the middle. Bathrobes and slippers were provided.There are 2 flat screen television sets. One in the living room and one in the master bedroom. We used the pool and the gymn. We were more than satisfied with both. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. We enjoyed the food every morning and the staff went out of their way to make our breakfast mornings memorable. I would recommend the hotel. The service is excellent. The entire staff is polite, pleasant and helpful. The only thing I missed here is free Wifi. The hotel charges you for internet connection every day.

Extremely nice WC and plumbing, no fear of clogging toilets here, something which is usually a problem at other hotels in the Philippines. The shower would leak water all over the floor though. The prices for laundry were shockingly high. Nice breakfast, but not enough seats if you arrive late.

The hotel staff friendly and courtious. The breakfast is buffet style with a large selection. I enjoyed my stay. The only issues were the paint was peeled in a small area of the room and there was some mildew on the tile areas in the bathroom.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very convenient location. Staff was very nice. Breakfast (which was included)was excellent. Overall very satisfied.

Check in and out were very bad...also they are cheap with the towels but if you tip you can get extra..Rooms very big and if the check in and out were better I would say a must go to hotel
