first class hotel in a great area by the harbour lots of places to eat out of a scale of 10 it will be 10 room spotless service great location couldn' t be better

We stayed at this hotel and loved it. Our only complaint was we paid for a Harbour View room and saw the Harbour very little. The hotel is adjacent to the cruise ship pier and every day we looked into someone's state room or balcony on a ship as it was parked right in front of our balcony (the ships are longer and taller than the hotel so no room escapes this). We would stay at the Hilton again, but wouldn't waste our money on a Harbour View Rom.

It was our first time in Auckland and we were thrilled with our hotel choice. I was there for business and my husband came along for fun. We both were extremely happy with the accommodations and the hotel's views of the water. There were good dining choices nearby and all the conveniences we needed. The room was comfortable and very inviting and the staff was lovely.

Lovely if you love clean, modern lines environment. However, be VERY AWARE if you book and pay extra for deluxe VIEW of the waterfront you may be looking directly at people on a ship directly infront of your balcony as visiting cruiseliners park in front of the hotel ALL DAY! This means keeping your curtains CLOSED to ensure your own privacy. No light. No view. Not nice. Fish restaurant is a MUST visit. Great service and food. Surrounding area littered with tourist traps and lacked dining options, but pleasant short walk into city centre.

We had a great visit to Auckland and were especially happy with our decision to stay at the Hilton. It sits at the end of a major wharf in the center of the action. The views are great and the wallk to most of the CBD is 10-15 minutes at most. We spend New Years Eve there and enjoyed the atmosphere at the hotel. The room is also nice and contemporary; and the balcony was a nice treat. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

For business travellers -- this hotel charges for WiFi and has only one computer in the "business center". So don't count on business convenience. The printer in the business center was broken for 6 days we stayed there. A good location. 5 minute walk to the harbor where you can catch a boat/ferry to other islands. Walking distance to the harbor area full of restaurants. You can buy a (Cuban) cigar at a Brazilian restaurant Wildfire at the city-end of the peer. The restaurant at the hotel, "Fish" serves excellent food. It is pricey, but offers a creative menu. Cruise ships Dock on the side of the peer, so your room windows may be facing windows of a giant cruise ship and you will have to close your blinds for privacy. Cruise ships arrive at about 6 am and leave late afternoon. There were 3 ships during 6 days we stayed at the hotel. The personnel is very friendly and helpful.

Great spot and hotel. Always nice staying in a hilton :) all round.

Very nice, it's a hilton at the end of the day. Expensive but worthwhile, though the lack of a lobby lounge isn't great for a business traveller.

The Hilton at the viaduct in Auckland was great . The rooms were very comfortable but very small, also we had to pay extra for internet .the only negative was we tried to get an after dinner drink at 11.20PM on a Friday evening and the bar was closed !! we had to walk along to another venue/Over all very central, staff lovely , would stay again

Grat location. The staff is a bit green, but they try hard.

Hotel is located in a restaurant precinct on the wharf. Great choice of places to eat. Nice view out to the harbour. The Hotel was modern and we received FANTASTIC service. The breakfast was brilliant, particularly as we had food allergies. The Chef personally catered for our needs.

I can't complain at all - and we know that travellers love to complain. I spent two nights at the Hilton for work and couldn't have been happier. The breakfast (room service) was excellent - though far too much for me to finish. The dinner was only ok.

I stayed at the Hilton in Auckland for 3 weeks for a business trip. I found teh staff to be very helpful, courteous, and quick to respond to a request. the hotel is not is a quick stroll from queens street which is the main street in auckland. its right next to the ferry building where you will find all the tour guides (boats, buses..etc) very lively night life area, very clean, very comfortable. and when you close your hotel room, all the noise from a busy city seem to disappear. very nice. definitely would stay there again and recommend other to do so. The hotel also has a very elegnat restaurant, with amazing food.

Perfekt läge med utsikt över hamnen, när det inte ligger något kryssningsfartyg som skymmer utsikten vid kajen framför hotellet. Tyckte för egen del att det bara gav lite extra krydda på min vistelse. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Prisvärd buffé-frukost.

Die Lage des Hotels Hilton ist besonders gut, da zu Fuß alle Hot-Spots erreicht werden können. Die Angestellten sind sehr zuvorkommend und professionell.

Meget serviceorienteret personale. God bar food

5泊しましたが、その日によって掃除の仕方にとても差がありました。こんなに差があるホテルは珍しいかも。。。

今回夫婦二人で3泊ハーバービューのキングサイズのお部屋に滞在しました。でも、あいにくの雨季の時期にあたってたのでピーカンの晴天の日は１日のみでした。 ほとんど外出していたので今思えばハーバービューじゃなくてもよかったかもしれませんが、前日に自前で調達した朝食をバルコニーでとることができたので大変よかったです。スタッフの対応も親切で不慣れな英語でもやさしく対応してくれました(^.^) ホテルのレストランで夕食をとったんですが日本人のスタッフの方がとても親切にしてくれたのでメニュー選びにも悩みませんでした。 また、周辺にはたくさんレストランがあるので立地的にはとってもいいと思います。 温水とかかれていたので施設内のプールを期待していたのですがほぼ冷たい水でした。そこは少し残念です。 夏の季節に行くといいかもしれませんね。 あと、ホテルの入口がわかりにくい感じです。 初日の日だけ夜にミネラルウォーターとチョコのサービスがありました。あと、フロントには林檎がたくさんつまれていて自由にいただけました。 インターネットは少し高いと思います。１時間単位での料金になりますので、近くのカフェでコーヒーいただきながら無料のWi-Fiを利用する方がいいと思います。 今回の滞在は、気持ちよくほんとゆっくりできました。

One of the worst hotels which I was staying.Cannot understand that this hotel has 5 stars (3 will be the maximum which I will give them visiting a lot of 5 star hotels around the world which are really 5 star hotels) If you order a room with balcony so that you can see the sea and also the port make sure that you get a room where you have also the view you order. In my case I had the next day a very big cruse ship in front of the balcony and I had a wonderful view to the ship. From the sea or from the port I have seen nothing. If you take breakfast in the room make sure that you have a knife, a fork and a spoon in your pockets. The breakfast which was ordered for 2 people. We got coffee for to fill 3 cups (absolutely not enough) 1 knife,1 fork and 1 spoon which is also not understandable if we order for 2. Also the Muessli which I took was in a cup which had still the salat from the day before outside. Check out is 11 and I was happy that I got check out 12 complimentry. After 12 it will be charged. price of the room for 2 nights is a very high price for what you get. The swimming pool which the hotel have is a very small one. If you want to swim you have to be alone otherwise it is not possible.

Fin o god frukost i en trevlig restaurang. Nära till färjorna och nära till segelbåtarna, som man kunde följa med ut på. Kort o gott mitt i centrum,men ändå ingen trafik. Trevlig pool med utsikt över havet o "tornet". Mkt bra
