Nice hotel, nice staff. One of the elevators was didnt work and the other one had strange noices. Great with the free water bowles and coffee downstairs.

Very convenient, accommodating hotel. Clean, comfortable room; free purified water (hotel provides bottles but you can also use your own). Lots of quick-bite eateries and banks nearby. I will book with this hotel again.

Great location. Staff were really friendly. Room was great, bed was a slight bit small but we did ask for the small room. Great reading material provided in the room. Free water plus water bottles at each lift, nice touch. Free wifi also handy. Will try to stay here for future trips.

We had a brilliant one night stay at this hotel. Beautiful surroundings and easy to find, staff were very friendly and only too happy to help, rooms were very clean and comfortable with all the facilities needed for a short or long stay. Definately recommended to anyone wanting a fairly central london hotel. Its on the central line of the tube taking you straight to central london and is also walkable to convent garden and surrounding areas. Brilliant experience and will definiately be going back! Thank you x

I've stayed in many hotels in London, priced MUCH higher than this one, and this is the one i would return to. It was clean and did everything it needed to do. The reception staff were helpful but not overpowering and snooty. Only a few mins to the underground, that is a plus point as the walk is lovely past St Pauls. Also there are numerous places, just as you step outside the door, to eat breakfast and have a coffee. Only constructive feedback:- More milk sachets needed in the room.

Very happy with hotel - will use it again

Booked one night in London for a trip to see a show. Club Quarters St Paul's was excellent, at a very good price for such a convenient location. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and nice little touches, like the free coffee in the lounge and the water chillers on the landing. Top marks.

Do not touch the AC, it operates automatically

Reasonable sized room, clean, well equipped, comfortable. I liked the idea of the guest closet where you can replenish tea coffee etc. Room has a microwave too if needed for a late night snack. Minor downside, our room had a connecting door with the next room so you rely on a quiet neighbour, and the microwave has an annoying beep that travels right through from next door. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

The hotel was functional and priced well for the quality. Overall the staff was very good with customer service. Our dissapointment is with a snafu in transportation that cost me over $1,000. We aranged in the morning for transportation to the airport for 18:00. The hotel neglected to place the call and the we were delayed 20 minutes. The driver was to take credit cards and only took cash, and more importantly he did not know where he was going. The delay in pickup and getting lost caused us to miss our flight. We had to pay for hotel rooms at the airport and pay for new flights the next morning. A simple error that should not be held against the hotel if you are deciding to stay at the property.

This hotel is in a great location close to St. Pauls. If you're a light sleeper the church clock bells might bother you, but otherwise it is in a great place for everything in London. Tube station is about a 3 minute walk away. The room was quite large by London standards (small by American), and had a chair/ desk as well as the bed. It was clean and had coffee and tea making facilities. The check in staff were not overly friendly and welcoming and were quite rude to some people ahead of us in line, but this should not take away from a good hotel in a great location.

This was the second time I stayed at the hotel. The first was fine. Had a room towards the court. The second time room towards the road. If you wan to stay at this hotel ask for a room towards the court. Otherwise too much noise. I hardly slept all night. Also there was something wrong with toilet. So the contents from previous users would flout up after use. So that was what met me when I opened the toilet. Not pleasant. This probably could have been unlucky. But not nice at all.

Excellent location. Large airy rooms. Spacious comfy residents lounge with free tea, coffee & spring water. Reasonable room rates

Very nice hotel. We´ve got really nice room with amazing view on St. Pauls Catedral. Ask for a room with a view on a street. We had room number 516 I guess.

Great hotel, cheap and convenient - close to the tube and when the pubs close, just cross over the river to Southbank. Well worth it, clean and had all we needed. Excellent.

I booked the Club Quarters based on it's location and reviews on Hotels.com The reception staff were helpful and cheerful. It's a great affordable hotel for any business or pleasure stay.

This is a great hotel, very convenient for the city and west end. Very well maintained ith great amenities - however: - the guest cupboards do not contain all they promise: he pillows had all gone and when asking reception for another, this was never delivered - I disgree with hotel policy for taking money for 'incidentals': I never use mini-bars, and rarely charge anything to my room. By all means take an impresion of my credit card, but don't take money - it is over a week since my check-out and I have not had the money refunded which was not used for any incidentals! Otherwise highly recommended!!!! Definitley stay again,especially at the tariff. During the week is a business hotel and this shows in the levels of amenities.

Top quality hotel with fantastic media facilities and surrounded by a plethora of fab eating establishments.

This was my first visit to London. I picked this Hotel because of earlier reviews and the location. I could see St Pauls Cathedral from my hotel window, the subway station St Pauls was only 3 minutes away, and it's only 4 stations away from Oxford Circus. The staff at the hotel was very polite and friendly, I loved my room, I loved everything about it. And St Pauls is absolutely beautiful. I would go back every day of the week if I could.

5 stars all round. Really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Excellent as always.

Staff where great, room was clean and comfortable (slighlty smaller than the ones at the Traaflgar CQ). Location is ideal

Excellent weekend location but only quibble would be that the triple glazing and heavy curtains seem to be unable to block out the noise of traffic and aircon units

We recently had a wonderful weekend staying at Club Quarters. It was easily found within 2 minutes of underground. We were able to walk to Covent Garden in 20 minutes taking in the sights of Fleet Street and the Strand and then onto a show. We were then able to get up on Sunday morning to bells of St Pauls and attend the morning service which was excellent

I would stay here again! I booked a small standard room but it didn't seem to be small by any means! Excellent amenities and very friendly staff!

Good Location for getting about, great view of St Pauls Cathederal especially at night. Good Rates at this hotel, free bottled water available. Staff very friendly and helpful, any requests were dealt with promptly. Would recommend and would go back again.

I and my colleague only stayed one night and I picked CQSP because of the location, price and ratings. I can now confirm that it is an excellent hotel, excellent value and in an excellent location. Definately stay there again and recommend it to others.

Perfect business person's hotel - will always stay in Club Quarters in future as it makes it possible for you to get on with what you have to do knowing that your internet connection is excellent and that all you need is available

The hotel stay was comfortable for one night, but the room really wasn't anything to run home about. Overall pleasant stay. The location is excellent and the St. Pauls Tube station is within comfortable walking distance. St.Pauls Cathedral is literally right in front of the hotel, which was an added bonus. Lots of eateries in the surrounding area (which I believe to be the Financial District). Overall, enjoyable experience. Great staff that are truly helpful!!!

We found Club Quarters St Pauls to be very well-kept, comfortable and in an excellent location for the sights of London. the room was exactly what we needed with a comfortable bed, clean and a nice bathroom. We didn't need to deal with staff other than at check-in but they were courteous and efficient. The lounge area looked very nice with free tea and coffee facilities. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Really nice hotel. The rooms are a good size even though the one we booked was meant to be "small". Bathroom was great - good shower. It's got some charm all of it's own. If you're after ultra modern with no personality, this isn't for you. If you're after good value, clean and smart, with some style, you can't go wrong with this one.

We stayed here for one night to attend a wedding. Staff were very polite and patient and even showed me the self service check in which is a fab idea. Hotel has loads of facilities and little touches to make your stay more than welcome... massive bed in which you could sleep 3-4 adults, excellent power shower, free chilled purified water, free tea and coffee in the lobby, microwave and fridge, and extra sachets of tea, coffe and milk on tap. I must say they have thought of most things to help make your stay enjoyable and convenient. 12pm check out was greatly appreciated.

We stayed in a standard room. It was fine, but not luxurious. The room was a bit small but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. The price we paid seemed fair for the room and neighbourhood. We were staying after a show and found that there were good bus routes down the Strand to Trafalgar Square passing near Covent Garden.

This was a really nice hotel. When we checked in they told us that we had booked a small room and they upgraded us for free. Our room was big an spacious with a nice view over St. Pauls. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is really good. Close to the underground and several bus routes. There are many different places to eat around in the area as well. All in all I really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to others.

A very reasonably priced hotel within easy walking distance of central london. The breakfast served in the adjoining cafe was excellent and there are lots of cafes nearby.
