Location was too far away from central Kata, Karon and Patong - noisy air-conditioning :)

this hotel is great, good food provided by a french chef with all food items of a very high quality. Staff and hotel excellent. Beach also a delight as was the panarama, such a change from the noisy/ loud other towns in Phuket. One negative was the dominence of Russian visitors, many of whom were obviously not acoustomed good behaviour with concern for others and had no interest in controlling their kids at meal times. my Russian girlfriend interviened and offered advice on behaviour which solved the issues, we will go again

We'll be back, loved every minute. Can honestly say was outstanding, breakfast excellent, menu and food for dinner superb especially the friday night seafoods buffet. Was so relaxing and tranquil. cant wait for the next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed the service provided - it was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. i enjoyed the quiet location near a nice beach and the feeling of relaxation i got from my stay. will definitely visit again and can't wait to do so. the spa at the hotel was also a beautiful experience...highly recommended ! my partner also loved the stay equally !

My husband and I decided to spend a night in Nai Harn beach as we wanted to visit Promthep Cape and our other planned hotel was at the other end of the island! This hotel (RPYC) was such a pleasant surprise! They upgraded my standard room to a suite upon check in and it had the most amazing view of the Andaman! The hotel was also very well maintained despite the age (20+ years old) and I really really loved the terrace which faced the sea. I'm definitely coming back! :)

View is fantastic, rooms are v good, service is excellent, recommended strongly.

A scene is very beautiful and the price is reasonable. Will come again next time.

Our stay at the Royal Phuket Yacht Club was our honeymoon and we could not have chosen a better place. The room was fantastic, staff extremely friendly and helpful when the threat of tsunamic was issued! The pool was great and the hotel is situated in Nai Harn which can only be described as utopia!!!! Highly recommended and my husband and I can't wait to return

The hotel is in a charming position and the staff are delightful, but although the gardens are well kept, maintenance is lacking. For example, the beach umbrellas are rusting away and some are unusable. Decorations are left to deteriorate, repairs left undone. The beach area is not well kept, not served well by the hotel, the loungers are old and dirty and no service is evident. Such a shame as this is a beautiful location. It seems the whole place needs a healthy injection of capital to keep it going. But if you want to savour the remains of a bygone age then do it soon before it declines too far to enjoy.

In order to fully enjoy your stay, forget the star ratings. The Royal Phuket Yacht Club is not a perfect 5 star hotel, but it is a beautiful hotel with a unique atmosphere of it's own. The surroundings of the hotel are very green with a hillside with plamtrees and a great view over Nai Harn beach. Nature is everywhere. Inside the hotel and the hallways there are plenty of palmtrees, flowers and other plants. You get to see a lot of harmless, wonderful creatures of tropical nature like birds, snails, gekkos, butterflies, frogs and bats around the hotel. We started the mornings with a fabulous breakfast, and enjoyed the unique atmosphere of the Quarterdeck restaurant and lobby in the evenings. Just beautiful! We liked Nai Harn beach. It is clean, it is beautiful, it's not overcrowded or overdeveloped, and it's just one step away from the hotel. If you don't want to swim in the sea, the hotel has a beautiful if somewhat smallish pool area with great views over the bay. We loved our stay at The Royal Phuket Yacht Club, and Nai Harn beach was the best beach for us in Phuket. The Nai Harn area is "anti-Patong" in a very pleasant way.

Really nice beach, very good free breakfast, and beautiful lobby/dining area. However, the hotel is far from airport/patong, AC in our room smelled like mold, and price was more than the value we received. I would not recommend someone to stay there.

Outstanding hotel in an outstanding location. Staff could not have done more to make this trip any better.

We spend three nights during the Chrismas of 2010 in Royal Phuket Yacht Club. We liked the pictures, the view and the location based on what we saw online. Upon arrival we found out the Hotel was extremely dated, carpets were filty with huge steins and dirt all over. Bathrooms very old and filty. They did not change the dirty towels with large steins from the day before! We left the towel on the floor to be changed and they just folded them and put them back for us to use. This Hotel was the most expensive and the worse hotel that we stayed at during our trip to Thailand. We traveled to Bangkok and Chiang Mai and both hotels in those cities were beautiful and had friendly staff. Things were clean and service was excellent. This hotel was by far the worse we experienced. I would not recommend this hotel. They don't help with anything in the island or even finding a taxi. All other hotels provided excellent service and we had a point of reference in that country. This Hotel was a big disappointment. I wonder how they received their 4.5 stars! This hotel should have a maximum 2 star rating based on what they offer.

This was the first 5* hotel built in Phuket (as I learned from Paul, the guest services manager). A little tired in places but overall a superb hotel in terms of location (pretty bay area etc), service, food, room sizes etc. I still miss having breakfast looking at one of the best views available with 100% attentive service. Paul deserves a special mention; a man who can fix almost anything ranging from scooters to shows to informal snorkelling trips to nearby Coral Island. I hope to go back. The sea is like a bath with some limited rocks / coral to snorkel over too. Friendly locals, massage for under £10 an hour - who could ask for more? Enjoy!

带爸妈去度假，真是太难忘的假期了。酒店非常美，最爱大露台，风景无敌，奈汉沙滩最干净最美了，不喜欢珊瑚岛、皇帝岛的沙滩。可以包酒店的车出去玩，其实酒店位置不错的，离景点都还算近，就是周边没什么东西，要依赖酒店的设施。反正我会再去，下次去就住在酒店玩，享受度假。

Ottimo albergo che si affaccia su una bellissima baia. Impeccabile la disponibilitaà del personale sia in reception che in sala. Unica pecca il frigobar... Per un risparmio energetico si stacca la corrente in camera con un interruttore generale che mantiene in funzione il solo climatizzatore... Occorrerebbe aggiungere anche il frigobar altrimenti le bevande sono sempre caldissime.... Nel complesso hotel assolutamente da consigliare.

住豪華客房。房價跟飯店軟硬體、不成比例。泳池很小、早餐沒變化。

hotel tres romantique de style colonial, bel endroit calme pour un sejour en bord de plage, mais isole de patong et de l animation, et surtout a eviter pour les personnes a mobilite reduite car nombreux escaliers. sinon tout est super, belle vue mer depuis les chambres, buffet petit dejeuner copieux, bel ensemble aere - piscine, salons- avec vue sur mer, petite salle de sport (vieillotte), plage privatisee...a recommander. la plage de nai harn a bien change depuis des annees, beaucoup trop de monde.

It was my second visit to this hotel and the stay was good overall. However, the breakfast was overpriced. If they could not upgrade the quality of their breakfast, I think they should lower the breakfast price. Service was generally good. The only exception was that their housekeeping staff knocked our door twice during our stay, and in both times, they tried to open our door before we reached the door. Had we not latched the door, they would have come into the room already. We were not slow in reaching the door. So I think the staff simply didn't have a good sense of the importance of privacy, or they cared more about efficiency or their own time, than respect for customers. I have reflected this to the hotel's reception staff and the lady there responded that they would remind their staff.

The private terrace of the room was a big bonus -- we sat on the lounge chairs at the terrace for star gazing at night! The sea view at day time was marvellous too. The bathtub's design didn't seem so functional but the shower facility was fine. The beach is just in front of the hotel. Watching sunset on the beach was a great enjoyment, but if it's for swimming, it would be better to go to the beach earlier in the day as the tides started to get high from late afternoon. (We went in December).

这家酒店是我精心挑选的，去了确实没有让我失望，大大的屋子，大大的露台，面朝大海，餐厅泳池spa没有一处看不见大海的，太棒了

Hotellet var fantastiskt, lugnt och stilfullt. Trevlig personal och fina rum med jättestora terasser till. Dock ville vi bo på stranden och detta hotell låg invid stranden men uppe mot ett berg.

超大露台、房間舒適，沙灘有酒店沙灘椅、有人準備好毛巾，雖然沙灘不算很大，但水質好，對面就是viewpoint，餐廳對住沙灘，建議自駕。酒店人員親切，酒店私隱度高。缺點:我住二樓沒電梯、早餐不算很正，但附近沒有比酒店的好，泳池很小。

The Royal Phuket Yacht Club住宿4晚，整体感觉这家度假酒店处处为客人提供舒心细节：入住下午茶在海边餐厅观海品尝茶点，早餐美味丰盛甚至有三文鱼刺身，露台超大可以阖家欢聚观海休闲。酒店外的YAYAFOOD价格平，菜品精细，推荐。

かつてはアニバーサリーにしか泊まれないようなホテルであったが、施設の老朽化とともに価格が下がり、今では昔の栄光は感じられないサービスとなってしまった。明らかに経費削減をしていることがわかってしまう。しかしそれでもこのホテルの持つポテンシャルは高く、宿泊者の誰をも虜にする建築設計者に敬意を払いたい。

虽然在网上提前看过一些房间照片，但是到实地后还是被这个超大的阳台以及外面的风景给小小的震撼了一把。房间设施有点旧，但是我喜欢的风格，只是电器也很陈旧（这点需要改进了）：老式的SONY电视机太小，CD机似乎也有问题，房间里放的3张CD没有一张能够完整的播放出来。酒店的绿化很不错，植被茂盛，但是没有看到什么奇怪的小动物出现。早餐品种的确有点少，果汁还不错。周边交通不算很方便，如果去芭东等地方强烈推荐租一辆MOTO，250B每天，一路上虽然上下坡很多也很陡，但是注意控制车速就没问题了，晚上骑车也不用担心，可视度还是不错的。如果不想去酒店吃，推荐去小超市旁边的那家，人均消费500B。不少人推荐过的NAIHARN SEAFOOD去吃了，感觉一般，菠萝饭也比较咸。

住的非常舒服，尤其是大阳台非常舒适，直接可以看到海景。

一流服務，細心的房間安排(e.g. 有cd player + jazz cd)，房間舒適，無敵大露台令人心曠神怡！hotel附近有大排檔式海鮮吃，價錢合理，下次再去！

非常棒 房间有个超大的露台 听着酒店为每个房间准备的CD 坐在露台上看着海 看着小说 非常惬意 这才是度假！酒店位置是离巴东较远，但是租个摩托车一路沿着海骑到巴东 也非常之爽

El hotel es lindo pero el mobiliario es viejo y la habitación pequeña , terriblemente lejos de todo , muy costoso y dificil trasportarse

プーケット島の南端の浜辺に面した斜面にあり、眺望は最高です。が、歴史を感じる一方で、やや古臭い感じです。 ルームサービスを頼んだ所、英語の理解が不十分で、間違って持ってきました。 シーフッド・レストランは世界共通のホテル値段で、タイにしては破格に高かった。

如果只想呆在酒店或海边，享受宁静的阳光假日，这家酒店无疑是心头之选。酒店建成时间较长，但维护非常之好，一切设施都极为舒适和洁净。时间带来的，还有枝繁叶茂的热带园林，这是新建酒店难以比拟的优势。自助早餐品类不算多，品质却不错，算是以质取胜。 离机场一个小时的车程，离前去phi phi的码头半个小时。周边吃喝丰富，但性价比一般般。

空港から１時間半と、距離はあるがその分雰囲気は素晴らしい。 ホテルでの朝食は、特におすすめ。味、雰囲気とも素晴らしい。 目の前の海岸は、騒々しさがなく◎ 海岸沿いには、シーフードの食べれる食堂風レストラン並んでいるので、ホテル以外でも食事ができる。
