It was great for the price but they need too shampoo the carpets and over haul the place but its got a full kitchen and wifi free but its 3.00 per day for the extra speed not bad

Overall the stay was good. The room did not have a coffee/tea maker or,iron/ironing board as listed that would be in the room...really needed both and had no coffee at the front desk . The staff was friendly but had difficulty reaching them by phone ...nobody answered but there where people in the office.The room was pretty clean , a little dated and in need of a facelift. Did have some noise issues and some seedy looking characters about after dark but was told there was night security..I never saw anyone though. Not for family w/ small children but will do for adults who have only a desire to sleep and go out for business.Really close to several restaurants and the hospital .

Surprisingly no blanket in my room. I had to ask from the front desk. No staff on duty by 8:30am, which made me not able to leave on time (no one picked up the phone as well). Even aweful the hotel charged my credit card even though they had confirmed I was all set upong checking out. I had to waste time to disput the transaction

They have the most horrid customer service. I was informed the room I booked wasn't available and to contact my travel agent. I later found out through my travel agent that the procedure is for the hotel to contact whomever you booked through and you will be found alternate lodging at the expense of the hotel you were due to stay at. NEVER again! This hotel needs new and functioning management.

Good value for my money yet bringing your own self cleaning products NEVER hurt.

When checking to our room there was a dirty cassarole dish outside our door that remained during our entire stay.We had one towel and one wash cloth each for a three day and two night stay.The shower walls were coming apart,the toilet was very stained.The cold water knob on the tub didn't work. There were ants on the bathroom floor. The kitchen sink fixture was loose.

Before I booked this hotel I read the other reviews and booked anyway - lol - glad I did. From the other reviews I stopped at the store and brought cleaning supplies and bug spray. Did have to clean bathroom just because that is how I am and did find hair just two in the tub. I plan on booking again but will bring my own sheets as spread and sheets had tiny burn holes. There is no ice machine but there is a fridge which cools nicely in my room freezer needs to be defrosted, if I were staying longer I would've defrosted but need it on to cool beverages. Kitchette has a two buner electic cooktop and a microwave a small fridge and a coffee maker but no ashtrays. The area has supermarket nearby and not to far from restaurants and Walmart. There is a menu for food in room with reasonable prices but I did not order so I can't comment as to quality, maybe next time I will order. As to the bugs I only had a cricket in my room which I disposed easily oh yeah and a fly which gave me a workout but i finally won that battle too. The staff was friendly and tghe other guests I saw seemed to be residents of longstanding. As my stay is not over I can say so far I have had no problems. There is a charge for internet in your room which is not very expensive Water is hot and air conditioner cools VERY WELL. All in all a good first stay for me.

I booked this room for a friend coming into ATL and asked specifically about shuttle service from the airport. They said no shuttle, but they had a guy with a van who picked up their customers. They didn't say he QUIT RUNNING at 7:30 pm. My friend, who experienced travel delays, was stranded for hours at the airport until I found online taxi transportation. No one answered the office phones after 8pm, so we weren't sure check-in would be possible at all. Awful experience. They should not have the word "airport" in their name because it is a lie. This was the worst hotel service experience ever!

The first thing that greeted me was a crawling critter. It was a plus to have a small refrigerator but that's about it. The choice of channels was slim and I did not sleep under the covers as I just did not get a good feeling on the cleanliness. I would stay there only as a last resort.

This place had several bad reviews and we were concerned but took the chance to see for ourselves. Glade we did = it was great - they must have put big effort in improving = it showed and must say that staff very helpful and happy. rooms clean and excellent price. We were on business trip and had two rooms for a five days. It was a no frills but we saved hundreds. Would not hesitate to book again.

The police knocked on my door at 8 AM looking for someone named James. The television remote did not work at all. I did not feel safe as a single female in this location at all.

it was not so bad for what i paid for they customer service person was very nice to me she help me out when need and any thing that i need but a little dusty other than that it was good

I would not recomend this hotel at all. I checked in and found that my room was still a mess. There were dirty dishes in the sink, ashes on the toilet seat with toilet paper in it, and the tub was filed with water and it was still running. The carpet was full of stains and I was afraid to go outside my room. I was also asked to go to a club by some guys hanging outside my room. Needless to say, I did not stay at the hotel that night and returned my key 2 days later because nobody was attending the front office after 9pm and before 7:30 am! Awefull hotel

Inaccurate listing of distance from Hartsfield Airport. Dirty room, but the bed was clean. Price was reasonable, will not return.

The motel was very close to the event we were participating in which was a plus. The staff was friendly and helped out when needed. It is a basic hotel room for the money, but the bonus was having a fridge, stove and microwave.

The reviews I read about this hotel was right on the money. I checked out of this hotel within 15 minutes of checking in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I did not feel safe in this hotel. The door to the room was unlocked upon arrival. The lock was a push button lock. I was very disappointed.

The picture of the hotel is really beautiful. I was wondering why they only had one picture of the hotel (the outside); after checking into the hotel I now understand why. I checked into the hotel and went to my room. The door to the room was unlocked. When I walked into the room I was in shock. This was a no smoking room and had cig burns in the rug. The mildew smell was very powerful. I checked right back out of that hotel. Never before had I checked into a hotel and checked back out within 15 minutes, never until my stay at this hotel.
