The most impressive was the plaque at the entrance displaying the TEN COMMANDMENTS. YOUR HOTEL IS TRULY BLESSED, and so was my stay. Thank you.

The dinner served to us on Thursday night April 26 was below par. very disappointing for $27 . P.S. please check you spelling of neighborhood in your hotel rating. Really liked the furniture in the room.

Room was clean. Hotel was difficult to get to. My non smoker room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. This was not the enchantment that was expected for a romance get away.

The common areas like the lobby, hotel restauraunt and other facilities were top notch. Very nice and quite elegant - as the name would imply. The room itself left a little something to be desired. Dated furnishings and the entire room just appeared tired and worn. In the Beaumont area, you would be better served choosing the Holiday Inn, Hilton Garden Inn or Residence Inn just down the road. They are all at a similar price point.

THE FLOOR FELT WET AND THE PLACE SMELLED LIKE SMOKE , THE DIDNT HAVE A FREE BREAKFEST LIKE WHEN I STAY AT THE EMBAY SUITES HOTEL , I WILL STAY AT HILTON CHAIN

Full service hotel. Easily 3.5 stars. Excellent moderately priced breakfast buffet with an omelet station and a large variety of fresh fruits. Very comfortable and quiet. Top quality soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Excellent beds. Large flat screen tv but not HD. Hotel rates are good but HOTELS.COM makes it cost about the same as some 2 star hotels. Always stay here when working in the Golden Triangle area.

The hotel was beautiful. It offered a lot of different services. Restaraunt, Spa, Bar and room service. The staff was friendly and the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved that you had to have your key card to enter all of the buldings. My only complaint was that we did not get a balcony like we were promised and the pool was very dirty.

I'v been coming to this Hotel since I was a child and was really thinking 20 years later there would be some noticeable upgrades. Bathrooms are way to small, the sheets felt like sand paper and the pillows were horrible. I really was hoping me and my parents would have a night of good comfort but it was decent and nothing more.

Thiss hotel is very dated. While my room was generally clean, the entire hotel had a really weird smell. If you have to stay in Beumont it is as good as it gets. But if you have the ability to stay at one of the resorts of Lake Charles, that would be a muich better bet.

Convienent, clean, quiet. Only complaint was the AC ran loud.

Check in was a nightmare. Long line. Only 1 customer service agent at the desk. I'd arranged for early check-in because we had driven all day for a 4:00 funeral and needed showers and time to get ready, then on to the church. When it was finally my turn at the desk, I was told the water had been off for plumbing repairs. When the water was finally back on (just enough time for us to shower and get ready), it flowed out like weak coffee for about 10 minutes. No one ever checked on me, asked how the room was, or made any effort to make anything right. I will not stay there again.

I really liked this hotel. Although older thank many of the hotels I've stayed in, the staff and management has kept this hotel clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds. I also liked the restaurant and bar located inside the hotel. I had a sudden change in travel plans and the hotel staff accommodated my schedule change. The Elegante is my new favorite hotel in Beaumont.

We stayed here two nights for a wedding. The hotel has good restaurant and bar. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with 32 inch flat screen TVs. The Staff went above and beyond to help make our stay memorable.

To be fair we stayed at this hotel over Christmas weekend and there were hardly any other guests at the hotel. We had to change rooms upon arrival because of something questionable on the headboard of our bed. Our new room was clean but the shower drained very slowly. The gorgeous hotel bar was closed and room service was not running that weekend. On the upside the bed was very comfortable and the room was decent. This is definitely the best hotel in Beaumont.

I was very pleased with my stay here. The room was very large and comfortable as well as clean. The staff was very friendly and accomodated everything we needed in a timely manner. The room service was prompt and not to mention very cheap compared to other high end hotels i've stayed at- and also delicious. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Went To Beaumont Tx For A ZUMBA Event.BEAUTIFUL HOTEL!! Front Desk Were Very Nice.The Room Very Clean And Beds Comfortable.WE STILL AGAIN!!!

Not at all satisfied with overall stay at the Elegante Beaumont. The room had a MUSTY smell to it when you first enter/The sheets did not smell fresh/Microwave was dirty on the outside/Shower had HAIR in soap holder/Hallways & Elevator was extremely HOT!!!

Woke up the last morning and and the hotel had no water presure.

Everything was fancy but I would have rather had more friendly people and cleaner rooms. I would recommend it because finding a decent hotel in this area is extremely difficult. It was hard because I just had come from a hotel in Houston that was extremely wonderful that I was comparing it to.

Small bathroom. Decor is 80's style. Staff not very friendly. Walls,room and bathroom not very clean. Not worth the cost and does not deserve the name.

The bed was great, but the pillows were too soft. They did not support my neck, so my neck was stiff the next morning. Of five pillows on the bed, not a one had any firmness.

I had a memorable with the comfort of comfort. The staff was awesome!

Good rates , nice pool ,Coffee maker was not clean, overall was good value for the price

well we picked a weekend that was just awful. softball state championships was in town so there was over 100 teenaged girls running around the hotel until 1am....then we had a bachelorette party right next door to us who cam in around 2am....the pool was crowded and there was 2 weddings going on....NOT a hotel you want to relax at. AT ALL!

This place was absolutely beautiful . The staff was extremely friendly & helpful . Couldn't ask for a better place to stay . We will never stay anywhere else when we come to Beaumont .

This hotel stated that it was recently renovated. They must not have made it to the floor I stayed on. The hall had a terrible smell, the ice machine on my floor was broken, the sink leaked and the carpet was damp. The room had several dings and scuffs on the walls that made them look dirty and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. On top of everything else checkout was noon and housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:00 am wanting to know if they could clean the room yet. No way does it deserve the 3.5 star rating they have.

Great location, food, and drinks. Bathroom needs a little work but other than that I loved the room. Very clean and neat.

I really enjoyed my stay I've nerver been so relaxed and the bed is better than my bed at home, I didnt want to leave but I'm coming back and I will stay at the same hotel. Last but not lease the room service is outstanding.

Pleasantly surprised. Very good price. Lovely bedroom. Personable bartender and good food & drink.

The hotel itself was very pretty, but I was disappointed to find out that the only breakfast available had to be ordered (and paid for) in the hotel restaurant.
