Booked two nights over a month in advance. Paid a pretty penny and when I checked in, they gave me a room with two double beds instead of a King like I requested. Said they could move me next day (on a two night stay) I said "no thanks, what can you do for me?" so they gave me a free breakfast and free movie rental. Overall nice stay, look for parking elsewhere.....$20 every 15 hours. Very close to everything.

I was here for business but I was still able to have a great time because everything was so close and convenient. I would come back to this hotel and city!

Request a room on the opposite side of the arena if you don't want to be up til 2am with music right outside your window.

I called the hotel directly and told them that I have 2 adults and 2 teenagers (one of which is a 6', 210lb. basketball player who must have his own bed. They instructed me to book a double bed suite which has 2 beds and 1 fold out sofa bed. I did exactly as they instructed. I called the hotel directly at 7 pm the day of check in to inform the hotel we would be arriving late, but we are coming and not to give away our room. When we arrived we were taken to a room with 1 bed and a sofa bed. I went down to the manager and told him there must have been a mistake and he told me they give the double bed rooms to the walk ins that ask for them and that they were all given out before we arrived. He then asked if one of my kids could sleep on the floor since it was just for one night. I told him there is no way I am putting my kid on a hotel floor anywhere, but definately not with what we were paying at this hotel. He then proceeded to tell me they could BORROW a roll away cot from another hotel for one of them to sleep on and that was the only option. By this time it was 2 a.m. and my kids were exhausted so I accepted. He said he couldnt reduce the price but would give us breakfast vouchers. He also blamed the entire ordeal on the fact that we booked through a third party booking company instead of calling them directly. I told him it shouldn't make any difference. When we finally got into the room the housekeeper that came to make up the sofabed cursed in front of my kids. I won't recommend this hotel or stay here again.

Rooms were fine, parking was 20 per night but you can park in other areas close by for 13 per night. Great location. Visit Pucketts grocery and restaurant for the best breakfast food! Its 2 blocks away.

We stay at this hotel a couple times a year.. We have NEVER had a issue and EVERYONE has always been very kind, helpful and went above and beyond for us!! Thank You for yet again ANOTHER great stay!! See you soon :)

All I can say is excellent. I will definitely stay again.

We made a last minute decision to go to Nashville from Ontario to watch the Red Wings play the Predators. Our seats were amazing as they were right behind the Detroit Red Wing bench. I had my tickets sent to the Hilton, and when I arrived the staff could not find them, which made me extremely nervous as they were of considerable price. Once in the room, it was lovely, but we found drink stains and a sticky mess on the night table. We did not bother to inform the staff, who were very curtious as we were in a rush to make the game and were staying only 1 night. Convenience = excellent. Beauty of the hotel is great. Staff were willing to help but the one issue we had was considerable. Overall we would stay again with some reservation.

This was the best hilton I have stayed in. excellent service. Loved it

We have stayed in Nashville before but had to drive to get to downtown. We were very happy to find downtown was a block away. We had Thanksgiving dinner is a restaurant down the block, Merchants. We loved the roon, service was great, The tempure in the hot tub could have been hotter, over night parking was expensive.

Very disapointed that we paid a preminum price for a handicap room. When we took a shower the bathroon basically flooded.

We stayed here for CMA week. Beautiful hotel in the perfect location for all of the CMA activities. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly. We will be staying here again next year

When you reserve a room at this hotel, you are getting it because it has the best location. Exactly 1 block from all the Honky Tonk bars on Broadway. Just make sure you don't get one of the rooms that face inward. For some reason they have rooms with no sight of the outside. Only of inside the hotel. They gave me one and I asked to be moved to a different room. Sounded like they get that a lot.

This hotel was the perfect location for walking to Broadway to enjoy all the live entertainment and Honky Tonk Bars! We all felt safe and secure and valet service was friendly and efficient as well if you needed to drive anywhere. Hotel was very clean, room was very nice and comfortable and breakfast buffet was enjoyed each morning with wonderful hospitality. Would most definately stay at this hotel when returning to Nashville.

All was as expected mid level Hilton stuff with a slightly tired room but no real complaints. The breakfast was okay but there are more interesting places nearby. Fae the concierge was great and very helpful. By far the best thing about the Hotel was the location which is by far the best of all the downtown hotels. Because of this it is where I would stay when I return to Nashville

Location was perfect! We walked everywhere we wanted to go downtown. Room was nicely appointed and staff was friendly. Would definately stay here again.

The hotel is right in the middle of downtown. You can walk anywhere in the downtown area, no problem. I had never been to Nashville before, so I wasn't sure where to stay. If it is the Downtown is what you want, this is a great place to stay! You do have to pay for parking. There are other parking options. If you can get the room/buffet breakfast option, it is well worth it. It is a true buffet with omlett/egg chef.

I would not pay this price again for this hotel. It was a nice place although I think you are paying more for the location than then actual hotel, enjoyed our stay. If no other options i would stay here again not even a block from music city row.

This hotel is definitely worth the price. We were visiting Nashville to attend a concert at Bridgestone Arena. The Hotel is right across the street. We were also going to make a trip the the country music hall of fame and when we arrived we discovered that it was right behind our hotel. Vallet parking was well worth the money and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located right on the honky tonk row strip which has all the bars and shops. Great location. The rooms were comfortable. The living room part of the suite was a little small but overall nice. My only complaint would be that there was no free breakfast and the price of room service was very pricey.

Excellent location for all the great things to do in NASHVILLE. wONDERFUL Place to stay and very pleasent staff. Will stay there again!

Comfortable but the rooms could have been a little larger. The location was just perfect, no car necessary to get to the downtown District.

The Hilton in Downtown Nashville was very clean & secure. The best part is the location. You can walk to most of the attractions and restaurants in just a few minutes. The price is not the lowest I've ever seen, but the quality of the room and amenities without doubt made it worth it. I will certainly stay there next time I'm in Nashville. Bud the Junkman

Our room was very nice , but not worth what we were charged. We were told Parking was available, but NO ONE bothered to mention it would cost you $20.00 everytime you moved your car. Also I feel the Hotel was VERY CHEAP to NOT include Breakfast to their Guest. Like I said, it was a nice Hotel, but not as nice as some others I have stayed at for less money.

We had a great stay at the Hilton - very close to all the fun places to go and see in Nashville. The only drawback was that the breakfast area was not open past 9 am???? If you stay out into the night and early morning on Broadway, it's difficult to get up real early (and beside that, we're on vacation, aren't we?).

First time in Nashville, and I definately made the right choice by staying here. Great location in the center of the City.

Great Hotel. Enjoyable stay. Pleasant staff. Close to everything.

Overall the Hilton hotel in downtown Nashville is a really nice hotel. It's Location is perfect and the Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, it could of used a couple of tubes of caulk in the bathroom as well as a better remote for the television but it was nice.

We were amazed at how close this hotel is to all the live music. The staff was incredibly helpful with suggestions on how to enjoy the area. The staff gave us several different options on where to dine close by. If you wnat to enjoy all the live music Nashville has to offer and you want to walk, this is the place to stay.

We stayed just one night, but it was a real treat - the hotel is right in the center of downtown and we safely walked across the street to the Bridgestone Arena to see the concert that brought us to Nashville. Afterwards, we simply walked out onto Broadway and had a wonderful late night at several Nashville hot spots. It was a safe and short walk back to the hotel. The entire hotel is modern and eclectic - beautiful suite and furnished with beautiful bedding - highly highly recommend!

The hotel staff were excellent in every aspect. Friendly, professional ... The hotel itself is located in the heart of downtown nashville. A perfect downtown location steps away from several incredible restaurants. The hotel suite itself was a disappointment for the price. The carpet in the room seemed a bit shabby and small. The furnishings were fine but not elegant. The hotel lobby wasn't the elegance i'd expected either Although its a fine hotel, for the money its not worth it.

The Hilton Nashville Downtown is the perfect location for sight seeing / night life in Downtown. We were very pleased with this choice. We were able to park the car when we arrived on the first day and did not need it for the remainder of our visit. The parking was extra but not outragous. We will definetly stay at the hilton when we visit Nashville again.
