Quality Inn & Suites Winchester - وينشست

We only stayed one night on our way through the area. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Breakfast was nice too.

Beds very sleepable. Right off Intersate,but no noise. Kids had fun in the pool. Thanks

I stayed for a week for business. It was a perfect location for me. Pricing was right on and room were big and comfortable. Small indoor pool. But breakfast was a disappointment. Thank good goodness I don't stay somewhere for the food. Haha

Not great. Location confusing to get to from exit. No services in the area. Room had strange configeration.

To be fair, it looks like they are trying to get this hotel in shape, but they have a ways to go. The room was clean but had a few maintenance issues. The hallways smelled of smoke and had damaged carpets. No elevator to second floor, but a reasonable $25 pet fee (some chains charge much more). It was quiet, so I appreciated that. Good for an overnight between driving days, but I wouldn't stay here for a vacation or longer trip.

Although the room it's self was large and not too bad the hallways were in need of attention. The carpet was dirty with huge chunks out if it in quite a few places. The halls smelled terribly of smoke. We booked a group of 5 rooms months prior to our stay yet our rooms were all over the hotel including different floors. We were not happy about that. When we complained we were told 'that's the way the hotel is booked'. This hotel seems to be popular with construction type workers. The small parking lot gets very full at night. The microwave and good sized refrigerator in the rooms were a plus.

The overall condition of the room was OK. The pull out couch was disgusting. The cushions did not match and were covered with stains.

The room was clean but had a terrible smoke smell for a non-smoking room when we could locate front desk they were very helpful. With only one person on the desk it was hard at times for them to service people at the front desk when she was doing breakfast, and front desk. Noticed at night could not get a hold of someone when calling the desk because of only one person there and having to run things up to rooms, etc...

If staying for any length of time there is an additional 10% per day charge on your card. It takes Quality up to 10 days to release the hold even though they state it is up to your bank, not true, confirmed with bank and they are still waiting for Quality Inn to release the hold. Which means if you stay for 10 days, you can have up to 100.00 unavailable on your CREDIT card (not referring to a debit, even though this applies as well) Overall feeling like a sub-standard dicey motel stay with holds placed on credit card while staying there, definitely not a Hampton Inn or similar type of hotel.

Stayed there over a holiday weekend so the hotel was full. The other guests were VERY noisy, but the room was comfortable. Good rate so we would stay there again.

Although the location is not the best in the world, the motel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was great with a nice variety to choose from. We will stay here again on our next trip!

This hotel is good if you are traveling on business. It has plenty of room to work and leisure space. Breakfast bar was average. Ensure you specify that you want a non smoking room. Some rooms are smoking rooms, and they will plug you into one if you don't specify.

Hotel was good for what I needed it for. It was a business trip so it had wi-fi that worked pretty well. The breakfast bar was average, nothing spectacular. Be sure to check your receipt when you check out. Once booked on hotel.com, you have paid in full. When I checked out they charged the card that I check in with for incidentals for the full price of my stay.

Must drive to eat, shop, points of interest------ etc......convenience only rates a 3!!

We requested a non smoking room with a queen size bed, but there were ashtrays in the room and it smelled of smoke and it permeated our garments to where all had to be dry-cleaned. We were there for a funeral so suites and dresses had to be launderer. The bed was a double and uncomfortable. Defiantly a non recommend!!

A little difficult to find

The jacuzzi was missing (it is still listed in the hotel description) - it had been filled in and tiled over. The sauna was broken and appeared from the sign to have been broken for some time. These items were the main reason I booked this particular hotel. That being said, the hotel itself was immaculate and the staff very friendly (though the tub filled up every time we showered). I was just very disappointed to come in from a day of rock climbing to find no jacuzzi or sauna where I had planned there to be.

Very quite & comfortable, heated pool was excellent!

Had a great night at the Quality Inn and Suites. The hotel is currently remodeling and all the bathroom and rooms were excellent. A/C worked well and the room was comfortable. The shower didn't have enough pressure to reach the back and it took a while to wash my hair. Also, even though the breakfast ends at 9:30, make sure your an early riser as the location leads itself to business people from Lexington, Kentucky staying for the price convenience. Great stay and would recommend to anyone! PS Indoor heated pool!

1st room had a strong odour, very soiled carpet, discussing sofa, needed to change rooms. Old hotel, needs updating, very stained carpeting. Breakfast was good. Staff was good to meet our requests.

1) This was the first time for me using hotel.com and this hotel stay was a very bad experience. Everytime we had to enter the building through the side door to room there was a very bad oder of rotten garbage that would almost make me puke for the whole 3 days we were there. 2) I had mentioned to the front desk about dirty tissue in drawer (a pile of them) but was never removed thereafter. Look like someone had sex wiped them selves and left them in drawer. Very unsanitary. 3) The toilet seat was very loose and sliding all over. 4)Never received final bill in room the last morning of stay ... so I really hope my charges are in order or you be hearing from me. 5) The bed was very uncomfortable.

was anxious to get in hot tub after a long dr, to find out it had been broke for weeks

I was unfortunate to have rude and inconsiderate neighbors when I stayed at this location.

There is NO elevator and the rooms are located on second floor. We had a stroller, suitcase, and tons of kid garb that had to be carried up a whole flight of stairs. Halls are not air conditioned and are very musty/dirty smelling. Even when it is nearly 100 degrees outsite, the a/c in your room will be off when you arrive! It took a couple hours for the room to cool down, while we suffered trying to go to sleep at nearly midnight when we arrived. There was pee splattered on the walls in the bathroom in areas as wide as 2-3 feet! Carpet was tearing and raising up, beds were very uncomfortable, staff didn't seem to care, etc. This was the most horrible experience we have ever had. Filthy.
