خصص الفندق عاملاً لفتح باب السيارة الأجرة من أجلنا، وآخر كان في استقبالنا على باب الفندق، وبمجرد الدخول إلى الفندق تم استقبالنا بترحيب حار، وعمل على خدمتنا موظف استعلامات نشيط وودود، بالإضافة إلى أننا استمتعنا بتناول عصير البطيخ المثلج أثناء تسجيل إجراءات الوصول - التي استغرقت خمس دقائق فقط منذ لحظة وصولنا - وكل هذا في الساعة 2:30 صباحًا. بالإضافة إلى توفير الخدمات الاستثنائية المقدمة بطريقة تتميز بالدفء والترحاب. كما يودع الفندق رواده بنفس الحرارة التي يستقبلهم بها. ويتميز الفندق بإدارة جيدة للغاية.

كان الفندق يطل مباشرة على أحد المسطحات المائية. وكانت تخيم عليه أجواء المنتجعات الشاطئية. تتم صيانة الفندق على أكمل وجه، وتوجد العديد من وسائل الراحة والمتعة بالقرب منه. لقد أقمت في دبي 6 أو 7 مرات خلال العام الماضي وتمتعت للغاية بالإقامة في فندق هيلتون. وأنا أوصي بالإقامة فيه سواء لمدة يوم أو أسبوع.

أوصي بهذا الفندق بشدة. موقع ممتاز، ولكونه الهيلتون فقد كان الطعام والخدمة في منتهى الروعة. ولكني واجهت مشكلة مع إقامتي هناك، أولاً لم يكن الدش يعمل بشكل جيد، وبعد الإبلاغ عن الأمر مرتين، لم يتم إصلاحه حتى وقت مغادرتي.

هذا الفندق جيد للغاية. ولكنه بعيد للغاية عن وسط المدينة أو أي منطقة جذب سياحي أخرى...وتكلفة السيارة الأجرة عالية للغاية بحيث لا يمكن استخدامها ذهابًا وإيابًا!

لقد أقمنا في طابق رجال الأعمال لرحلة قصيرة لأربعة أيام. وعند وصولنا أظهر جميع العاملين الترحاب الشديد وقدموا كل المساعدة الممكنة. وكان الطعام والمشروبات المقدمة في قاعة الفندق بسعر معقول مقابل خدمة جيدة، كما كانت أمسيات الشاي في منتهى الروعة! وعُرض علينا الإقامة في غرفة أكبر وهي ما كانت تستحق الإضافة النقدية التي دفعناها حيث كانت الغرفة الأولى في طابق أدنى فلم تكن الإطلالة جيدة للغاية. وكان العيب الذي أصابنا بالإحباط أن الإنترنت لم تكن مجانية في قاعة الاجتماعات بالفندق. ولقد جربنا مطعمين في الفندق ولقد كان الطعام جيدًا ولكنه مرتفع الثمن قليلاً. موقع متميز للتجول بجانب الممشى مع الكثير من المتاجر والمطاعم. بالتأكيد سأعود إلى هناك.

بقيت أنا وصديقي لمدة يوم أثناء توزيعنا. وكانت الإقامة رائعة. الخدمة التي تتمتع بالطابع الشخصي كانت إضافة متميزة، وكانت الغرفة رائعة كما كانت الإطلالة. وكانت خدمة الغرف سريعة، وكان الطعام رائعًا. سأنصح بهذا الفندق لأي شخص سيذهب إلى دبي. الأسرة صلبة إلى حد ما، ولكن هذا الأمر قد يكون هو مشكلتي الوحيدة مع التجربة بأكملها.

خدمة رائعة من البداية إلى النهاية. العاملون ودودون ومتعاونون ومخلصون للغاية. كما كانت جودة الطعام ممتازة والغرف واسعة ونظيفة ومريحة للغاية. أعطانا العاملون الإحساس بأنه لا توجد مشكلة في أي طلب،

لقد حجزت في هذا الفندق في دبي منذ أشهر قبل زيارتي، وبمنتهى الصدق توقعت وجود فندق أقدم ومهلك، ولكنني كنت أحاول الاقتصاد والعثور على موقع جيد. ولكن يا للروعة، كان مدهشًا والخدمة متكاملة وجميل وفي وسط واجهة الشاطئ وسوق بلازا الجديد للتسوق - لقد تمتعت للغاية.

الفندق كان جميلاً ويقع في موقع متميز على الشاطئ.

العاملون هنا في منتهي اللطف والتعاون. يقع الفندق على الشاطئ وبه حمام سباحة رائع. لقد وقعت في غرام هذا الفندق. لم ينل طعام الإفطار إعجابنا، ولكن كل شيء آخر كان ممتازًا.

وأحذر العاملين في تسجيل إجراءات الوصول غير المدربين! سيجبرونك بشدة على تسجيل إجراءات الوصول في الساعة 2 ظهرًا، لذا لا تحاول الوصول مبكرًا وإلا ستضطر إلى دفع قيمة البقاء لليلة كاملة بالسعر العادي إذا كنت ترغب في تسجيل الوصول قبل الساعة 2 ظهرًا. كما يبدو أيضًا أنهم يتمتعون بعذابك. كما لا توجد إنترنت مجانية وهو ما ضايقني بشدة. والسعر كان مرتفعًا، 50 درهم للساعة. كما أن الطعام غال للغاية، ولكن توجد بدائل كثيرة على الطريق. الشاطئ لطيف جدًا، ولكن الرمال البيضاء التي تواجه الرافعات الضخمة الموجودة في المقدمة (لا يوجد مفر في دبي) ولا يمكنك السير لأكثر من 100 متر حتى تجد حارسًا يطلب منك (بأدب) عدم الابتعاد أكثر من ذلك. الغرف لطيفة للغاية وكل شيء بها جديد. وكذلك حمام السباحة كان جيدًا للغاية. بوجه عام، الموقع الموجود به الفندق ممتاز إذا كنت تحب هذا الإحساس المترف غير المميز لدبي. بشكل شخصي، وبعد أن ألقيت نظرة على أطول مبنى في العالم (هل هذا الطول يتضمن هذه العصا البارزة بأعلى؟)، وأكبر ناطحة سحاب في الصحراء (وتتضمن الصحراء) وأغلى عشاء في العالم (وهو ما لم أتذوقه، ولكني متأكد من وجوده) والفندق الوحيد في العالم العشر نجوم (أم كانوا سبع نجوم؟) والأمور المترفة الأخرى المشابهة، كنت أتوق للمغادرة.

أقمت أنا وزوجتي هنا عند نهاية عطلتنا لمدة ثلاث ليال. كان الموقع ممتازًا مع الكثير من المطاعم الأخرى الموجودة خارج الفندق. كان الفندق ذاته نظيفًا وأحد الفنادق القليلة التي تمتلك شاطئها الخاص. كانت الخدمة ممتازة وتمتعت ببار حمام السباحة للغاية. إقامة مريحة ولطيفة. موصى به

من الوصول وحتى المغادرة، يعتبر فندق هيلتون الجميرة فئة بذاته. كان العاملون في قمة اللطف ولا يقبلون البقشيش...كما أن سرعة تلبية الطلبات كانت أمرًا رائعًا..ومن بين جميع الفنادق التي أقمت بها في جميع أنحاء العالم، هذا الفندق من الفنادق التي يجب الإقامة بها!!

The stay was just amazing at the hotel. Only thing bad was I was there for a short period of time. The hotel staff was great and made sure I had a great stay. They definitely made my stay special.

This hotel is situated on the beach but the area around the pool is very small. our room smelt mold and the cleaning personnel used air parfume to get better smell. The hotel is rather boring but has very quick and professional staff. The service is no problem but the building need an update. Expensive if you do not find campaigns at the internet.

The best thing about this hotel was the amazing staff, from the bell boys to the people who cleaned the rooms. Very polite and nice people! Great standard og perfect location on the beach and next to the walk. Some construction next to the hotel, but that didnt bother us.

Looks slightly dated and incongruous in its surroundings now given the development of "The Walk". Very handy however if you feel like a stroll around which is unusual in Dubai ! Pool smaller than anticpated and more or less permanently in the shade which is a shame. Also away from the beach, so if one of you wants the pool and the other the beach, this can make it a little tricky. Lovely beach with great service / attention. No building work, although there is any empty site next door which surely is due for development soon. Great breakfast, if on the expensive side as are alcoholic drinks (obviously !). Very nice spa. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I have stayed in many Hilton's around the world, and this is one of the best. My wife and I upgraded to an executive room facing the water when we arrived, and it was certainly worth it. The room also gave us access to the executive lounge which was a great place to get breakfast, have afternoon tea, and have cocktails at happy hour. The Postitives: Perfect service, everyone was pleasant and helpful Beautiful room with balacony Great service in Executive loung Great location on the beach and along "the walk" on Jumeriah Beach Great Pool and private beach front. Plenty of dining options The Negatives: N/A While certainly expensive, it was worth every penny. The Hilton made our holiday in Dubai!

Terrific hotel and grounds, restaurant, bar, etc. Took ages to check out with 2 people running around, dissappearing, etc., but other than that a great place to stay.

The Hilton Jumerai is a decent 4 Star.

I stayed here in September 2011, check-in was fast and efficient. My room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and delicious. But the best part of this hotel is the pool and beach access. It was a very relaxing place to spend the day and well attended by the Hilton Staff. The Hotel is located on the Dubai Marina Walk, and there are shops and cafes within walking distance. I also ate at the Pachanga Restaurant, which was excellent. I highly recommend the Hilton Hotel

Upgraded to an Executive suite. As stay was during Ramadan upgrade was very beneficial with unlimited access to Executive Lounge. Excellent hotel with excellent facilities and perfect location, right on the beach and the Walk.

This hotel is on Jumeirah Beach but a long way from the Airport and the Burg al Arab.

Based on other reviews and the great price, I wasn't expecting much. However, the room was neat and clean, the gym was awesome, and the service was outstanding. We were able to check in to our rooms at 9am. If I had to do it again, I would pick this hotel again.

Great, bright sunny, beachfront room. Fair price. Good breakfast buffet. Can't recommend it enough

We booked through Hotel.com for a 3 day stay from 26/09/11 and leaving early on the 29th to catch our flight home. We were early in arriving and our room wasnt ready, however we were served a cold drink and told it would be a couple of hours, but we were pleasently surprised when it was ready within half an hour. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. We had booked into an executive room which gave access to the executive suite for drinks in the evening and light snacks throughout the day. Well worth the extra for this. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The only thing I would suggest is that they have free wi fi. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definately return and stay with them again.

nicely located by the beach, nice cooprative staff. it could improve if they insure that non-smoking floors are better managed for smoking free levels.

It was a good stay in this hotel Every thing in this hotel was excelent

Frint Desk staff need to relax a bit to allow customers to enjoy their stay... Too uptight!

I thank the staff for all their friendly help, and in particular for such a lovely and comfortable room. I am only sorry I was there for just one day, passing through to another business destination. I will make sure to stay at the Hlton Jumeira next visit to Dubai and hopefully, stay for longer. I travel too much for business and stay at a number of hoptels some bad, some average and some excellent. The Hilton Jumeira is in the excellent category , alongside the Grosvenor House at the Marina but without the eye watering prices - thanks to the management for such well trained staff. It is the people that make the difference.

The bathroom was not clean at all and very inconvinient as there are NO plug -ins for hairdryer or other appliances. Does not make sense. And for this price at least the internet should be free. The a/c goes off when you leave the room and therefore the room is very muggy and that goes for your clothes as well.

excellent hotel in term of cleanliness, rooms are amazing!! the staff very professional !! great food too!

We booked 5 nights in an Executive King for our honeymoon at the start of June, but had our fingers crossed for an upgrade based on what we'd read on this site. Sure enough at check in, when we explained we were on honeymoon we were given a large corner room/suite with sea view which was about twice as big as the standard room. Having executive benefits paid for itself, from the airport transfers, hot breakfast, afternoon tea, drinks and snacks available all day and the alcoholic drinks and canapes (including a large cheese selection) in the evening. The hotel is small compared to others in Jumeirah and beyond, but doesn't suffer from it. Service in the bars, beach and reception was first class, and all the cleaning staff said hello everytime we passed them in the corridor - some even greeted us by name which was a nice touch. The concierge desk was superb throughout, and helped us with bookings in restaurants in other hotels, the shuttle bus services to the malls and arranging a dhow dinner cruise. The Sky Bar on the top floor was a really nice place for a relaxing cocktail in the evening. We ventured out to the The Walk a couple of times but didn't eat out there. There are a couple of supermarkets on the upper level that are really useful for topping up on water, snacks etc. at sensible prices. If I had any criticisms they would be that on a couple of ocassions the room service missed out a couple of things (no bottled water, fresh large towels), but the cleanliness of the room was superb. We only ate once in Oceana (the main hotel restaurant) and weren't particularly impressed with the range or the quality of the food. Not having free wireless also is annoying, especially at a 5 star hotel, although I know most hotels are the same about this. I would also query whether the en-suite bathroom was up to a 5 star standard - I would expect a seperate bath/shower, and it looked a little tired. But these were all small points and didn't detract from our experience. Over

A bit far from the airport, but if you are looking for a nice getaway located on the beach, this is the place. Comfortable rooms and beds. hotel is located in a nice area available for shopping and eating.

The Hotel was amazing, upon our arrival for our Honeymoon, the room was decorated and the bed was so comfortable. we were also provided with a fruit basket. I would definitely visit this hotel again and would recommend everyone. it was worth it. And the breakfast was superb.

Great Services overall. Friendliness of staff made the stay comfortable and pleasant, helpful for every situation. Not the best hotel for a lonely traveler, crowded with families with children but off-course is easy to understand that the great location with private beach, nice swimming pool will attract a large amount of tourist.

Got to the hotel about 11.30am the room was not ready we knew this and was not bothered as we knew that we could you use the beech and the pool as we had stayed in a different hotel on the first night so we were not droppin in from our long journey from england.Got in our room about 4.pm this was our own fault as they had been looking for us at 2ish but we love the sun.Rooms are a good size for 2 adults and one child.On the second day we had a bigish problem no water so we could not wash ourselfs or flush the toilet this was the first thing in the morning.Rung reception and was informed they had been a leek somewhere and will take up to 3 hours t fix was not happy about this and out of there kindness offered us some bottles of water to have a wash lol.I was not happy about this so had a word with supervisor who said it would not take 3hrs and sent a man up with a 24 pack of water to flush toilet and to get a cold bath with also he offered us a free meal with drinks may be if we did not have child this might not of happened but it did thats what you call pr.By the way meal was fantastic.Other downside to this place is the pool area towels on loungers at 6 in the morning why do people spoil it for others when they dont even use the lounger till 10am.One more a plate of chips is very exspensive cost more than a beer lol.If you need anything ask for chris on the front desk always been helpful and is very polite like 99% of the staff.Would recomend this hotel to anyone who is intrested stayed here now 5 yrs on the trott and i have only had the water issuse.

This hotel was a great place to just relax. The pool area and the beach front set it up for a great stay. However as it is open to the public (for a fee) it can get very busy and its hard to sit and enjoy a cocktail at the swim up bar. Breakfast was fantastic and they were even kind enough to let us grab a plate of food at the end, because we slept in. There are heaps of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance, so you don't have to go too far from the Hotel. One thing is that the cocktails are much to be desired, you pay a heap of money for an average cocktail, so just get wine or beer. The room was clean and on a very clear day you could the the Palm and surrounding buildings. It is one of the smallest hotels in the area and is towered around by many others.

We were there for our honeymoon and I can say that it was a brilliant expirience!!!! The Hotel is great, the service is outstanding, the room was fab... the beach is kind of in the hotel... The swimming pool has a real nice enviroment... Overall.... GO THERE! :)
