Very nice hotel and great service. Biggest issue was WiFi was $12.99 a night. This type of thing should be free to guests. Other than that it is a great hotel. Will go back

First time at Caesar's. Nice hotel. The room was very nice, beautiful, clean bathroom. Very close to the outlet shops and the reason we chose this hotel. Would definitely stay again.

We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. Hotel.com was $10 cheaper than the hotel websites best deal. Only issue was they were renovatimg the rooms under us and they started at 7am. Thankfully we were already up.

The people I interacted with where good. The room had some trash left from who ever was there previously, the tv also did not work.

this is our third time staying in Caesars and we will stay here again

Only problem was sitting in line 1 hour to valet and then an additional 1 hour at the check in line. TWO hours to get from the street to my room is not a good way to start your stay.

The hotel was clean, our room was large and we very much enjoyed our stay. We had an ocean view Premium room. The bridge to the Pier area was convenient and the restaurants and mall shops were reminiscent of a Las Vegas hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly but I recommend using express checkout due to the volume of people checking in at the same time as our departure.

The employee in the font desk were very helpful, the room was very comfortable and cozy. The surroundings is perfect, outlet and restaurants everywhere. Difinetely coming back and recommend it...

All the satff were very courteous and pleasant. Starting with the front desk without even us asking they gave us a complimentary upgrade. I had many questions on many occasions after we got to the room that the lady answering the phone answered very politely and patiently. Upon departure I mentioned to the front dest that we had ordered a music channel by mistake and without any questions the lady removed it from our bill. This was our so called 2nd honey moon and the staff at Ceasars really made us feel special. We will definetely make it four irst choice hotel in the future and strongly recommend it to others. Oh yes the buffet was great also recommended by the front desk while we were checking out and that staff was great too. Thank you Ceasars. Thank you hotel.com. The Michaels.

Overall, my experience was very pleasant at Caesers. The front desk person was very kind and even gave me a complimentary upgrade. The room was very nice w/ a view of the ocean. It appears the rooms were redone in the past few years, which was very nice. The bathroom mirror even had a TV in it. The beds were a little too soft for me, but other than that, everything was great. Also, since this is in the middle of the boardwalk, the location was perfect.

The only thing that I can say about the overall hotel, the casino, the convenience of the location to the boardwalk and the outlet shopping, the size and cleanliness of the room, and the food choices.......I LOVED IT! It is not the first hotel that I have stayed at in Altlantic City but it will be the last. I will never stay anywhere else while visiting Atlantic City!

Well, it's not Las Vegas, in either tone or quality. But it is convenient for a weekend getaway. We chose it for it's location near Boardwalk Hall.

My stay was fun and relaxing..but the only thing that i would change is I asked for a smoking room and later to find out it was a non-smoking room. My bed had a stain on it and the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in, but on the plus side I did have a 2nd bed in the room so it worked out. Just make sure when you stay in the room that your fridge is turned on, because our's wasn't so it wasn't cool and took a while to adjust..but over all I would stay again.

It felt as if there had been a change in management to me. While we enjoyed our stay, there were many things we were disappointed about. We even got stuck in the elevator and noone from the hotel seemed to even care. A maintenance man apologized but that was all. Also disappointed to find out that we did not get credit for our stay on our rewards card since it was booked through hotels

The facilities are nice. The only problem, which Caesars cannot control, was the neighbors were loud and disoriented or unruly people tried opening our door at 4:00 a.m. and the other neighbor had their television loud at 4:30 a.m. So, the hotel/casino is great, but the guests lacked the class the hotel deserved, which speaks volumes about the guests in Atlantic City.

Considering the price of the room, on would expect nicer accommodations. Next time I will stay in one of the other adjacent casinos & walk over.

My husband and I booked Caesar's an hour before we left. The price was GREAT and we LOVED it! Our room was huge, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was beautiful. Although I wished it had a tub, the towels, toiletries and water pressure more than made up for it. We ate dinner at the Atlantic Grill, an in- casino restaurant recommended by Ralph (of the front desk staff). We loved him AND our meal and the view of the Atlantic Ocean was incredible. The waitstaff, especially Gabrielle and Carlos, attended to our every need. The food was beautifully presented and perfectly presented. We were not rushed and truly enjoyed all aspects of our experience. We would go back to eat even if we weren't staying at Caesar's but I doubt we would ever stay anywhere else. We loved it THAT much! We would also like to add a shout out to Karen, the cashier in the Cafe Roma, where we had breakfast. Our food was fantastic, the coffee delicious, and Karen's attention at the end of our visit was wonderful!

Great Hotel! The rooms were spacious and very clean and loved the wonderful shower. The addition of a coffee shop in the lobby is great!

Top quality hotel - great location to the convention center. Easy and cheap parking. Nice restaurants.

I love to stay here. The location is very convenient to shopping malls, convention center and restaurants. The staffs are helpful and nice. The room is very clean, large and pretty.

We enjoyed our stay at Caesars, the rooms were clean and large, awesome shower and lots of room in the bathroom too. Our room was in the centurion tower, would highly recomend. Loved it, will stay here again.

Tepid water in the shower- at all times of the day. Walls so thin you can follow the conversation in the next room. Really expensive internet that was iffy at best. Used q-tip on the floor. Room really far away from elevator- and hallways are really dingy and strange smelling. Bed was comfortable, location was good- but will stay somewhere else next time.

Would have been a five but we could not sleep because the room was too hot. Told the front desk and they said all the rooms were set at the same temp. We went to the trump for the next three nights but would have rathered stayed in one place. Was so glad I didn't book the four nights and had to put up with that heat.

Hotel was average for the price but had to walk 3 blocks to get to my room in the North Tower. Very dark and dingy. Water temp sink/shower was cool, could not get "hot" water. Bed comfortable

I had a wonderful time. Our room was perfect the staff were great, and room service was fast.

Nice hotel but make sure you book a premium room or higher. The deluxe rooms aren't so deluxe. The hotel staff is great, the only complaint I have was that I could hear the people in the room next-door as if there were no walls...TV, cell phone conversations, sex, you name it. Probably wouldn't have been an issue if they didn't stay up until 4am every night. Overall, good experience.

really nice hotel experience. I had a premium room in the centurion tower. it was very comfortable with a great view of the ocean. there is a convenient quick place to pick up a sandwich or a snack near the hotel lobby. Pricing is also reasonable.

We stayed on the 44th floor in the Centorium towers and the exhaust fans on the roof were very noisy and the room central air just blew cool air, not warm/ hot air when the heater was turned on correctly.
