We had a great time at the Showboat Hotel. The room was clean and recently updated. Hotel is very bright and cheerfully decorated. It makes you feel good.

Chose a smoking room (mistake) but had a wonderful time!

My family and I enjoyed this hotel very much. Despite the fog at the time, the kids loved running out to the sand on the beach. The options of restaurants on the site is excellent! One thing best was the connector and the shuttle service to the other hotels. The bathroom was very spacious and houskeeping was very nice. Would stay again!

They had great customer service. We did not understand the parking policy and they gave us our money back for the misunderstanding. We also misunderstood where we could use our food and beverage dollars and used them at a restaurant on premises that did not take them. When we asked them why we were charged they explained that the credit wasn't valid at Johnny Rockets, but let us use them there anyway and overrode the charge.

For the most part the room was clean, refrigerator needed to be wiped out, bathroom was clean, and so were the sheets.

i think no matter what rate you pay because of the discount they should have a nice room anyway , i left early i didnt like the room it was the worst , dont offer the rate if it in a deploy conditions please clean your carpet bed bugs hide out in rugs .

This hotel is very nice. The hotels location is in a good place. It is near the new developments that are under construction throughout that area. Also I like the new idea of the hotel becoming pet friendly . However, please continue to remodel all of the rooms.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and had a great time. We visited a couple of the other casinos on the strip but kept returning to the showboat. Had most of the games we liked plus it was the only one with blenders to serve frozen pina colada's on the floor while we played machines. The diner was fabulous. Soo much fun we never took time to check out the pool - next visit.

I stayed at the Showboat Hotel in Atlantic City an I loved the room and the view.... I also enjoyed the service that I recieved during my stay

i had a nice time as always. i dont go to gamble, but to relax,and that's just what i did. i had a nice big room,it was worth the money.

My room was next to the elevator bank - these are the rooms held for last minute internet booking. Once I turned off the tv I heard the noise. A move was offered but it was too inconvenient to do so at that time of night...make sure you are clear of noise hazzards.

Showboat is a nice and clean hotel, guest service is most pleasant. We got the room we looking for. Starbuck in the premise GREAT. Their casino gaming tables seriously need updates.

and by far, this was the best stay. I don't know if there was a recent rennovation, but it definitely seemed like it. I will definitely be staying here again next time

The one thing I did not like, was the Showboat gave me a food credit, I did not know you had to use it all at one time. I had an excellent rate, I bet horses and I've probably spent well over $2500-$3000 throughout the course of the week betting horses. Before I ever go back to the hotel is there a way to get credit for betting horses or do I need to get into blackjack or poker tournament?

I enjoyed stay staff was excellent room nice also would recommend it

It a must stay hotel I really enjoy my time everyone was really friendly and nice not to mention the drinks the one I like the most is the hurricane drink so delicious I will truly be coming back again

Once again, we were very happy with our stay at the Showboat in Atlantic City. We were treated great and that is why we booked Showboat again. The games at the Showboat were even better than the other casinos we went to. Showboat is near the end of the boardwalk which makes it even more comfortable being away from all the crazy happenings. Just a few minute walk to the other casinos on a nice day. I would not recommend the buffet unless you get a great deal you can't pass up. We both had bad experiences every time we ate there. I was sick for two days this time. It is not worth the money. Other than the buffet, Showboat is the best on the boardwalk!!!! We plan to make a couple more visits this year-we just wont eat the buffet. This is just our feelings on the buffet. Many people love it. Just like the Showboat -many people don't like it there. It's worth trying though just to see what you like!

The room was clean and comfortable. Right on the boardwalk. We had a great view of the ocean. The only complaint about the room was that the AC did not work and even though it was only mid March it got very warm in the room.

I stayed at the Showboat because it was pet friendly. I was told I would recieve a pamphlet of some kind informing me of places to walk my dogs and other pet places in the area. That pamphlet never came. I was also billed a second time upon arriving even though my room was paid for in full through hotels.com. I was also looking forward to a meal at the House of Blues Restaurant, which was closed until further notice....... Aside from those three things, I really enjoyed the hotel and would stay again.

Great hotel! Clean, nice atmosphere and staff are friendly and courteous. Right on the boardwalk too!

The hotel gave away our room, and gave us a room that had a huge stain on the couch, headboard had graffiti all over it, towels had black stains on them, there was a fist sized hole in the bathroom wall.

I enjoyed my time at the Showboat! Had a memorable weekend! I felt the walls were a little thin and I heard the neighbors to easily and the toilets must have crossed all around my room because I felt like I heard every toilet in the hotel flush in my room.

Hotel room was clean, location convenient, and front desk staff was friendly and efficient which made check-in a breeze.

We enjoyed our stay and our room.

Was in town for a bachelor party and stayed at the Showboat Hotel and Casino. Overall a very nice place to stay and the prices are very reasonable. Won money in their casino so it was a good trip all around. Right on the boardwalk and walking distance to other casinos and restaurants.

Nice hotel, but as with all hotel/casinos way over priced

This was second time staying at Showboat. I love this hotel. I grew up in New Orleans, so it's like a home away from home. While staying at Showboat, you HAVE to try their signature drink--Hurricane!! Loved it!!

The room was a wedding gift for our grandaughter. Upon arrival they could not get their room until they bought a $ 100.00 debit card which they were told they must have to occupy the room. Mind you, the room was paid in fill by us. Four times staff entered to enter their room while they were inside withouit knocking. They had room service and the food was terrible. I would not go there myself now because of how they were treated and their experience.

The room was lovely, the staff amazingly courteous and the casino was wonderful! The only negative I'd give would be the shower head was at a height too short for my husband and myself (it was probably about 5'7" from the floor). Other than that, probably one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I've had in AC!

Hi everyone! It was a very large group of us. We had a lovely time. The hotel was nice. However we could not get one of our rooms clean. We call the front desk. We asked a maid to clean the room to no avail. We had 4 rooms and only had a problem with that room. Johnny rockets was so good. We also ate at canal street. The food was tasty there as well. Keep In mind with a party of ten, food gets pretty pricey. So enjoy yourself. We did!

OMG I see a dot of blood on the side of the bed, I want to change the room but my family said leave it don't want to ruling our vacation, so we did sleep on that bed. The room that we stay in is not the one I see in the picture it's total off. My kid want to swimming is a out door swimming pool, try to call the front desk waited 20 minutes no one pick up. This is the first time I stay in Showboat and it will be my last.

We needed to get away work and home was getting to be to much. So we went to AC and stay at the Showboat we had a grand time we all so ate at the buffet. What a nice time,we felt so much better when we returned home. we recommend this stay to anyone who need to get away for a few days. thank you Showboat see you soon

When we first checked in and saw our room, the "free" upgrade that we were supposed to have was a view of the huge and beautiful parking garage. The window was nice though. Very big and clean. Upon further inspection, I found pieces of fried chicken on the floor as well as sunflower seeds. My boyfriend went down and spoke to the front desk and they said they would have housekeeping come up right away. We waited until 2:30am and finally went to bed. They couldn't change our room because they were all booked. Yeah right. If I wasn't so tired from working all day and then getting in at 11:30pm I would have gone somewhere else. The game floor is small too. Next time I will stay at Bally's.
