Hi every one there wasn't any double bed in that hotel maters was rubbished I did't slept for all week they put to single bed next to eachother and making the double bed,the bed kept moving of eachother which is make me to never back to that hotel and anther think was the staff in Recption they not friendly at all .room was clean and location of the hotel was good

It's near to rail station and cheap cost. Hotel rooms doesn't have much amazing view but the location there is pretty good.

Great location just next to main railway-station, nice Irish Pub just few blocks away. But this is definetly not a 4 star hotel. Staff was ok, but not as nice as you would expect. Rooms were clean, though bathroom looked really old. Somewhat noisy at nights. Had problems with room keycard. It stopped working time to time and had to explain it again and again in reception. They said it sometimes stops working when you stay long time outside. There are two computers in the lobby you can use to check emails and so. No need to find and pay for internet cafe. All in all I really enjoyed my stay. If you're looking for hotel near the railway-station this is it.

I stayed in a room for 1. It was well equipped and very clean. Free connection to internet in the lobby. Hotel located across the street from the central station which allows quick approach to any direction within the city and out of it. Price was very reasonable. Reception staff - very accommodating. Within walking distance to touristic attractions. Very recommended.

Needing a place to lay my head for a night before flying out of Frankfurt airport, I chose the National Hotel. It is about a 5 minute walk from the train station, and thus you can make it to the airport in about 15 - 25 minutes. The staff are wonderful. I would have liked free internet access, but they do allow you to check your email and do some limited surfing on one of their two public machines in the lobby. I did appreciate the free drink offer, given to me at check in for later at the bar - a nice touch. The room was clean, quiet and very adequate for the price. If I need a room in Frankfurt again, I will be back!

The National is a reasonably priced hotel that is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and available for service, such as ordering a car for an early departure the next morning. The Internet is only 5€ for a 24 hour period and the bar is decent to start the night, but is virtually empty most times. The hotel is located conveniently close to the Banhof in Frankfurt which makes a taxi from the airport unnecessary...saves money.

Great hotel if you're just looking for someplace to crash other than a (possibly) noisy hostel. We had two twin beds, clean bathroom, and our room wasn't street side. Fridge, kettle... the only thing missing was wifi, but there were two computers in the lobby.

Good location, great service. You should consider adding free Wifi :o)

If you just need a place to stay for the night before flying out of Frankfurt the National is my go to place. Right next to the main train station, it is just a short hop on the S-bahn to the airport.

This was the perfect hotel with easy access from/to the train station, metro, and bus routes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is just one block next to the Central Stataion which is easily accessible. Although the room given to me is still under housekeeping, the room is a 3 beds room with 2 rooms. The room is very big and it offered complimentary drinks to us. This is the best hotel during my trip in Germany.

Pictures make it seem as if this hotel has been remodeled. Well at least my room was rather outdated and looked nothing like the pictures. It was a little roomier then others I stayed in in Frankfurt, but this hotel is rather outdated

Ideally located at a 2 mins walk from the Hauptbahnof, in the heart of the city and with easy access to any other part of Frankfurt, National Hotel is the right choice for both, tourists and business travellers. Reasonably well maintained. bathroom size is small and food, liquor and internet are very well priced.

This hotel is great! We were really happy with everything. The only reason I gave it a 4 was the clerk when we arrived. Not that helpful, whereas the guy who came after her was incredible. They have internet in the lobby, so you can print boarding passes etc. It was the best hotel of our trip.

The area around Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof is not a very elegant neighborhood, but it's the place to stay if you're catching a morning train. The National was fairly priced and is just a block from the station. However, to call it a four-star hotel, as it bills itself, is ridiculous. No hospitality whatsoever, awful Bates Motel-style lighting, no turndown service (just a duvet folded on a mattress!), no products in the bathroom beyond a packet of shampoo... it's a 2-star at best.

Nice hotel. Nothing fancy, but it is located in a good location, next to the main train station. I did not have too much interaction with the staff, but the few times I talked to them, they were nice. It was also nice that they had 2 computers in the lobby that had internet connection to do anything you needed to. Overall, the price was very low, so you shouldn't expect too much, but it definitely fit the bill.

Nice location, it is convenice to go HBF, around 3mins. Nice Service, the staff is willing to help you to solve all the problem. Nice Price, the price of the room is acceptable. overall, it is your best choice to stay in Frankfurt.

I spent four days is National hotel in Frankfurt. The hotel is located in the central part of the city, near the main train station and walking distance from all major sites. I recommend this hotel to everybody. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This small hotel is convenient to bus, train and the museums, and although a budget hotel the room was clean, and a fan provided as it was hot in Frankfurt while I was there. The reception service was friendly efficient and polite. The breakfast buffet certainly adequate. I was careful to take a taxi after dark as the surrounding area is not particularly up market. So in short a conveniently situated pleasant hotel. Ideal for museum and art gallery visiting. No evening dining.

I stayed at this hotel primarily because it was cheap and close to the Main train station connected to the Airport. It is very close to the sextrade streets which are 2 blocks away hence there are alot of unsavoury types patrolling the area ...I was advised to stay away at night. Protect your valuables at all times. The Hotel room was short on luxury but clean and safe.

The staff was wonderful. Close to everything

Inexpensive but you get what you pay for. An older hotel without air conditioning. Don't even think about staying here when its those rare hot days in Europe.

The hotel is situated across the road from the main train station which makes the hotel extremely easy to find. On arrival the rooms were clean and very comfortable, mcuh more space than other budget hotels I have stared in. All expectations of the hotel were met other than the service on our third night at the hotel. We did not allow the room service to enter the room due to recovering from a heavy night - later that day we requested that new towels were delivered to the room, this request was not completed and when we asked at reception for fresh towels a second time we were only given hand towels, Otherwise the hotel was exactly what we wanted. The hotel is situated close to the red light district - through the day there was evidence of povery on the surrounding streets which was not a problem however when walking the streets in the early hours of the morning there were alot of undesirables in the area. I would recoomnd returning from nights out in a taxi to avoid this,

just across the street and up the block from the main train station which gets you straight to the airport in fifteen minutes

Room was very tiny and there was mold all over the bathroom tiles. Staff was very helpful. But there is only so much staff can do in an old run down hotel.

The room was agreeable in size, had a large bathroom which was well lit by the outside street lights through the translucent windows throughout the night. The view from the window was trams, passing traffic. Directly opposite the hotel was a convenience store which seemed to be open very late. Across the road was the main railway station which was very convenient for us. Taxis were easy to be found, outside the hotel...no need to ring. Breakfast had sufficient variety to cater to all needs. There is also a very prompt laundry service.

What a dump! I wouldn't let my cat stay in this hotel. It was dirty, disgusting and the staff wasn't friendly at all!

This hotel was wonderful. Very close to the train station and to many sightseeing places. I would reccommend this hotel 100%. It's got wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful.. I had a great time at this hotel in Frankfurt.

Please do not expect a 4 star accomodation. We were given a small room but were moved to a larger one the next day. This hotel is situated across the street from the main train station. It's convienient for train travel however the surrounding area is not too desirable. You will not find 'fine dinning' restaurants in the immediate area. You are within walk distance to many main attractions.

We landed by plane at the airport and took the subway directly to the train station and walked to our hotel. It was about a 5 minute walk with our suit cases to the lobby.The trip from the airport took about 15 minutes.....very, very ...convenient.Good location for site seeing and lots of restaurants for eatingAlso stores in the subway station for grocery .shopping and eating . The room was very quiet at night ...but construction started in the morning, good alarm clock. I really liked the Duvet with the sheet cover around it, (a very clean choice for bedding) instead of a blanket and bedspread, which is not washed after each check out like they do in Canada. A very clean room.

This hotel is extremely good value. Breakfast is not included but Starbucks is round the corner and there are plenty of breakfast material to grab at the station. And you get a free welcome drink - I needed that pils after a very long day... The hotel doesn't feel like a 4* but it has everything you need. There's no air con, but they provide fans. Bring some shower gel / toiletries as theirs smell like detergent... The Wifi speed varies, but it works and isn't expensive (I think it was 5 euros for 12h in total, valid throughout the stay). The staff was very helpful and organised to change my room to a bigger one at the last minute as my husband and daughter came to join me on the last night. The area is very convenient for the main train station and tram connections. We didn't hear the trams go past below our window (with the fan on) and the hotel was relatively quiet. There was some noise at the back from a construction site from about 7 or 8am, not sure when they'll be finished but no lie in on a weekday till they're done! Overall a relatively pleasant stay in this no-frill hotel.

Value for money. Clean and all basic needs are provided adequately. The staff are friendly and caring Good location, near to all the convenient areas such as food, shopping, tourist.... and transport. Will come back again

Close to train station so handy for travelling by train, tram or underground. Quiet, despite city centre location. Walking distance to bars, cafes and restaurants. The complementary drink on arrival was a nice surprise. Staff very friendly. Four star hotel but NOT four star room - would have expected standard of this room to be a 2 or 3 star in Germany - but good value for money and fine for 3 night stay

The room was spacious and clean and very well maintained. The staff is very warm and helpful. They accomodated all our requests immediately. The location is remarkable. Most of the points of interest are within a walking distance. The area iss very safe and friendly. The riverwalk is just a couple of blocks away.
