The Quality Inn in Mount Juliet, TN. was about as good as you could expect. Clean, comfortable and the personnel were very friendly. I'd recommend it.

Visiting friends in local area. Very convenient with lots of shopping and dining near by. Clean room, good staff, free breakfast with good food. I would highly recommend for the price.

Horrible room, the bed was awful (I'm talking seriously uncomfortable and old), very low and felt damp. The TV was at least 12 years old. Bathroom very outdated. Stayed at the HIExpress at same exit on my way to Memphis. It was gorgeous, updated, just ideal. I thought I'd try another hotel at the same exit on the way back. Bad idea. The only positive thing I can say about the Quality Inn is the young lady at check in was very sweet.

I did not like the stay in this hotel at all. there was no refidgerator and no microwave, when we asked they said there were only 5 rooms that did not have them it just happen that my sister and I were in 2 of those rooms. The people on top of our room sounded like they were bowling all night you could hear everything. The kids played in the pool which was clean for the most part besides the brown ring arround the edge. plus there was no umbrellas for shade.

This hotel is located near many restaurants and shops, and just off Hwy. #40 into Nashville. We were very happy with our stay during the wedding of our grandson.

I stayed in a single queen sized bed and that suited my needs perfectly. The room was neat and clean and everything worked. There was a musty odor in the hallways but not in the room. The continental breakfast was just right and I loved the made to order waffles. It was a great value for the money and the location was perfect with a wide variety of restaurants and stores right outside the door. I'd recommend this place to anyone staying near Nashville.

We arrived late to the hotel and went to our room, upon turning down the bed we discovered other's had been thier before and left various amount of hair and other "stuff". Upon request to the desk for new sheets to correct the problem, it took them time decided what too. It had been a long day, we were ready for bed and taking all of our "stuff" to another room was not going to happen. We finally got new sheets and "We made our beds", and retired. The bath tub was dirty and the shower curtained was mouldy. We would not stay at this hotel again, and would not use this chain again, and we will encourage our traveling friends to do the same. This was totally unacceptable.

Room was small but was everything that we needed. Only stayed one night.
