Great mattress...4 nights and really appreciated the comfort!

We loved the room slept good comfortable.....noise blockage though from other rooms not good

We stayed here for one night before an early flight out of Helena. Check-in was fast and painless. The clerk was friendly, helpful, and gave great directions to a nice dinner spot. The hotel was very quiet, room was huge and well-appointed - linens/towels/etc were all clean and new-looking. Great toiletries! The pool (indoor) was great as well. Location was fine, easy on/off from I-15. If I had to pick on one thing... the bathroom could have been a tiny bit cleaner, but that's minor. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

No problems.

Came in on SuperBowl Sunday...looking for room sevice,and discovered the restaurant was closed :( Not good! My advice would be to keep resturant open especially for special days like that!

We only stayed for one night for a visit to the Veteran's hospital. Easy to find, clean, quiet, accepted our little dog. We were told breakfast was not included like other hotels because we reserved our room on line so we went to a fabulous bakery downtown.

When arriving at Hotel, they didn't have a room for us. I booked the rooms 3 weeks prior, through Expedia and they had already been charged to my Master Card. The Manager said it was because sometimes customers like to extend their stay. I was some upset because those people would not even have had their extended stay even booked. So what is the sense in booking ahead????? They did find us a room and we were satisfied with everything about it. But if you book and pay for a room hundreds of miles away from home and you're not guaranteed a room, how could you possibly have piece of mind??? Please explain. Darlene

Nice hotel...it's May and they haven't filled the swimming pool? On the east end of town, a considerable distance from downtown. Had a good mattress and everything was clean and in order.

Presented four (4) seminars last week at the Red Lion and what with dual LCD Projectors, a wireless microphone, a hand-held microphone for attendees, the need to get sound from my laptop to the room's audio system not to mention other technical issues that invariably creep into the set-up, I was totally impressed with Mr. Greg - the hotel's A/V Convention individual. He truly has a "Can Do" attitude and was just an absolute joy to work with - this is the exception to the Rule. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for just visiting the area as well as any convention needs you may have.

The hotel restaurant food was mediocre at best. The breakfast buffet was not too impressive. The quality of the food was way over priced.

This hotel would be good for a quick overnight stay along the road as you are on your trip. However it was not kept as nice as you would expect, lobby staircase was dirty when we got there and still dirty in the morning when we checked out. That gives the impression of unclean rooms.

The hotel is not what one expects from a 3 star. Our non-smoking room had obviously been a smoking room in the past. When I asked the front desk for a 30 minute extension on check-out time they offered to give a 2 hour extension -- for $30. The "fitness center" consisted of a single biker and a stepper machine and was closed. The grounds around the outdoor pool were torn up. In sum this may technically qualify as a 3-star hotel, but it's not what you expect. And oh, the iron in the room didn't work, either.

very nice hotel - pleasant ambiance - great location with quick access to major road and highway - a superb breakfast was included with my stay (not continental breakfast, but a really nice omelet with sides and juice)

Service was very poor in the restaurant. They offered buffet in lieu of menu. Since eating off the menu was so slow and service inefficient, the next time we had buffet which was limited in selection and cold. Room was only so-so. It was like any low budget hotel, but this hotel was supposedly above average in rating.

Our first room smelled like smoke, we asked to change rooms and were given another room without a problem. The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet, pools were great, workout room could be better. Would recommend to everyone.
