The hotel was not great, but not bad either. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The general maintenance up-keep of the room was ok, but not what I would expect for the price of the stay. The complimentary breakfast was alright, but it was located on the second floor at the end of the hallway. It seemed that breakfast room was an afterthought, but other than that it was fine. Overall not bad stay if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel itself.

Clean and quiet; pleasant and helpful staff; safe environment and surroundings; restaurants within walking distance.

We were very pleased with everything and especially enjoyed a great, full breakfast for free! I had forgotten my toothbrush & went to the front desk and they immediately gave me one; I couldn't ask for more than that. The room was very clean and fresh; we would stay again and recommend it for sure.

Our stay was great. Would recommend it to anyone. Hope to return soon

We got a very last-minute room for a trip to shop at Opry Mills & visit with friends. We were unaware that the Music City Marathon was the day of our stay (Sat morning of our Fri-Sat stay), but we had a very reasonable rate, the hotel is in a great location for food (highly reccomend Caney River Fork Grille or Cock of the Walk, both super-close & delicious) Breakfast was good (standard make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, bagels & pastries) Staff was very friendly & helpful. My main quality I look for is cleanliness & they passed with flying colors. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Staff were not helpful or friendly. Hotel needs to be updated although work is happening on the lobby. It is close to downtown attractions.

I was very disappointed in the entire campus! Our room was smelly and the bathroom was filthy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! While I did get the Hotels.com discount the nightly rate of $189.00 is way too much for this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Florida and booked it online 2 weeks before we needs it. Thank goodness we did because it was fully booked that night as I overheard the clerk tell another traveller. We had a very comfortable night's stay. The mattresses were some of the most comfortable we have ever experienced (and we have stayed in much more expensive hotels). The staff was so polite and friendly. We actually booked this hotel again for our return trip home a week later. Fills up because of the concerts at Opryland. Easy walk to restaurants (good when you have been in the car for 8 -10 hours). Great for a family, especially the free breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall the hotel and my room was clean. The employess were helpful and courteous. The location was convenient to the conference I attended and convenient to restaraunts and shopping. I would stay here again.

It was an overnight stay on the way to Texas. Nothing special but a place to lay our heads. Not far from downtown.

Our stay at Comfort Inn in Nashville was awesome. The breakfast was not only tasty, but the staff kept the food warm and continually available. There was a large variety of breakfast foods both hot and cold. The Queen size beds were perfect for a family of 5. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. All staff was courteous and friendly. The kindness of the staff and ho breakfast made up for the facility being a bit out dated.

Enjoyed it very much!

I stayed here during the 2012 MLB Winter Meetings. It was a much cheaper hotel then the Opryland Convention Center. It is about 1 mile from the convention center and 3 miles from the outlet malls. Great rooms and friendly staff.

I HAD ANINJURY TO MY KNEE THOUGHT I WOULDN'T GET TO GO TO OPRYLAND CONCERT MANAGEMENT MADE IT POSSIBLE THANK YOU! ALSO GAVE GREAT ASSISTANCE FOR AN AMBULENCE AND HOSPITAL LOCATION . A FRIENDLY CARING STAFF

We arrived late at night and found it to be quiet and easy to get to. The only downfall I found was that there was a dirty wash rag in the shower from the previous quests which makes me wonder how well they really clean the rooms.

The hotel was good the beds could be a lot better and the TV stations could work better. the free breakfast was good.

Good comfortable place to stay. One major problem was the quality of the breakfast. I am diabetic & knew that there was a continental breakfast, but the variety of healthy/ diabetic friendly foods were terrible. The only oatmeal was the kind with sugar & spices added. The only bread was white bagels & biscuits with gravey. There was no whole wheat bread. In this age of diabetes & obesity, I consider this variety a same & will influence where I stay in the future.

Very comfortable and clean. Delicious hot and cold breakfast in nice eating area. Quiet. Only problem (which you don't have to include in the review if on Website) last 2 of 4 nights room and bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Finally decided it must have come from a housekeeper's clothes rather than someone smoking in the room. The clerk, Debbie, was VERY accommodating and offered to move us next door, but we didn't want to go to the trouble.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful. Walking distance to a strip of good restaurants,not just chains. Easy acess to interstates & downtown.

It was a nice motel.

We enjoyed the location, close to Opryland, Grand Ole Opry and Bass Pro shop. The restaurant next door is a must eat place called the Sante Fe. The hotel was fine. We had no problems.

The hotel is nice enough, a little shabby, but for the most part it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was nice with hot and cold options. The only complaint that I had was that I was in town for a conference and was under the impression that there would be a shuttle service available to go to the conference center (less than 2 miles away) There was a shuttle, but it only ran from 8-12 in the morning and from 4-8 at night. There was no way to make any other arrangement so on the days that I didn't have to be at the center all day, I had no way to get back. So I ended up having to pay $20 a day to park because the shuttle service takes 4 hours off in the middle of the day. Very inconvienent!! So the money that I saved staying there (because they had a shuttle service) I spent on parking. I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel had I known.

This hotel is in good condition, but needs updating w/ friderators and microwaves in the rooms and updated airconditioners in the rooms.

I stayed in the Comfort Inn - Opryland area for one night and had the disappointing experience of discovering I had slept on sheets that hadn't been changed from the previous guest. Upon awakening and straightening the bed, I found someone else's hair on the sheet under one of the pillows. Not a good feeling. Also, I was informed upon registering that the daily complimentary breakfast consisted of sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, etc. I discovered breakfast actually consisted of eggs, biscuits with sausage gravy, waffles, cereal, etc which can be a deal breaker for someone who eats meat with breakfast. I contacted the website through whom I had made my reservations and they, initially, intervened on my behalf. I found the staff at the hotel to be very accommodating concerning my "hair discovery".

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a a hotel. The doorknob was broken, the bathroom faucet fell off in the sink and they told us just to sit it back up there and it would be fine. The toilet plugged up several times. No hot water for shower and we were awake most of the night listening to the people across the hallway's dogs. They were constantly barking! The service was terrible - they couldn't even give directions and they lived in the blessed town. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I would totally not recommend to anyone to stay here.

we did enjoy the stay...great breakfast

The staff went out of their way to help us because our car broke down. They really went out of their way. The room was clean and the area was real safe. Will stay there again in June.

The hotel is kind of dingy looking. I'm not sure if that was from the flood or before. However, it did not take away from our stay. The hotel staff was very friendly. Check in took longer than I'm used to. The desk attendant did tell us everything we needed to know like where the best place was to park to get to our room quickest, instructions to connect to the free wireless internet., and informed us of continental breakfast hours. The continental breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy, muffins, donuts, bagels, eggs, juice, and coffee. There wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in our room, but there was a microwave and free coffee in the front lobby. My car battery died while we were there and the ladies at the desk were very helpful trying to help me get it started. The hotel is pretty much only located by the Grand Ole Opry, the Opry Hotel, and the Opry Mills Mall as well as other hotels. The honky tonks, shops, the Ryman Auditorium, and Bridgestone Arena are actually located about 12 miles away. At the time of my stay, everything in Opryland was closed due to the renovations being done because of the flood. Had I known that I probably would have stayed closer to those places since there was hardly anything to see in Opryland. Overall, the hotel was just fine. I was looking for a clean place to sleep and I found it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn in Opryland. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the young night clerk. She gave us valuable information on how to get around Nashville and was able to help us with a variety of things. She was very friendly and upbeat and we really enjoyed her attitude and help. The hotel was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Room was very nice. Just wish we had a small frig in the room.

Happy with the hotel. Location good if you have a car.

Eine sehr gute Alternative zu den überteuerten Downtown Hotels, wir haben zwei Nächte dort verbracht und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Frühstück war ok und hat ins gut über den Vormittag gebracht.
