hotel expensive for room basic and small ibis hotel's room are bigger,!! cleanliness relative cleanish but dated and shower seal mouldy but the worst as to be the breakfast the worst i've sean in any hotel for those who might know B2B or even Formula one ( at only 4.5 euro) is nicer, poor quality product all straight from Lidl or Aldi box only upper note staff nice and helpfull

POSITIVE POINTS reasonable price, helpful staff, airport shuttle (not good for late night arrival). NEGATIVE POINTS: bad mobile phone reception, wifi internet failed to work, no drinkable water.

We picked this hotel for its closeness to the airport. The room was clean although the soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work. When we first reached, we were greeted by an unsmiling, unwelcoming man behind the hotel desk. He did not engage with us and in fact was a little dismissive and almost rude. The other staff members were much better than him, luckily. The same man also told us that there were no other restaurants in the area and the hotel restaurant was the only one open. Later, when we had internet access, we learned that there were quite a few restaurants in the area that we could have gone to. The hotel restaurant is a bit limited in its selection so I wish we had had some options.

Not a pleasant stay. Essentially no amenities - no clock, no coffee maker, not even glasses to drink water from. One piece of bar soap for both sink and shower. Shower stall absurdly small - you need to be a contortionist to take a shower. Restaurant very pricey. No food option other than a buffet for lunch or dinner, with just four items to choose from for the main dish, two of which were vegetables, and one meat dish was inedible. Receptionist quite unfriendly, rather rude actually. Hotel was furthest from the airport on the shuttle circuit. Would not recommend this hotel for any future traveler.

This is my second best hotels during my trip. The service was very good and free internet service though there was no shuttle service it was very easy to get to hotel from city and from airport. We had to take a map and 1 euro for train to get to our final stop from there it was just 5 mins away over all i paid 9 euros to get to hotel from airport and another 8 euros to get to city. very good hotel and good location, good service, need rooms and bathroom. cheap and best hotel I can say

Convenient to the airport with a regular shuttle bus, and reasonably fast free wifi. However, rooms are tired with many scrapes and signs of wear. The bathroom had a powerful smell of mildew, and the carpet was wet from the bathroom. One gets what they pay for--a cheap price and a tired hotel.

Getting through CDG to the free shuttle to the hotel was a bit confusing, but the shuttle worked as scheduled both to and from the hotel. For the money the hotel is not a good deal. But it seems to be an acceptable lower cost choice in the area.

The hotel is definitely a two star but it was clean and it was fine for a cheap airport hotel. The bed was comfortable. The shower was horrible because it is very tiny and did not drain so water flooded the bathroon. The bus from CDG only comes every 30min or longer and there are no phones so do not be concerned that you are waiting a long time. I would try another airport hotel next time.

Nice enough room for a single night stay, which I would assume is what most people do due to the proximity to CDG. Parking felt a little expensive (no discount for guests) as it cost about 12 EUR for perhaps 10 hours overnight. Next time we would probably return the car to CDG and use the hotel shuttle.

The Comfort Hotel is totally adequate for an overnight at Charles De Gaulle airport, but that's it. The biggest issue is the bus that takes you from the airport. Email the hotel to confirm where they'll pick you up and then don't listen to anyone at that location who'll try to tell you the bus no longer picks up there. The bus is standard (not a van) painted blue and Orange with a tiny logo. It comes every 30 minutes.

Waited over an hour for the shuttle. Finally to a taxi where I was handed a shuttle schedule and a phone number in case of a problem. It was a huge red/yellow buss with a Comfort Hotel sign - kind of hard to miss. I know that didn't come by. Desk person chewed me out over the situation. Didn't eat either buffet due to cost and looks of the food. Will not stay there again.

I will never stay at this hotel again, and I have actively told friends visiting Paris to ensure they do not visit this hotel. The rooms had a damp smell, the linen on the beds also seemed old and had an odd smell. Like perhaps they hadn't been fully dried before being put on the beds. The rooms are old and dated and the bathroom was disgusting. The shower is the smallest shower I've seen in a hotel room. It was more a half shower because it was triangle shaped to the size of a half shower base. The walls of the shower had mould build up on them and I would not recommend standing in there without thongs on. There is no facilities around the hotel in terms of shops to go to so when you are there with no car as we were (took the free shuttle from the airport) the only option for eating is the hotel restaurant. The buffet there was 17euro for 2 courses and the food was worse than any canteen style meal I've ever had. The mains were made up of steamed wheat (yes, plain steamed wheat!), tortellini with a basic soup style plain source on it and very soggy potato balls. It was awful and following this meal, I wish that I had brought a packet of potato chips for 1 euro instead. We had an early flight out of Paris and on the night of our stay we asked for a taxi for 4am. The reception said they would organise it. When we checked out at 3:55am the next morning expecting the cab, the reception called someone and said it would be 5 minutes. He then proceeded to call another 3 times and a black van turned up at 4:40am, causing us and the other couple catching a taxi with us a lot of distress about being on time. When we got to the airport terminal (3km away), the taxi driver charges had 24euro on the meter, however he demanded 40euro from us - 10euro per person. This seemed very dodgy and resulted in us having an argument with the driver. Eventually we paid him 20euro and told him to take it up with the hotel if he wanted more money as we believed he was trying to rip us of

We stayed here because of it's proximity to the airport, so all we were really concerned about was a place to sleep. For that it was adequate. The room was tiny, the bathroom even tinier. The restaurant only offers an over-priced buffet dinner, but restaurant staff was very nice. When checking out, they tried to make us pay for the room that we had paid for on-line, but got that resolved relatively quickly. Shuttle to the airport was good. Took other's recommendations of eating breakfast at the airport, but be warned that check-in and security at CDG can take over an hour, so have a snack in your bag!

My fiance and I stayed for one night at this hotel because it was conveniently near CDG airport and had an airport shuttle. The hotel concierge when we checked in was extremely polite and spoke English well. The hotel room was nothing memorable; it was very small like most hotel rooms in France. One issue I had was the shower was a very small triangular space. When I took a shower, I couldn't avoid spilling water all over the bathroom floor because the bottom of the shower wasn't deep enough and the shower was so small (I'm 5'3" and skinny). We attempted to walk around the neighborhood, but the hotel is not located near any shops or restaurants, so we were stuck with eating at the hotel restaurant at night. There was a new concierge at night that was extremely rude; we asked him if we could extend our stay at the hotel for an additional night. The hotel was fully booked, so we asked him if he could help us find another Comfort Hotel in Paris. He impolitely refused because he claimed he was too busy (there was no one else standing around waiting for help and he was just standing at the front desk). We felt like we were somehow being reprimanded. Basically, this hotel was fine for the night we arrived in Paris, but we were glad to check into another hotel after that. I'd recommend it only for a short stay due to its proximity to the airport. It's not located near any tourist sites and there are better hotels in Paris with similarly priced rooms.

This was not an airport business hotel,although it's close to the airport.Remote location in little town,overgrown with weeds and graffiti.Hotel has 1975 look.Very dated.Rooms are small.Spotty airport shuttle service.Left us waiting at CDG over 2 hours one night,and taxis refuse to bring you from airport to hotel,when shuttle bus available.This hotel does not resemble American Comfort Inns,although the name is the same.The desk staff was very helpful and friendly.Great staff in a bad hotel.Do not stay here.

This hotel has a shuttle to and from Roissy CDG, which is very convenient. Though not too far from the airport, we didn't hear any plane fly by and enjoyed a very quiet night before flying out. It's a nice little 2-star hotel perfect for one night before a flight. Call the hotel to know where to pick up the shuttle; it's not together with the other hotel shuttles. The room was small, but comfortable, and so was the bathroom, which was fine for one night. Didn't try the breakfast or the restaurant. The WiFi connection is expensive for one day, but they have it at a smaller price for an hour if you need to check flight info.

The Comfort Hotel is a good hotel if you need a place to stay near CDG or TGV. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed two separate times at this hotel. The hotel staff was courteous enough to tell us that there was construction going on and that we could choose between a room with two singles or the double which was closer to the noise. The beds in both rooms were fine. The bathrooms had small showers (one with a slightly slow drain and the other with a little bit of mold) but overall they were ok. The bus was very convenient and runs on a schedule from CDG airport. The location of the pick-up is in Terminal 2 by across from the airport terminal shuttle; SNCF train station and near Novotel Hotel. There are no signs or schedules for the pick-ups at the airport (plenty of copies at the hotel desk). Watch for the white bus with the Comfort Inn logo and Campanile hotel. The bus picks up about once every 45 minutes or so. It stops at only two hotels and takes about 15 minutes to get to the hotel.

The room is fine, and they have a nice shuttle to CDG. Just don't make the mistake of eating their "continental breakfast" for 8 euros each person. The eggs were rocks, the coffee was thick mud and the fruit was floating in water right out of a can. It may have been the worst excuse for breakfast I'd ever been subjected to. Just grab something at the airport!

The hotel is basic, but comfortable, with a reasonable buffet restaurant, Don't expect to be writing home about it though. Staff are very helpful. Situated a short drive from the airport, hard to get a taxi to take you there as they are waiting for fares to Paris. Shuttle bus service is very good, but from airport to hotel is difficult to know where to wait for it. I got a taxi in the end - about €12 Beats fighting your way in or out of Paris, if you are on a stopover or quick visit.

The employees at the hotel were very friendly. The room was actually good sized for a European room. Beds were very soft & comfortable. Shower was a little awkward getting in & out of. Don't eat dinner at the restaurant there. It is highly overpriced for the 3 levels of buffets they have, all over 10 euros, drinks not included. The breakfast was much better & well priced for what they served. Very convenient to the airport, especially with the shuttle running every 15 min or so. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfectly reasonable hotel, with kind staff and a good price. The on site hotel however is ridiculously expensive (and not very good). So eat at the airport before you come out. If you can get here. There is a shuttle to the airport from some terminals, but not from others. And although it's a few minutes from the airport, taxi drivers looking for larger fares into the city will refuse to take you. It took us more than a hour to convince a taxi driver to take us five minutes down the road, and we only discovered later that it would have been a better idea to get on a train and go to another terminal. But with a lot of bags, jet lagged, that's a lot of hassle. And if you have an early morning flight, the hotel shuttle doesn't start very early, and taxi drivers picking you up with charge you "suburb" prices--i.e. charge you a lot extra for going into a rough area. It cost $25 to go less than a few miles. You're better off taking the cab from Paris and enjoying your night in the city. Or stay at one of the other nearby hotels that have better shuttle service.

The hotel was the nicest one that I stayed in while in Europe. They did not provide washclothes, which I found was pretty standard in Europe. The breakfast was definitely over priced. The hotel was convenient because it was close to the airport but there was absolutely nothing to do or eat near the hotel. The cafes that were near the hotel did not serve food at certain times of the day and the lady at the sports cafe nearby wanted absolutely nothing to do with my friends and I because none of us spoke French.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de laisser la voiture sur le parking pendant la semaine ,moyennant finances, hélas... Petit déjeuner correct. 9€ quand même !

buffet misérable, sans viande exceptée celle du chou farci !!! Le petit déjeuner ne vaut guère mieux! pain de la veille ou en sachet, bacon pas grillé! Heureusement le lit était confortable!

El personal de la recepcion con muy mal caracter tipico de los parisinos,el cuarto incomodisimo si se quedan 2 personas en una habitacion,no habia siquiera secadora de pelo

Imposible de trouver un restaurant ouvert on a dû retourner à l'aéroport pour le déjeuner et le diner,ce qui est un manque de service important

Accueil et prestations hôtelières impeccables. Un système de navette gratuit qui dessert très bien ROISSY. Une adresse à garder pour mes prochains vols en matinée.

Troisième "séjour" dans cet hotel mais nous ne reviendrons plus. A notre arrivée, le réceptionniste nous a affirmé que nous avions réservé 2 chambres alors que mon bon de réservation confirmait bien que nous n'avions réservé qu'une chambre. Longues tractations avant qu'il ne reconnaisse son erreur. Restaurant fermé le w.end. Il nous a recommandé un restaurant aux environs... qui était fermé aussi. Tous les restaurants du coin étaient fermés (samedi). Seule la boulangerie était ouverte. La navette pour l'aéroport était en retard et quand elle est arrivée, le chauffeur ne voulait repartir que 20 minutes plus tard, pour éviter une rotation. Nous avons dû insister pour qu'il nous emmene tout de suite et il a refusé d'ourvir le hayon arrière pour que nous mettions nos bagages dedans pour nous montrer sa mauvaise humeur !

Absolument rien à redire sur cet hôtel très pratique car très proche de l'aéroport. Dommage que la navette nous laisse un peu loin du Terminal 3... Quelques difficultés aussi pour trouver l'hôtel, les panneaux sont trop rares...

Satisfaisant mais peu insonorisé. Très bien pour la navette avec l'aéroport mais il faudrait préciser où prendre la navette pour le retour (lorsque l'on fait un simple aller-retour pour accompagner quelqu'un)
