wasn't expecting the surcharge for parking to get into Boston, but the hotel was nice. Oh, and there was no choice of where to eat an evening meal without driving somewhere...

The room was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable.

My stay was well. I wish for their breakfast the options were a little better but cant have it all.

We stayed hear based on the Holiday Inn Express experiences we have had in the past. The free parking, wifi, and breakfast were also deciding factors when comparing to other hotels. The nightly rate was slightly more then a closer location, but when you add the savings for those three things, it worked out to be a much more affordable option. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. There is not restaurant on site, but they have takeout menus for a few delivery places. There isn't a restaurant in the immediate vicinity either. The Thai restaurant that they have a menu for is delightful though. The tropical chicken is a great dinner. The breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast, with processed cheese omelets( or scrambled eggs), hard boiled eggs, hashbrowns or grits, bacon (or sausage patties), cinnamon buns, and a automatic pancake machine. There is also cereal, toast and other bread products. The beds are comfortable, and the tv was a nice flat scree of a decent size. We would stay here again.

Everything about our stay was average. There was nothing wrong with the hotel what so ever, but we have stayed in some of the surrounding hotels on that same strip of road and for the price the other places seemed to offer a lot more. They didn't even have snack or drink machines. I just think for the price of the hotel there should be a some sort of amenity such as a pool. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel is close to the Quincy Adams Transit Station. Hotel offers Shuttle service to and from the station which is nice. The free breakfast is good also. They only have 1 washer and 1 dryer however for the entire Hotel which is odd as the Hotel has over 100 rooms. We were travelling with friends and were not able to do our laundry at the same time, a little inconvenient. The rooms are a little pricey. Mid-week we moved to another hotel just 1 exit down ( in Randolph) and paid an average of $40 less a night . They had all the same amenities and were just as nice.

You really need a car, the hotel is not close to much of interest and not really close to the MBTA trains. The hotel shuttle can take you to the train station so you can get into Boston and to other places but they only run during the day. The carpet in the hotel din;t seem that clean but everything else was nice. Pretty basic but functional. The hotel overall was pretty quiet.

Arrived late and left early on a recent one-night stay. Hotel was convenient to the highway. Quick check-in - with no hassle. Although property is a little older - everything was clean and in working order with the room. Breakfast was quick and convenient.

This was a goo find to break up the long ride in a single day. The continental breakfast is always a hit. Been to these before and would do this again.

The price was right and the location was convenient for travelling into Boston (T) or making your way to Gillette Stadium. The hotel was very clean, the staff was more than friendly and professional, and hot/cold breakfast was included.

VERY COURTEOUS DESK STAFF AND MANAGEMENT . SMALL BATHROOM, BUT CLEANING GIRLS WERE VERY QUIET AND VERY HELPFUL. IF YOU LIKE PEACE AND QUIET THIS PLACE IS GREAT ! WANTED TO STAY OUT OF THE NOTORIOUS NEIGHBORHOOD HOTELS WITH THEIR RUDE HELP, AROUND BOSTON, SO FOR THE PRICE THIS AREA AND THE HOTEL WAS JUST FINE .WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

The stay was very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful to provide me with directions. The hotel location was difficult to find in the dark since you can't see it from the main road and no signs to point people in the right direction. The road sign is small and difficult to see at night.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and have always been pleased. The rooms are tidy, the staff is friendly and they have a great breakfast. The only disappointment that I had this stay was there were no gravy for the biscuts & gravy that they usually always have. We were there for 4 nights and never had it. It's great and I was looking forward to it but it never happened.

Bed was uncomfortable, bowed/caved in. Room smelled terrible. Had to unplug fridge to get access to any socket. Would never stay again.

so so, first room smelled with heave cigar smoke (non smoking room) and the manager did switch me.

Manager called me at 12:05 PM yelling at me to get out, and to never return again!

Booked the hotel as part of a round trip. Nice hotel, good quality, easy and quick to reach downtown Boston (15min) - when not travelling in rush-hours. Can recomend!

Perfect hotel, clean and nice with a very good breakfast. Stayed there for three nights but would be happy to stay longer!

Pretty good place to stay in a convenient location. Rates jump up on weekdays which is a negative for non business travelers. Breakfast is probably on the better side.

Our room was nice & clean and we were only staying overnight , so i was pleased. The breakfast was great for a such a small hotel, many choices and everything was fresh ! Our room was handicap accessible, i booked in error online in the car driving down the highway, but i have to admit, that the larger bathroom was great. I recommend this hotel ! 3 .5 stars ...

As always, Holiday Inn Express never disappoints! One suggestion would be more signs on the interstate for the exact exit. Overall, a high-quality hotel for our Boston adventure.

When guests in room next door to ours put their shower or sink on-it was really loud in our room. But besides that, it was very nice.

Our best experience was the receptionist. Very friendly, professional and helped us with locating restaurants in the area. I would say she is a benefit to your hotel. After working hard all day was nice to see a friendly, smiling face!!!! Good place to stay for a nite or two close to the highway and I almost forgot to mention the breakfast was good. Nice to be able to grab a guick bite to eat before heading out and not having to stop somewhere along the way.

excellent stay. staff were pleasant and helpful. although the hotel decor is older and dated, accommodations were clean and comfortable. convenient to boston. rates were very reasonable in comparison to other hotels in surrounding area. will definitely stay again!

Very convenient to train station into city. Free breakfast was good. Staff was nice. The only down side was it is in a non-descript location off the freeway with not much nearby in the way of restaurants, etc. But for the price it was OK. Had kind of a musty smell.

According to the company's narrative of their features, "Holiday Inn Braintree provides shuttle service from and to Logan International Airport as well as local attraction within a 3 mile radius". The television did not work. Depending on the desk clerk you encountered you may receive helpful information to meet your needs.

Overall very pleased. Nothing fancy but a very good price for the location, especially with breakfast thrown in. Close to shopping and easy to get into Boston. Friendly and helpful staff

I thought the bed and pillows ( 4 or 5 I forget ) were the most comfortable. The room was clean although the refrigeator didn't work. The girl at front desk was aware of it. She said it was a new defrost system that had to be corrected. But the bed and pillows made up for it.

The hotel was clean and tidy, they had a good selection for breakfast. The only drawback was the horrible shuttle hours. 9-6. This was not very accommodating.

While the common areas are o.k., the rooms are below par. They are in desperate need of renovation. They smell. The bathroom is very tiny. Walls are paper thin. Heard the next door neighbors coming in at 2 a.m. Try somewhere else.

Great king bed, wonderful nights sleep. Bathroom is monumentally small, anyone over 63 would have trouble in the sit down position. Breakfast was nice except the skim milk was 4 days past the sell by date and was sour.

Hotel is clean and personnel very friendly. It is close to South Shore Plaza and its stores and restaurants so there are amenities within reach. The City of Boston is close by car and accessible by MBTA from Braintree Station (where you only pay a $7 all day flat fee for parking). We stayed from out of the US during my son's move-in weekend to his college in Downtown Boston. We were able to do all the shopping in the Stoughton area and also in Braintree. The hotel is located a couple of miles from South Shore Plaza as well as the Braintree Station where you may take the Red Line into Boston (with parking only $7 all-day flat fee). Prices are reasonable if compared to the Downtown hotels. Actually we saved money even adding the rental car. Excellent!!!

We had a very good overall experience at this hotel. Rooms were clean, close to Quicy Adams station. You can be in the Boston city in about 40 mins. Reception desk were very helpful. The business center at the hotel came in handy when i had to print out the e tickets. My son forgot the tooth brush and upon requesting front desk was quickly helped with. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who does not want to pay outrageous city prices plus car parking fees at the city hotels.

The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping, but in a quiet location. The room and hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than average.

Drunks in the parking lot, no phone or Internet for 2 days, people fighting in the hall. Will not stay there again. No hotel security that we ever saw. Stay at one of the neighboring hotels.

My husband and I intentionally choose Holiday Inn Express hotels. This was overall the poorest of the stays at any HI Express across the east coast. We had plumbing issues. The poor girl came to use the plunger who tried very hard (and we appreciated it greatly). But when her efforts were to no avail, then we had to wait until maintenance arrived (in total over 90 minutes of them in our room). They were unable to solve the plumbing problem and left us with no bathroom and 2 small children. When we checked out in the AM, the manager was conveniently not there and never called to talk with me about this incident nor offer restitution for not having a properly functioning toilet or a room to move to. We had to use the public bathroom in the hotel (swell). That worked out well when the littlest one had to use the bathroom at 2AM. The best part was a night manager was on duty and made contact with us that night to change us to another room or offer anything to us. I understand we are nothing to these people, but still, some type of compassion goes a long way. The maintenance man even nsinuated that one of my children put something down the toilet. They are not that young nor were the left alone to do so... how rude. Customer service -more than poor - just pitiful. The rating for hotel service is based on the ladies at the desk throughout our stay. They were always very nice and willing to provide us with directions to the metro or answer other service type questions - the rating does not reflect the management team. One week later and still not a word from them. Another major downfall was the food options. We wanted just fast food on several of our nights there and we could not find any. While there is a mall not far from the hotel, the options there were high priced and not quick. Even in the room, the services guide did not provide any fast food except several local pizzerias. We drove around aimlessly on one night and really could only rely on the mall for any type o

the hotel was crowded. I had been there before and had not experienced the following. While the hotel is maintained well I found the noise between rooms unusually loud. I was awakened in the morning by the sound of a neighboring shower. Also found that there was no place to hang a towel convient to the shower.Maybe just my room.It was a handicapped/ little people room and my clother hung to the floor. Other wise greaat.:(

I would rather have stayed at another hotel on the same street, but it was booked. The hotel was clean but older than I would have thought. The breakfast was awful. Hampton Inn just up the road was much much nicer, but I could only stay there one night because the rest of the time it was full. The price was the same, but Hampton Inn offered a pool and was a newer hotel, and much better breakfast.

The hotel was better than expected. The staff was great. Breakfast was good. Recommend a rental car as the location is not within walking distance of the T.
