Days Inn Inner Harbor was very nice, only a five minute walk to the restaurants and events at the harbor. The staff was very pleasant, especially Gerald who was very accomodating to all our needs. Because I read other reviews we were prepared to pay the $23 parking and in comparison to other hotels in the area and the low cost of the room it was reasonable. We will definately visit Days Inn Inner Harbor again.

The room was nice and clean. The employees were helpful. The hotel is in a great area if you are coming to sight see. We only left the room to eat and buy drinks ...We had no complaints at all.

The food was so delicious!!!! I never would have thought it, but if I ever visit Baltimore again, I would eat at their restaurant, regardless if I stayed there or not. The staff was one of the greatest that I have ever dealt with, especially the waitresses, bell hops, and cleaning staff.

We stayed at this hotel while we were in town for a concert (held at 1st Mariner Arena) held right next door. Checking in was smooth, and we were taken care of immediately upon walking in the door. After being issued our room keys, we took our luggage up and settled into the room. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. The next morning we had a smooth checkout experience as well. Our stay was a great one, and I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for the 1st mariner area events... right across the street. A short walk to great food along the water! The room was great minus the carpet that needs replaced. Beds were super comfortable. The one bad thing about the room was the gap all the way around the door. At 7am I heard the housekeeping making a ton of noise. Doors slamming, people all but yelling in the hallway, and we just couldn't continue sleeping. Would I stay here again? Yes, because of the location and clean rooms, but I will check the door before unloading. I also had my puppy along andall of those things made a rough trip for him. He was very uneasy with all the loud stuff in the hallway. One last thing... skip room service. I had to eat out of a plastic container with plastic utensils for $24. They couldn't even include plates??!!

A $23.00 a day rate to park is the only downside to this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is great.

We stay for the convenients of beeng just across the street from the Convention Center in case of snow ect. I do wish we would get atleast some plastic glasses not just the paper cups! Had to find an extention cord to make the microwave ect work!

We always get a room at this same hotel every year when we come down from PA. Always clean and always a very comfortable bed especially when you have had a good time from all the night life around.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. Unfortunately, some of the guests were very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. When I asked security to help, they were very responsive. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will continue to do so.

Convenient to Convention Center, good breakfast in glassed patio, hard pillows, window air unit loud and dry air - typical chain motel

We booked a one-night stay to see the Baltimore Craft Show on the 2nd day. After gallery tours and dinner, checked in about 7:30 PM. Choice of in/out parking ending 12 noon the next day, or leave car for up to 24 hours for $23. Opted for the latter, which worked well for us, and for which we were prepared from another review. Can't get more convenient to the Baltimore Convention Center which is practically across the street. Good stay at a reasonable price.

This was a great experience.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. I chose to stay here because of the generally exceptional reviews I found on this and other travel sites, and I wasn't disappointed. From check-in where Gerald made sure everything was taken care of to the clean and spacious room (we had a king, which came with a couch and ottoman as well), I would say this was the nicest Days Inn I've stayed at. Rooms have a microwave and a large mini fridge with separate firdge/freezer compartments, and a 37" tv which is plenty big. The location was good, especially if you're in town for a convention or a sporting event, as it's one of the closest hotels to the Convention Center and the ballpark. If you want to spend more time to the east, around the powerplant or over in the Fell's Point area, it's a little bit more of a hike, but nothing that isn't entirely walkable. No complaints about the neighborhood, which is pretty commercial/tourist-y. I never once felt uncomfortable with my surroundings, even at night. There were always plenty of groups walking around from one attraction to the next.

Hotel staff extremely friendly and very affortable only complaint would be that the pillows were uncomfortable and parking was very expensive but everything else was good.

nice, but charging for parking is bad business. parking should be free, or at least discounted.

only problem i had was the room was on the 1st floor with a street light shining into the room. I had a pin & pinned the curtains shut but it was still light. Would suggest the not make this room a room for guests. Otherwise it was a great stay, the staff was wonderful & even accommodated my 3yo granddaughter

Very nice hotel and close to Convention Center and Inner Harbor. Front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Room and bathroom were a bit small, but we got a great rate and the convenience made up for it.

It would have been nice to know that you have to pay $23 a day to park.

Well maintained, staff was very friendly and and helpful. Great location, close to all inner harbor attractions and sports venues, and inexpensive as well.

I stayed here for a week while in town for work. I was impressed on the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and the overall value, as it was substantially cheaper than other nearby hotels.

Great hotel! Me and my wife made a quick getaway to Baltimore for a couple days and booked our room at the Inner Harbor a couple weeks before. What a great choice! Close to all the local attractions of the Inner Harbor, all the restaurant choices you could ask for, comfortable room, friendly staff, ect. They were also very accomodating with our dog which made the stay that much more enjoyable and easier on us. Can't say enough good things about the place.

For Inner Harbor attractions and concerts this is a must stay. We had traveled to Baltimore for a concert at the 1St Mariner Marina and had no idea that it was right next door. After the concert we were hungry it was late and the hotel desk called Tony's Restaurant to ask if they could send us up (walking distance). We had a great meal, drinks, and conversation with the owner and employees. Really good crab bisque. The rooms at the hotel were very clean and neat and I didn't run into any employees that didn't great you with a smile and conversation. Must say Thank You Quality Inn.

Got weekend rate, good price. Room in great shape, staff friendly. Great location across from Convention Center. Free Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave.

Four areas of disappointments: 1 - Expensive buffet breakfast with no pancakes or toast. 2 - Room alarm clock volume did not work 3 - Room phone had a fast busy to the front desk 4 - Walls are paper thin (can hear people in hallways and next door as if they are in your room) You can beat the location and the special price that was offered the weekend we stayed.

A great location to stay at if you have events at the conventions center. I had friend transfer hotels from the Hyatt because the rooms were better here

The location of the hotel is excellent, local to everything in the Harbor. All staff including maintenance and coffee shop staff are friendly and helpful. The downside, nightly charge for parking which is the reason we stopped staying here. It is less expensive to stay near BWI, free parking and many hotels offer free breakfast. Hotel is also in need of new pillows, lumps of stuffing in a pillowcase.

I was very impressed with the OUTSTANDING customer service we received at check in! I will be emailing the supervisor about this gentleman! I haven't seen customer service with that any where in years! We have another event towards the end of February at The 1st Mariner, I will be sure to book my stay here again!

We got a king room. The set up of room was very comfortable with having our 18 month old son with us. The location to Johns Hopkins was perfect. The staff was helpful and you could not beat the price! If we have to come to town again will stay again for sure.

We stayed here on the recommendation of my brother who travels frequently for work. It was "off season" so the hotel was relatively empty and the rate was very good. The rooms were great with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Reception called the room once we got our bags up to the room to be sure everything was OK. One of the two elevators was out of service, but since the hotel was fairly empty, it wasn't too much of a bother.

Spent a weekend there while visiting friends in Baltimore. The renovated rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable - not a heavenly bed, but comfortable. The bathroom was small, but in good repair. Some of the hallways and areas around the elevators had beat up wallpaper. The front desk could not have been nicer. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. Parking costs $23 per day and is on par with other hotels in the harbor area. The parking deck is attached to the hotel and is convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

Great value for the money. Comfy bed and clean room. Only downside-one elevator was out of order and the wait for the other elevator was ridiculous.

The hotel was very convenient for where we wanted to go. The workers there were very polite and very informant. Even though the hotel does not have balconies, the view from our room was great, i even took pictures. We ordered food delivery from another restaurant and they came right to our room door . Days inn is a very cool place to stay if your interest lies in the city life and attracted to the harbor.
