We were put on the back side of the hotel. Lots of foot traffic.......cars spinning tires, tv camera interviews............could not rest..............noisey! Would have been better if we were not located at the back!

Our major complaint was other people who were staying there was having a barbacue and a drinking party in the parking lot. It consisted of about 10-15 people who were getting rowdy/cursing/yelling. There were two other different parties who had rooms on each side of us had decided to leave that evening because of what was going on. We waited and thought that perhaps the party would settle down but it seemed that it was not going to stop. We took our complaints to management but did nothing. We not recomment this hotel to anyone.

I stayed there for 7 nights. They never changed towels or sheets. Bugs found in the room. So dusty. Made wonder when would be the last time the room was cleaned. Couldn't touch any fixtures because of so much dust.

One of the worst hotel stay's that we have had in many years of travel. Our room was the farthest away from the front desk that you could get. Semi trucks parked in the parking lot next to our room. We paid for 3 nights in advance thru Hotels.com. After the second night with 2 Semi truck moving vans in the parking lot and 4 shady men sitting right out side our door ( a non smoking room) smoking big stinking cigars and drinking alcoholwe had enough. We called the front desk to get security to escort us to our cars so we could leave. It took them over a half hour to get someone ( not a real security guard ) to escort us to our cars. Even though we had paid for 3 nights ( non refundable ) we could not stay another night.

I picked this Days Inn on a recent stay in Melbourne because the price was great, and the reviews suggested it was a notch above other Days Inn properties, having recently been converted from another chain. My experience confirmed that expectation. The room was spotless. The carpet and tile were like new. The bed was firm. Free WiFi was very fast. Rooms were cleaned and freshened daily in the late afternoon -- later than I expected, but fine. The front desk staff were uniformly excellent -- cheery, helpful, and very professional. Amenities were otherwise what you'd expect for the price. The towels were thin but not threadbare. The lightbulbs were ridiculously dim. The free breakfast was fine, but don't expect fresh fruit or anything to be hot that doesn't fit in a toaster. I would stay here again.

convenient to highway and beach. only complaint was kids runniing up and down the stairs at 1 in the morning, but hotel staff can only do so much. great value and excellent staff.

Very clean and well run Hotel. Great people working there.

This is an older hotel, but is well kept. Would definitely stay again.

I found that the hotel meet everything I expected. The rooms were very clean and neat and we and plenty of everything. The hotel was quiet, not a lot of noise. The breakfast area was a little small for the size of the hotel and there wasn't a very big selection but is was adequate. I would have no problem staying here again and I will.

This hotel is old, but okay. They put me in back with the day-laborers who were up and out with their truck at 4:30 AM but, The best thing about this motel is the incredibly beautiful and personable young woman who checked me out - she is worth a trip to Florida just to see. On a scale of 1 to 5 - a 10

We have stayed at other Days Inn before and usually liked them, but when we first walked into our room at this particular Days Inn, we smelled something funky. First I thought it was mold and then I became alarmed that perhaps there was a dead rodent under the bed somewhere. I looked and couldn't find the source of the smell. When we finally went to bed, I noticed that whenever I turned to the side that was adjacent to the bathroom, the smell became stronger even though the bathroom did not smell. As the night progressed, we became convinced that that corner of the room must have been urinated on. Gross! But it was too late in the night and we were checking out early in the morning, so we just tolerated it. I am surprised the maid did not notice it. There was also no coffee packets or cold or hot cups left in the room. The breakfast was also straight out continental--pre-packaged pastries. We have stayed at other hotels where the continental breakfast actually included some hot options, but I guess not this one!

We appreciated the front desk staff, very kind and professional. I am a Flight Attendant and sleep in many hotels, of various ratings. This was a most comfortable stay. We did have to change rooms, no fault of the staff, someone had smoked in the first room. However, Michelle certainly made sure all was well with the next room. We will also be requesting a room in the same hotel in a few weeks. It was in a great location. Great breakfast too. Very clean and a nice variety. Thank you kindly

We have stayed at many motels including Day.s Inn but this one one was by far the best one.

we only stayed one night but was satisfied with our stay....location of hotel was crowded with other businesses and hotels....but room was comfortable. good breakfast....

The hotel is first of all situated in a very good location. The front desk service was good. He gave us some cookies as a gift for the holidays. The checkin process was very simple and less complicated unlike others. The rooms were clean and no issues with the working of the appliances.

A very nice Days Inn.

Hotel room very pleasant, clean and comfortable during business stay when this was needed, Staff responsive when light not working and phone not working at check-in, resolved immediately. No problems.

Although I paid a very reasonable rate. This hotel needs to be completely updated. The room I was in had a very dank odor. Similar to a worn carpet. I was not happy with the fact that the front desk staff put me all the way in the back and told me that it was the only available clean roon. However, as I walked to the back I walked past what seemed like hundreds of empty rooms. The toliet had a dry urine stain on the side of it and the bedside table had gum attached to the underside of it. The bed however was super comfy slept like a rock. But the cleaning people aren't doing as much as they should. Safety was a concern also as I had to slam my door to close it! and once it was closed it had a little ball and chain as a door stopper. I only stayed for a couple of days so it was convienent but I wouldn't stay there again or recommend anyone else staying there if it is going to be for more than a day or two.

Great value hotel offers clean rooms which are well fitted out and kept in good condition. Breakfast very good with plenty of choices. Would reccomend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here for 2 nights while in town for a soccer tournament. Were pleased with the hotel, our room and breakfeast. Did not have any problems at all. Would stay here again.

The telephone was broken. Called to front desk - but phone was never repaired in my 4 day stay!

The front desk staff was very friendly. The shower in our room didn't work but we were promptly given another room. Our second room was considered non smoking however it smelled strongly of smoke and had 2 noticable burn marks on the carpet. We only stayed here 1 night and in the morning there was some type of dead roach on the floor in the sink area. I would stay here again if I needed a place in the same area. Other than the above mentioned problems it was a decent place. Everything seemed clean and our room was very quiet.

Or at least keep the deadbolt BOLTED. The cleaning staff comes in without knocking. Several times during my four-night stay this happened. They're friendly though, and said they were sorry. Then they did it the next day, too. On the last day, I returned to find the door left open. Not unlocked and closed, mind you, DOOR WAS AJAR and NOT CLOSED. In short, the housekeeping staff needs to attend a seminar on preventing theft thru simple means, like... CLOSING THE DOOR. No need for a courtesy seminar... they just need to LEARN TO KNOCK FIRST. Also the carpet by the door was soaked the entire trip. I guess this is due to the humidity of Florida. It's not close to much, so you'll need a car. But the internet is fast and pretty reliable. In all, for the price, it's definitely acceptable. Comfortable, too. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave in the room all worked well, bed was nice, room had no bugs, TV was fine. For the value, it's great. Just make sure you got a car, take your gadgets with you ALWAYS, lock the dead bolt, and wear shoes, not just socks, when going near the hotel room door.

this hotel is the best quality/price combo! you get free breakfast, the staff is nice and helpful, the room is comfy enough.

The front desk was friendly and gave us the room in the back of the Hotel and not on the street side. It was silent. Only some towels was not clean, but for one/two nights it should be fine.

non working shower.rowdiness allnite on the balconies got woke up 5-6 times. no security at nite?no breakfast included.never ran into that w/other hotels.

Very budget friendly - A great Dennys just a hundred yards away for late night folks like me - Maid service and cleanliness are super - Staff held breakfast bar open just for me when I was late. Only seconds from the intertstate ramp - A great Place!

The bedspread had a cigarette burn on it. There were dead bugs on the ac unit. Won't be staying there again. You get what you pay for.

Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled of smoke. We found a lighter under the bed along with a remote control for the TV. We checked the beds throughly because of the overall condition of the room (looking for bugs) and found a dirty pair of mens underwear tucked between the mattress and the bed springs. The bathroom smelled of urine and we could see under the door to the outside. We had to stuff a towel under the front door so we would be sure nothing called into our room. Then we had to chase and kill a roach. In checking out and reporting this the check out desk, we were told to call back and ask for a manager since none was available. The desk clerk said he was so surprised to hear our complaints.

This hotel is a budget hotel and like most things in life you get what you pay. It is good value for the money and fine if you just need a quick place to stay for the odd night. The main down side was that the rooms, although well equipped and reasonably comfortable, smelt of smoke which was unpleasant.

Good value for the price. Our room was very nice, clean, and the bed was confortable. Check in was easy and the person at the desk was very nice and made us feel welcome.

CLOSE TO THE MAIN ROUTE AND TO DINNING.

Hotel was clean, bathrooms recently redone. Friendly staff. I did not see any roaches like another review said (and I was afraid of!). Convenient, close to the highway. There are plenty of places to park.

As for the location and customer service the hotel was fine. The beds however are a different story. The bed I slept in was by far the worst hotel bed I have ever slept in, I woke with a aching back all three morning! A co-worker that also stayed at the same Days Inn the same time also commented on how the bed sagged in the middle and was not comfortable at all. If you dont have back issues you will enjoy this hotel but if you do I suggest staying somewhere else...
