Pleasant staff. The restaurant staff was a little confused on where to sit people. We were sat at a table where the people were at the buffet.

Not bad, not great. We have young kids, and the pool has a very dysfunctional layout for kids. Ice-maker right across from our room (loud). Overall, not bad, but I won't be seeking them out, necessarily, next time.

Overall good stay but carpets and furniture needed updating. Great location close to outlet mall and an exit away from Disney. Would have been better if maid service didn't rush us out of room every morning.

Liked the idea of being part of a "village" with neighboring restuarants as well as the hotel resturant. Great to have an indoor and outdoor pool. My 8 year old LOVED the game room. I enjoyed shopping at the outlet mall that was near by.

We were visiting Orlando just for an overnight stay and wanted to get something close to Downtown Disney. The hotel was at a great location, it is right off the Interstate and only about 1 mile from Downtown Disney. There is several restaurants within walking distance as well as a gas station right across the street. The main road that you take to get to Downtown Disney has even more restauarants, shops etc. And getting back onto the Interstate is a breeze. We arrived 3 hours before the posted check in time and went by the hotel just to get familiar with where it was located. I went in to confirm they had our reservation and was informed they had a room ready and I could check in at that time. This was a great benefit for we were able to unload our car and enjoy the rest of the day without having to worry about having to unpack our car late at night. Even though the hotel is right by the interstate you do not hear much traffic. The rooms were very clean and not run down looking. The grounds are very well kept. There is 2 other hotels within the same cul de sac area which are associate with this one and they were all very nice looking. There is night security at the front gate.Our hotel package came with a breakfast buffet. The buffet had several meat selections, fruit, pastries, cereals, breads, juices, as well as a made to order omelet station and waffle maker that made disney shaped waffles. The beds were very comfortable. The only prooblem we had was we forgot our bath soap and went down stairs to request a few extra bath soap samples to use. The front desk did not have any extra's and stated they would have some sent up. After 30 minutes I had to call the front desk for no one came, the gentleman who answered stated he would bring some up himself but it was another 15 mins before he came. I could understand the delay in a way for it was around 1:00 a.m. when we asked for this item. I would stay here again myself and recommend it to anyone who wants a good qualif

THE HOTEL WAS GREAT FROM BEGINNING TO END.THE LOCATION ,ROOM,STAFF AND AMBIANCE WAS VERY RELAXING.THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND WE LOOKED FORWARD TO IT EACH MORNING. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY FRIENDS.

You can't go wrong with a Marriott!

the courtyard marriot on vineland ave is a perfect location for disney parks. no more than 10 to15 minutes from room to parks. going back to disney in january we will definately stay there again... see you there!

This was definately one of the cleanest and odor free hotels we have been in. Unfortunately our trip was cut very short (spent 10 mins max in room) due to a family emergency. But I am looking forward to another stay here. Very nice hotel, you won't regret staying here!

Excellent location, within 6-7 minutes of convention center and within 10 minutes of all Disney attractions. Only complaint was check out time (10 am) makes for a rushed departure. Tried to get two more days added to stay but could not get near the rate I got for my 5 day stay. All other items were excellent, I would definently stay at this resort again.

The cost was a little more, but was so worth it, my husband and kids loved it and would MOST certainly stay there again. Thank you..

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The staff was willing and positively disposed to assist in the minor requests that are typical of a hotel stay. The rooms were clean, linens were pristine, breakfast which was included in my reservation was well worth it. Strongly recommend this hotel for a visit to Orlando if going to Disney or Downtown DIsney. Internet is free as well.

Overall good and comfortable for a business traveller.

Our hotel was located right off I-4, very convenient to everything. Lots of restaurants in the area. Our room was spotless, the bathroom tile was in great condition and exceptionally clean. Just what I expect of a Marriott hotel. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the entire pool area was really great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, all areas of the hotel was spotless and looked like new. I'd definately stay there again.

Good value for a very good hotel

Great hotel- rooms very comfortable, nice flat screen tv, nice distance from Disney World. Breakfast buffet was great lots to choose from- little pricey- but free with my reservation. Kids had a great time at the pool and liked having the village area which provided a quick evening meal. I would definitely stay again.

beautiful hotel, the most comfortable bed. no refrigerator or microwave but had a sleeper sofa, the room with 2 beds was big enough to sleep 6 people.

I arrived about 11am and was able to check in right away. The room was very nice and updated with a large flat screen TV and a digital thermostat. I was paying a very low rate and it has been my experience that they try to give you an inferior room when you do that, however they didn't. I asked for another blanket and it was delivered while I was out. After that it was made up with my bed. I was very satisfied with everything except the parking. There was enough of it, but I came in late and had to park in the back of the hotel and walk along a rather dark path.

My family and I stayed at the Courtyard in Orlando for fall vacation. We had no complaints what so ever, it was in driving or walking distance to great resturants and shopping. The purpose of the trip was Disney, we were within minutes to all Disney attractions and reall enjoyed every minute of our stay. Would definetly book and stay there again.

Great hotel. Room big enough for my family. Nice stores and restaurant nearby, especially Golden Coral. We would stay in this hotel in our next vacation.

Hotel is close to disney and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are outdated, housekeeping was horrible, most of the front desk employees were rude. Air conditioning leaked in one room and mold smell in the other. Traffic is absolutly horrible around the hotel, especially on the nights and weekends. Pool is ok, but if it's heated, they need to turn it on. I stayed there a week, and I would have preferred to at the other hotels across from us. Wouldn't stay there again unless I couldn't afford to stay anywhere else.

This is my second visit to this hotel and I would gladly stay again. The locations is very convenient to Downtown Disney, right off of I-4 and walking distance to the crossroads. The rooms are very quiet, this time we had a pool view with a balcony and there wasn't any noise from the pool area. Our TV remote batteries died one night and they came up in what seemed like less than a minute to replace them. Very happy with the staff and room.

The hotel is beautiful in its entirety, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, no complaints there. However, we were disappointed that in the room the list of certain places that supposedly would deliver to your room was not true. When we called to order they said (very rude) that they don't deliver (even though it said so in the ad in the room). The breakfast restaurant is open until 9:30am, I mean, you're on vacation, it would be nice to be able to wake up a little later. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms only in the lobby. In the room you could connect to a modem with an ethernet cable (provided for in the room). Other than these improvements needed, the hotel is worth staying at.

This is a good clean hotel, if you dont have a car it is alittle bit out of the way.Breakfast is just ok, they tend to run out of certain items very quickly. You can use any of the 3 pools in the village, which is a good option. Overall I would have no problem in recommending yhis hotel.

When we got to the hotel - granted it was 11:30 PM - we were told that the only room available with a king size bed was a handicap one. When we asked why that was the only room left because we had reservation they told us that there is no guarantee as far as the room was concerned. So we took the room - During the night, about every 10 minutes, there was some sort of racket we think in the wall. The maintenance man thought it might have something to do with the A.C.. There is no way we could stay in this room for 2 weeks. We need to sleep!!! They did move us to another room but they did not have one with a king size bed, which is what we reserved. The new room had 2 queens which did not make us very happy. We will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Lake Buena Vista - Marriott Village. The hotel location was great due to the proximity to the Disney attractions. However, the breakfast buffet was a bit more pricy than some other eateries within walking distance from the hotel. Despite the pricy breakfast, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
