Omni San Francisco Hotel - سان فرانسيسكو

Great customer service, very friendly staff. Our 4th fl room didn't have much of a view but still enjoyed our stay. Would choose omni again.

We were very pleasantly surprised as the Omni was not our first choice but our friends choice. The staff was exceptional. Rooms need a bit of updating as wallpaper is coming off the walls in some places. The be was comfortable. We were very glad to have robes and the location perfect.

Everything about the hotel; the room, the service, the bar and restaurant, was 5-stars.

Very clean hotel, comfortable beds, great service from front desk and room service. Food & drinks in lounge great (mmm, filet mignon sliders). Zero complaints.

This hotel is located within walking distance of everything in San Francisco. The hotel staff are very friendly and available to help with any requests. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again in the future.

Our stay at The Omni was comfortable and exaclty as expected. It met expectations across all fronts. Only reccomendation is to fix the key entry to the rooms. Each time we returned from outside the hotel we had to get new keys made because the keys were deactivated while placed in your purse/handbag. Comfortable, clean rooms and attentive service. I would reccomend to a friend or family member.

Only improvement would have been the location of the room. My room was on Floor 4 looking down onto Montgomery, and it did not allow a view to the sky based on the surrounding buildings.

It was the best experience I ever had. From the front door with the bell hop collecting all my bags to checking with a free glass of champange to free hot fresh brew coffee deliverd to my door every morning. It was awesome.

Outstanding - Superior hotel and Service!

I was very pleased with the Omni. The staff members at the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful, and we had a nice personal welcoming note from the maid staff in or room. The room was very large and comfortable, as was the nice king bed. The hotel's also conveniently located just a few blocks from the Embarcdero BART station and is in a safe neighborhood in the heart of the financial district. My girlfriend and I both enjoyed it and have already discussed stay there during our next visit to San Francisco.

Very happy with our stay. Every employee we encountered couldn't have been nicer. Really impressive!!!!!! Rooms are lovely.

This hotel is lovely. Traditional design is not my personal style, but this hotel nevertheless is outstanding in every way - clean, excellent service, comfortable, beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay.

This is a lovely hotel. Great location downtown and beautiful rooms. The rooms are large, comfortable and beautiful, and it is not typical to have large rooms in this city! Though traditional design is not my personal style, I couldn't help but feel totally at home and at ease here. Each time we have come to San Francisco, we have stayed at a different hotel. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. It's just that good.

We stayed at the Omni because of its high ratings and close proximity to everything central to SF. The hotel staff was very friendly, knowledgeable about local events and attractions, and provided suggestions on great places to dine. The hotel is beautifully appointed and offers nice comforts such as hot cider during the day. We will definitely stay at the Omni next time we spend a weekend up in SF. Thanks Omni Staff!!

This is a high-end luxury city hotel. We got a very good internet rate, but valet parking was very expensive. Our room was just renovated 2 months ago and looked brand new. Cleanest carpet I have ever seen in a hotel. Our room had no view but I guess that is what you get with the discounted rate. They had turn down service which included milk and cookies! Upon arrival, my 5 y/o daughter got a toy backpack with some token toys which she really loved. Make sure you sign up for their guest loyalty program which is free, but you get complimentary wireless internet as a member. It's better to do it before you get there. The location is great if you like to eat in Chinatown. Only 2 blocks away. Dim sum at the Great Eastern Restaurant was very good. PS-If you have more than 2 kids sharing your room, well, you might want to walk in separately since it is against their policy, even though it says kids under 18 can share available bedding.

Staff was incredible, rooms were wonderful, Close to Financial, Union Square, Italian,Chinatown Rare find as I would have not chosen it except for h.com Will definitely choose this hotel the next time I have business in S.F. I cannot say enough Thanks Omni

What a fantastic hotel and experience! We took the kids on a spring break trip to SF and chose the Omni based on the positive reviews. The reviews were correct--it is a great hotel. The location was great--right on the California cable car route and a couple blocks from the Powell and Hyde route. The staff were all fantastic including everyone at the Concierge desk. They helped us book our City Tour through Tower Tours and a day trip to Napa/Sonoma. They also had discount coupons for a bike trip across the Golden Gate bridge (a must-do) Everyone from the maids, bellmen, desk staff could not have been nicer. The rooms were very clean and on the small side. I highly recommend this property.

I have walked past this hotel many times while I lived in SF. Now back in NY, I returned to town for a black tie event. Not only was I extremely satisified with the hotel, but the room was exactly what I was seeking. Spacious, unpretentious, clean and a sizable bathroom. Let's not forget the staff. The individuals that were working on my floor were extremely gracious and could not be more willing to offer their assistance.

Close to financial district and china town we stayed in OSF for 2 nights. Service was great and rooms had all you need. Lobby area was great to sit in and the free (donation welcome) walking tour (Sat only I think) was really interesting. We also ate in Bob's Steakhouse for dinner - this was probably one of the most expensive meals of our two week stay in the US but was deinitely up their on quality and taste.

I have stayed at several Omni hotels through the years and have always found them to be clean, well-staffed, providing the best in customer service. Imagine my surprise when I stayed at the Omni San Francisco with two family members, at my recommendation, and found none of these attributes applicable to my stay. Upon arrival, our room had one king bed instead of two queens, as reserved on my hotels.com confirmation. The front desk said there were no more queen beds available, so two of us had to sleep on pullout beds. They then said that it was illegal to have three people in a room because of fire codes, but that they would let us go ahead and stay together. On our first night, we ordered room service, which took over two hours and didn't arrive until after midnight. Unreal. Retrieving our car from the valet each day took at least 20 minutes even though we called ahead, and on the last day of our stay, it took nearly 45 minutes to get our car out of the garage. There was one poor bell captain running around like crazy to get guest bags downstairs. While extremely kind and attentive, he was no doubt exhausted from the constant running around and lugging everyone's bags to and fro. This is a beautiful hotel, and I remain a fan of the Omni chain. It's woefully apparent, however, that the hotel manager is not doing a good job in keeping the place properly staffed to provide the good service that Omni is known for (and that guests pay top dollar for.) I'll be a skeptic on Omni for a while. For the price you pay, even through this website's discounts, the service is not up to standard.

Great location can walk to everything!

Wonderful choice for an upscale hotel with great service in a very convenient and safe location. We walked everywhere but it's also easy to catch the trolley or a taxi right out front. We enjoyed the cozy Bob's bar but didn't eat in the restaurant. It's a very nice area in the financial district. Note that many coffee shops and small restaurants within a few blocks caater to business persons and are closed on Saturday/Sunday.

This hotel was everything it was advertised to be. Great location, very clean, and extremely helpful and gracious staff. Would highly recommend if you're planning to stay in the city.
