Exicellent !

The Holiday Inn Express Suites in Henderson, NV. exceeded our expectations. The manager was very friendly and available. The kids loved the pancake machine. Unfortunately, you have to get pool towels at the front desk but there is no notice of this prior to arriving at the pool. Also the area was too new to be on our GPS and we had to call twice for directions because they were incomplete the first time. We wanted to be away from the casinos and would stay here again.

We've stayed at this chain many times and we always have a great experience. Clean, good breakfast selection (this time, however, some of the items were not available or not replenished fast enough), overall an excellent place for families to stay.

Our room was very clean and the front desk staff was friendly. There was no ashtray in our room and on our way out we asked the front desk staff if we could get one. He remembered us when we came back to the hotel and had an ashtray waiting for us at the desk. This is a great alternative to staying on the strip in Las Vegas. We will be back.

I was very pleased with the hotel, the hot breafast was a nice added service. We came in late on night and needed something to tide us over till morning, the night man was very nice and got some crackers and milk for us. I like staying outside of Vegas and this was a nice change.

Fantastic stay!! Would recommend it to anyone.

I made a mistake when I booked the room on Hotels.com: I booked a single non-refundable king bed instead of two queens. The rep at the front desk didn't hesitate for one second to change us to the two queens. After we got to our room we got a call to make sure everything was to our liking. WILL go here again.

Great place to stay, very convenient to the mall, shopping, and restraunts. Some noise from ajoining rooms, but overall a good stay.

Holiday Inn express Henderson, clean and comfortable, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We did need a car to get around but did not detract from an enjoyable stay

This is a great value! The hotel was clean and nice, the staff exceptional and the breakfast fantastic. I highly recommend this place for all your visits to Henderson!

I attended a conference and trade show nearby. This is an excellent hotel. The staff was extremely attentive insuring that service met my needs. The room was large and quite comfortable. The climate control in the room was excellent even with a temperature of 111F outside. The workout room was small but adequate. The climate control in the fitness area was not very good. The morning breakfast was fine. Overall, I had an excellent experience. Be sure to schedule the shuttle ahead of time if needed for airport pickup / drop off.

Love this hotel, staff is great and very accommodating . Very clean and rooms are spacious. We stay here every time we are in the area.

Nice hotel with good pool area, but about 20 minutes from The Strip. So beware of that.

Smoke free-NOT, third floor was as smokey as ever. Broken elevater.

I was very surprised with the breakfast here first of all. Very nice buffet style with very friendly customer service. It was very quiet slightly away from major traffic. Lots of places to go nearby if needed. I also came here to use the jacuzzi, but they were repainting it or something, so I couldn't use it. The front desk clerk was kind enough to reference nearby associated hotels to use their pool/jacuzzi. This has been one of my most pleasurable stays in any hotel or motel in my life (and I have had quite a few)

The hotel was nice BUT-the air conditioner was not working at all, and the safety bar on the door lock was broken off. It was room 331, I did tell the front desk when I checked out. But you need to know so they do not give your customers rooms that have maintenance issues.

O hotel é muito bom e bem localizado. embora fique afastado da Strip. É ideal para quem vai alugar um carro em Las Vegas. Além disso, o café da manhã é de boa qualidade, O serviço também é ótimo.

A localização é fora da Strip, mas possui muito boa estrutura ao seu redor. O importante é alugar um carro para se locomover em Las Vegas. O único ponto de melhoria diz respeito à TV que poderia ser uma LCD. Quanto ao serviço é ótimo e o café da manhã é de boa qualidade.
