I was on my way through, going north from California and booked a midpoint stop for the night. It was just off I-5 and easy to find from the road. This hotel did all the things that we needed. The late-night check-in staff was very friendly and helpful, and everyone was very nice the next morning as well. I enjoyed the comfortable, if somewhat outdated, room, with a nice recliner and solid wifi for checking on my next day's travel. I wasn't going to use it anyway, but the pool was closed for repairs on May 22. In the morning, the breakfast was up to snuff, with hot biscuits and gravy, and a waffle iron. No stale donuts and lukewarm coffee here. I'm going to come back and use this hotel as a base for a trip to the Weed/Shasta area sometime soon!

We were there for a funeral, and the hotel staff were very kind and understanding to us. There was a large group of us, half staying at this hotel; and the staff allowed us to stay a little past checkout as we were making family arrangements.

The good: They checked us in 30 minutes before the technical checkin time. The staff was nice. Easy to get to. The room seemed clean. There are luggage carts available. The bad: They had the water shut off and didn't mention it at checkin. All the curtains had holes in them. Lots of holes. While I understand breakfast was free, it wasn't great and is set up poorly. The tiny fridge did keep things cold, but it was hard to get the door to close. Shortly after checkin a housekeeper charged into my room for no apparent reason. I should have had the sliding lock on, but I'd just gotten there and was settling my kids in. Overall I'd stay there again if I had to but next time I'll try someplace different.

Service was great, rooms were comfy and clean. Location was very convenient. Beware of the nearby truck stop with trucks going in/out all day/nite. Used room fan as white noise and slept ok. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Very nice hotel for reasonable price close to Shasta. Good quality room, pleasant & friendly staff, great breakfast variety of hot & cold foods. We would have liked to use the spa & watch the clouds clearing over the mountain but the jets weren't working. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and tried for quite a while to fix it herself, searching all the breaker switches but couldn't get it going.... that was a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to it and checked in early for a relaxing evening, but the rest of the stay was great. The clouds cleared the following morning as we were leaving to get some excellent photos on Mt. Shasta with blue sky behind. Lovely ending.

Enjoyed it so much on the way to our destination that we stopped again on our way home a few days later.

Overall the condition of the hotel was good. The rooms were larger than expected.Continental breakfast was fine. I'd stay again.

Very pleasant. I will return again in the near future. Keep up the good work.

clean room friendly service, no outside lights, except in the outside lobby, no lights in the drive up check in/ or unloading area, also the hotel sign was dark all three nights.

Close to freeway, gas station. Comfortable and clean room. I don't know if it is overall or just my room, I stayed in second floor, the water flow of shower is so low, and felt like rinse. You can feel and hear it when someone upstairs is walking around. Everything is perfect except the shower and the little noise.

Comfort Inn Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom needed a more detailed cleaning. You could clearly see dirty in corners on tile floor. The room was on the run down side. Room needed a freshening up and some TLC. Room was very low rent at a high price.

Elevator was broken and we were on 2nd floor with elderly parent. Jets in hot tub were not working.

Location was convenient to freeway; Staff friendly and helpful; Room was large with desk space and comfortable bed; room on backside so didn't hear any truck or freeway noise; Breakfasthad very good variety but small serving room got crowded at "rush hour".

Very clean, good price

I would rate this hotel 3 star but the area does bring a higher per night hotel cost. We were very happy with the room and location at this hotel. It's just a 10 min drive to Mt. Shasta and Black bear diner is on the way. Although there is free continental breakfast at the hotel, we usually find the food in them less than our standards.

The staff were awesome. Nice hot tub. Good cafe next door. Swimming pool a little cool. We would stay there again. Continental breakfast was very good.

It was a nice stay. The room was spacious (almost like a little apartment) nice carpet. Breakfast was O K, The hotel is in the middle to any destination in the Shasta area. Very easy access to hwy 5 and other roads. Pool and spa need a little more attention. Staff was nice and friendly except for a young woman at checking out time who was really rude with people at the desk on the morning of 7/21st.

Overall the hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. The first night, however, the bath towels were stained, but the rest of the stay the towels were just fine. There was an adequate variety of foods for the breakfast buffet and the room was quiet. Only other complaint was that the floor we were on smelled of cigarette smoke, but our room was fine.

This is by far the best hotel chain I have ever stayed at. We stayed here and then decided to book another Comfort Inn while in Klamath Falls and it was just as comfortable and nice. The continental breakfast was the most extensive I have ever seen...far from continental, it was a full blown breakfast. Friendly staff and the most comfy beds!!

I was very pleased with the hotel and would stay there again if needed. The breakfast was good, too.

My GF and myself stayed one night at the Comfort Inn and it was just what we needed, quite and safe. We would stay at this Inn again.

The hotel rooms need new carpet and furniture and pillow top mattresses very badly.

Very nice, but a bit pricey. Everything was new, neat, and clean. They provide a nice breakfast.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my Labradoodle, Macy. This is listed as a pet friendly hotel and they do allow pets but there is no where for them to do their business outside except for a trash pit of a lot next to the hotel which is not maintained and full of tall foxtail grass and garbage. If you have a pet with fur/hair I wouln't suggest staying hear unless you want to spend your time picking foxtails off your pet. There realy isn't anywhere to take your dog to the bathroom around here at all.

We got in late to this hotel, but the night desk person on duty was welcoming and friendly. the room was well equipped, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Excellent value!

There was an ELECTRICAL POP behind the desk. It looked as tho the maid had pushed it against the LAMP PLUG & altho "I" chose not to be moved, you might want to keep an eye out for that in the future. The girl at the desk was extremely sweet!! Ya could tell her that now & then...lol THANK YOU it was a treat for me personally on a very long road trip.

Our room was a bit cramped, but provided all of the important amenities, such as free wifi, a very comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. (small fridge and microwave a plus). It was convenient to I5 for a driving break..not a destination for "hanging out", but perfectly fine for our purposes. We needed a stop between the Bay Area and central Oregon and this fit the bill well. The "continental" breakfast included hard boiled eggs and the ability to cook a waffle, plus the usual cereals, etc.

Not worth staying here. Carpets dirty, in room wireless doesn't work, coffee maker broken, breakfast, waffelmaker broken,sarts at the front door,which drags metal to metal w/dirty throw rug. Need more??

Hotel was clean, new looking. Staff friendly and quick. Location very good for skiing at Mt. Shasta. There was a blizzard that night and couldn't drive anywhere to eat. Was able to go to Mexican right next door. I left earrings on the night stand and they mailed them to me. Would stay there again for sure. Price was good. Wish the pool and hot tub were inside!!

The room smelled so bad we could not use it until we sprayed 3 containers of odor remover and that still did not work. One of our grandchildren had a reaction to the pet smell. The hotel staff could have cared less and would not do anything to remedy this situation. The staff said I should have indicated I didn't not want a pet friendly room. Now, why would I have to say that when we didn't have a pet. They did not give the service they advertise.
