Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport - بورتلاند

On a quick in-and-out business trip, needed a hotel for overnight. The location was convenient, able to get into town easily, and close to major routes for drive time the next day. Comfortable room.

The hotel met our needs very well. One of our group was flying out at 6am and the hotel shuttle quickly took him to the adjacent airport. We enjoyed the fulll breakfast available in the morning.

Arrived in bad weather the day before my flight out so planned quiet evening relaxing and watching TV. Limited channels, no program guide anywhere (required to download Lodgenet app on my cell phone and pay extra for access to program guide), premium movies of any notoriety $17.99 each. I don't mind paying reasonable costs but seriously...? Problems accessing wi-fi because my name had been entered incorrectly, bathroom door locked when I arrived (told to use a quarter to open it)... just expected more from a Hilton. On a positive note, staff was very courteous and helpful and room was immaculate. Location perfect for air travelers. Aggravation and petty costs make me doubt I will stay here again though.

I expected fancier, with room service and the pool looks much larger in the picture than it actually is. The room was clean, staff was nice. Pillows are terrible and the bed was not very comfortable even with the adjustable firmness it was not what I expected for the money I paid.

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would love to stay with you again.

Very nice little place. We stayed here because it was much cheaper than staying in downtown portland. If you are going to the airport it could be very convenient.

Bathroom had a musty smell.

Excellent all the way around. Very accomodating staff, great attitudes! Would difinitely stay here again.

I figured that with the airport run way just across the street we would be hearing planes but we were pleasantly surprised when our room was very quiet. We had a room on the back of the hotel.

Very pleasant stay with my wife in september for a weekend. The hotel staff were all very helpfull and we had no problems at all. The hotel rooms were quiet and clean. Go for the breakfast downstairs in the morning . A good deal.

The Hilton chain does not disappoint. My friend and I experienced top rate customer service and amenities.

The wait staff were friendly and helpful. The food could have been better.

The hotel staff were 5 Stars, very accomidating. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint was that the bathroom smelled like urine, and the shower curtain smelled sour. One of the reviews that I read stated that you could not even hear the airplanes taking off well that was completly untrue you could hear every one of them taking off and landing.

When I asked for a newspaper to see if the world was still there, they didn't have the local paper but volunteered to send someone to the newstand to get whatever paper I wanted. Way impressive.

Nice hotel and close to the airport. Also close to downtown Portland - short drive. Breakfast included so that was a nice plus. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is very close to the airport. Surprisingly you never hear jet noise ! The staff at every level in the hotel are friendly and professional. Were I return to Portland Maine I would certainly stay there again.

Too expensive for the facility and services offered. Staff extremely helpful and interested in pleasing.

Very nice and clean place. Right across from the Portland, ME airport. Great walking area around the hotel. Beautiful landscaping, great staff...all thumbs up for this place!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room clean and quiet. Close to the airport with shuttle service so it came in handy for my morning flight out.The only carry pepsi products so if you're a coke person better pick one up before you get to the hotel.

Excellent. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive to needs. 24/7 shuttle was a major plus.

NEED MORE EXTENDED PARKING

Wonderfully convenient if you have an early morning flight or late night arrival. I had both and the employees on duty were extremely helpful and personable.

The Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport is very convenient for flying out of the airport in the early morning. It is also quite near the Portland Mall area so is easy to get to restaurants and shopping. The staff is very accommodating and was very helpful and pleasant. Great place to stay. Our only disappointment was that we were unable to park our car there for the duration of our trip because they have a limited number of spaces available (and we did not know that beforehand).

Greeted when we arrived and a quick check-in. Our room looked recently decorated and best of all was clean. It is always an easy in and out from this hotel whether we are flying somewhere or just in town for fun. Breakfast was delicious, the server was delightful. Thank you.

We stayed there the night before we had to take off from the Portland airport. It was litterally right next to the runway. It was nice to be able to be there in less than 5 minutes. The rooms were a little smaller than I was accustomed to with the Hilton chain. The only major issue, if you want to call it that, was (we rented 3 rooms) one of the rooms kept having issues with the room card. I would swipe it and it would work and then the next time it wouldn't work again. We got to be on first name basis with the desk staff. :) Outside of that, it was wonderful. The staff was very helpful at check in. They had one room reserved for the 3d floor with the other 2 on the lower level. They quickly changed that and we were on our way!

Hotel très bien situé (10min de Portland Downtown, 15min de Cape Elizabeth), calme, propre, très bon acceuil et excellent petit déjeuner ! Et tous ça à un prix très raisonnable! Mon mari et moi avons passé 2 nuits dans cette hotel pour découvrir toute la côte du Maine (de York à Bar Harbor) le temps d'un weekend, et bien nous y retournerons! :)
