Hotel was great. Everything was as expected. Really enjoyed are stay.

Good stay. Brief. It is located with about a five min drive outside the main core. A bit to far to walk. But there is a free shuttle that leaves every 30 mins

Our check in time was guaranteed to be 3:00PM but the room was not ready until 3:50PM. The desk clerk offered us a free drink at the bar and completmentary bkst. She went above and beyond to make up for the delay. The room was spotless!! We have stayed at higher priced hotels and the rooms were not nearly as clean.

Road work really annoying in front of hotel

Worker and Manager were rude. The place looked, smell and felt like a motel . Beds are hard . One of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a very long time.

besides the nightmare road construction in front of the hotel , there was so much noise coming from the pool area that it was impossible to sleep. Attempted to speak to the activities coordinator / concierge in the lobby BUT that was a total waste of time. the so called concierge person just sat behind his desk and watched television on his itablet and never looked up the answer my question. that individual needs to be replaced immediately and sent to another profession

The people working the front desk were so rude. They made the visit very unpleasant. Everything else was great but the workers need to be more polite. The shuttle driver kept refusing a ride until we got other workers to come out and make him go because the schedule clearly said the last shuttle was at 11pm. Not satisfied with the service.

Disappointed, the pool area an workout room were excellent, the room was fine. The road construction, the beggers as we entered our room and the highway noise that permeated through the room made for no rest or comfort.

Old Hotel - Good, bad, or ugly? The hotel had been upgraded...good decor, beds, linens, TV...the pool was great...really clean, nice trees, the staff were friendly & helpful. The problem was sleeping there. There is no soundproofing on the outside door which faces a major thoroughfare...loud motorcycles most of the night and the airconditioning system is really outdated. You set the air to a comfortable temperature to use a light cover, and wake up in a pool of sweat because it cuts off during the night, then back on, then back off, then back on....Why not spend money on upgrading what really makes a difference??

Relaxing, good staff and very clean; loved founding a Bible and a book of mormon in the room!

This is a nice cute hotel with a beautiful view. The staff are very friendly and helpfu, even thought the hotel was far from the center of the town , they had a shuttle every half hour from 8am until midnight which was a great deal since the parking is an issue in those areas. In general it was a good experience.

I must say the hotel was nice but changes in staff could make this place better. My first impression was bad; I arrived to register and was quickly expose to an intense argument between staff and a guest. Before I can finish checking in the cops were called. The young lady helping was even very nervous and embrass of the situation, she apologize repeatly. The show was not necessary and not well controlled. The next day the staff that served us breakfast looked angry and the lady that worked with me in getting my bill had no customer skills what's so ever. In summary this hotel which was recommended by HOTEL and is not one I will visit again. Not a good experience for our first time staying over in the keys especially for Mother Days.

Away from the action in Key West, on busy noisy HWY 1. This place is essentially a glorified Motel. If you stay here make sure your room is not on the HWY side. Too expensive for what you get. Would never stay here again.

Unfortunately, the rooms need upgrading.

I would have like to have seen a large vanity....no counter space....other than that it was a great room....

shuttle service made this hotel great excellent staff

This Courtyard hotel is not up to standards when compared to other Courtyard hotels I have stayed at before. The hotel was an old motel that had been refurbished. The rooms had exterior doors and there were no elevators! I lugged my 50 lb bag up to the second floor...I wasn't too thrilled with that! The interior of the room was very large but the beds were typical hotel quality beds instead of the upgraded beds that most of the Marriot Courtyard Hotels have now. If I had been familiar with Key West I would have picked a hotel near Duval Street and probably found one much better for the same price or even less. Overall, this was not a good experience.

Got there a little early so room wasn't quite ready, but staff at desk was so friendly and invited me to use the pool, internet or otherwise make me comfortable until they called me. The staff gets high regards here, especially the front desk and I speak of several of them I encountered. Greeted me, smiled and always helpful. The concierge was just as pleasant and so was the tiki bartender at pool. Although this hotel is a "waterfront" hotel, don't be fooled, it basically is surrounded by a lagoon and a small man-made beach that has a not so pleasant smell. But the decks around it and the sunset view and breeze are excellent and I didn't stay at this hotel to be on the "waterfront." This hotel is a clean, quiet, well-kept, comfortable hotel with a very reasonable price. You cannot beat the hotel shuttle to and from downtown attractions and their pool is heated and very enjoyable. I will return to this hotel!

Excellent location and shuttle to main sites.

The Hotel was ok to stay for a few nights. The main complain I have is that the breakfast was WAY WAY OVERPRICED!!!!!!! It offered a "buffet" that was not better then the free serve yourself "buffet" you get in a cheap Motel and they charged $14.95. For a little bowl of fruit, yogurt, bagel, and some scrambled eggs. The only service provided was the waitress bringing coffee and the bill to the table.

Very friendly people at reception. Unluckily shuttle service from hotel to downtown is only up to 10.30 PM, it would had been better to have it up to 11.45 PM at least. Better to go downtown by car and pay 1,5usd per hr parking Rooms are really nice Will come again.

This was presented as a waterfront hotel, but the water left a lot to be desired--not suitable for swimming or even wading, with a partial view. It was located on a busy street in a commercial area. However, the transportation to Old Town Key West was excellent--every half hour. The staff was friendly and efficient, except for the concierge. The pool area was inviting and relaxing. I might recommend the hotel on cost, but would warn about location.

El hotel esta frente a la autopista, muy ruidoso! Poco seguro. No hay elevadores! Muy caro para lo poco que ofrece! Y esta lejos lejos lejos de Duval St, que es la mayor atracción del pueblo! Lo bueno es que tiene parqueo SIN recargo! El internet wifi nos fallo bastante

Stannade bara en natt men kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell. Stort rum med högt i tak, stora sängar, självklart ac men även takfläkt om man ej vill störas av ljudet ifrån ac: n när man sover. Pool finns, helt ok men blev fort djup, kanske att tänka på om man har mindre barn.

Dank Shutlebus Centrum gut erreichbar! Sehr schöne Anlage.

Oppholdet ble skjemmet med en vemmelig kloakkstank fra septik rett ved siden av vårt rom. Fikk skiftet rom og da hjalp det. Ellers helt greit opphold.

Hotel très agréable et plutôt bien situé. Les chambres sont de grande qualité, la piscine est très agréable et le spa vraiment très silencieux.
