I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The carpet was dirty and had stains in it. The housekeeper did not come into the room at all while stayed there to change the towels or the beds. I would not recommend to anyone to register in this hotel

This hotel was not one of our favorites on a recent trip from FL to NJ and back. It was not particularly convenient to the boardwalk/beach area and overall we were not impressed. Nothing bad but nothing great about the staff, the pool or the breakfast buffett but the room was awful and apparently the AC didn't really work although we were told it was just because it hadn't been turned on before we arrived and because the room faced west. By the next morning it was still warm/hot. We should've requested a different room, but we believed what we were told until it was too late/inconvenient for us to change rooms.

The hotel itself is not bad. It accommodated well enough. (Only 1 SLOW elevator. Took the steps for most of my stay!!) It was not as close to the beach as was first communicated in a phone call. Upon leaving, I left my two Polo shirts hanging in the closet. I remember seeing the cleaning lady enter my room. She said good morning to me. I called the night my stay ended and inquired on the whereabouts of my two shirts. They told me they would check on it, The next day I received a call saying there were no shirts and no one had been in that room since I left. So either SOMEONE STOLE MY SHIRTS, or THEY DIDNT CLEAN THE ROOM UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY and someone still stole my shirts. Also, when I first checked in, there was a hat on the bed. Someone had left it, and it was not taken to a lost and found, it was simply left for the next guest to take!! For the money I paid for a 2 night stay, I expected much more.

Great location. The food was great as well!

Hotel was very nice and the employees were very friendly and nice. Breakfast was wonderful!

The hotel needs to upgrade. The whirlpool room was elegant, but their were stains on the walls that just needed a good cleaning, the bed gave us backaches every night, and the tv was really old. The room was clean. We considered this hotel to be an ok stay not a great stay. The whirpool was nice, so that made up the difference for all the other issues. If you are planning on going to Broadway on the beach a lot and not wanting to drive, then that 0.5 miles is too much of a walk from this hotel. Stay at the Hampton Inn if you want to go to hang out at Broadway on the beach or Farfield Inn which is right outside of Hard Rock Cafe. Broadway on the beach is a fun place with tons of restaurants and shopping. If you love Margaritaville and plan on going there a bunch, then stay at the Hampton Inn. It's a skip and a jump away. Bring lots of old bread to Broadway on the beach. There are a ton of ducks and huge fish to feed. Also go see a 3D show offered on Broadway on the beach. They are awesome. You feel like your swimming with the fish and sharks.

I was not happy that I was charged an 'extra person Fee' I have stayed with this Hotel several times and have never seen that fee on my bill except when I booked thru Hotels.com

Easy Check In and Out. Nice staff. Room was clean and quiet. Shower was great!

The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were comfortable and linens were nice. I would stay there again.
