Location, Rooms, Staff all very good indeed. Food not too great at all.

it was nice, why u charge for the use of the internet?

For the price of the stay, I wasn't really expecting much. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious and clean, leaving no severe room for complaint. The staff were friendly but irritated me slightly with their need to ID me every single time I went to buy a drink. The hotel seemed quite out the way on the way there but after a day or 2 we realised we were quicker traveling down Sauchiehall Street as West Regent street is very hilly and annoying to travel from the train station on foot. The bar is fairly pricey but the hotel is barely 2 minutes from Wetherspoons so it's not far to go for a cheep drink. Close to King Tutts, The O2 ABC, The Garage and a variety of gig venues and lovely restaurants. Cars and people are loud at night at night and in the morning so not recommended if you don't stay near roads normally. Breakfast was pricey but very good. TV access is very limited but movie package is ace.

The room 602 was a disabled room which I did not need. The curtain fell off the rail no privacy as the window looked right into the offices opposite. There was no hair dryer in the room as promised. the tv remote did not work at all. Breakfast was not worth £15 for the 2 of us. I look forward to your comments.

We were looking for a place close to Sauchiehall St to see a concert, and the Ibis offered a great deal. Parking was pretty expensive, but that's about par for the course for city centres, so that's not really a complaint, just as a "warning" to people who might not anticipate it. Room was clean and fairly spacious, tv channels quite limited unless you want pay per view, and extra charges for internet, but at the price we paid and seeing as we weren't spending much time in the hotel that wasn't a problem.

everything about our stay was first class.we shall certainly stay there again.

Great hotel, pretty close to Glasgow city center. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help whenever you need any kind of assistance. The hotel is located 2 blocks away from the bus stop that takes you to the airport.

A pretty good stay for the price. A few things were starting to wear thin. Car parking was an issue (5-10 minute walk), and not cheap! Would stay again.

A bit difficult to find , but it's okay if u knew there and the environment is quite good.

Great location for Bath and Succiehall Streets, lovely room. Note to put do not disturb on door even if only staying one night-got woken up three times by room service!

Hotel was really clean and tidy, staff are very friendly and welcoming would stay again

It could be better

very comfortable & good value for money.

Well-situated, friendly staff and reasonably-priced bar. Room was cosy and functional. Power shower and very comfortable bed. Room was very warm. It was 0 degrees on the night we stayed but you would never have known! Very close to bars and restaurants on Sauchiehall Street, parked by Charing Cross station, quite expensive but average for a city centre. Highly likely to return if am on a budget.

Faults where we where staying one night and house keeping came to our room on morn we where leaving we only booked one night check out was 12 and staff knocked three hours early there a lot shouting at 4 in the morn from drunk people in hallwsys for at least an hour or more when we tried to contact reception on several occasions to complain we got no answer

Stayed at the Ibis recently. Only had one issue when the room door would not lock as I was leaving to go out. Staff sorted this promptly and also offered to move me to a different room. Would use the Ibis again if staying in Glasgow City Centre

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location and very reasonable rates. Perfect for my stay.

Hotel is in a good city centry location but off the main drag. Hotel rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need for an overnight stay. Hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. For the price it was well worth the money.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times. No issues. Staff helpful. Rooms clean, coffee making facilities available. Good value for money.

Nice clean hotel !...shall defo go back there !

My favourite choice when visiting Glasgow. Very reasonably priced but also modern, clean and comfortable. They've recently added mattress toppers to the beds which help give a good night's sleep. Great location too which makes for a peaceful stay and easy to get anywhere in the city centre.

I wanted to stay somewhere near King Tuts Wah Wah Hut and this was pretty much up the road from there. Staff were friendly on checking in. Prompt service. Clean, comfortable room...extra quilty bit on bed was nice touch. Bar facilities were good. Didnt use wifi but free in bar area.Close to Sauchiehall Street for bars and restaurants. Close to town for shopping. Airport bus route about a 5 minute walk from here.

Overall I have no complaints about my stay. I feel however, the hotel's location should be given as 220 West Regent Street - off Pitt Street to avoid a long uphill walk from Hope Street.

I really like this hotel, staff were efficient and helpful room was nice. My only problem was with the bed, it was really comfortable and warm but it felt like i was on top of two small mattresses joined together and I could feel the seam

This hotel has a great location, the staff are very friendly and helpful, I have stayed here many times purely for those reasons. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are value for money but usually the price doesn't include breakfast, you can add breakfast on for around £7 which I feel is a little over priced. but there is a weather spoons about 30 seconds away just round the corner where u can get a breakfast for half the price so it's not such a problem but if you didn't know your way around the city you may be tempted to just have breakfast in the hotel even though it's quite expensive. Although I have never had the breakfast in the hotel I'm sure it would be fantastic.

Clean, comfortable, very convenient for city centre.Great value.

Great location for city centre and close to company office. Best of both worlds.

Having stayed at this hotel on the 31st December, i wasn't expecting to have the "usual" standards of service, i was wrong. The check in was speedy, the bar was open 24hrs and staff were very friendly. Excellent Hotel and well worth the money for a great city centre location.

We booked up at relative short notice and this was the cheap option. We were going to a couple of gigs in Glasgow, so this was ideally situated. It's a 10 minute walk from the centre and both train stations. The hotel lobby is modern and decent. The room is like a fancy student dorm. Clean and comfy enough and does a great job if you are going to be out more than in.

I couldn't find any option to book a twin room, only a double, but the staff at the hotel updated it for me and gave me a twin room anyway!

The Hotel was clean, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were not very attentive, stood about talking to one another, we decided to come back to the hotel for dinner after being at a panto, we waited for half an hour for our dinner to be brought to the table, we were the only couple eating, perhaps that should have told us something. When meal came the veg and chips were cold but we were so hungry we ate them anyway. Tables round us had dirty plates and glasses so people had been in for dinner however staff had not cleared tables. Very disappointing Ibis, we would have returned up until service at night time. Staff really let this hotel down.

not situated in a good safe area soundproofing very poor, I could hear footsteps in the hall way andit was extremely noisy outside, cars, lorries etc.View from room was into tenement windows so I had to keep the window screens closed at all times Very poor experience, slep very badly and i would not repeat it nor would I recommend it
