The room doors do not even shut completely without a shove. Had to move 3xs. No A/C, tv didn't work, etc. only 1 place to eat ... Denny's . Place looked like a ghost town during the week. Don't waste your time staying here.

Was staying here on way to vegas but as soon as i got there i wanted to ride that rollercoaster. It was a fun ride. Anyway the room is very uncomfortable though pillows suck and the blanket is so light its really just like a second sheet. Will prolly stay somewhere else next time. Also get there earlier as parking is very limited.

I probably spent over 2,00.00 in your casino & didn't win anything, that's just my wife & I. Between four peaple their should have been at least one winner of something. To tell you the truth we will probably never come back again.

We like to stay here because its usually an easy stop over on our way to Vegas....that way we only drive another 30 mins the next day. Thankfully we have always had clean rooms.

I've stayed at sketchy places before but this jumps to the top of the list. For a casino hotel, there is no security by the room elevators. Problem #1. Problem #2, I was first given a room that was open and the beds were unmade. Problem #3, finally got into a room, no refridgerator (as advertised), not working ice machine, it was supposed to be a king, but two queens, one was missing a bed skirt, both had plastic mattress pads (ewww) and the beds were short sheeted. Stay next door. It's worth the extra cost.

I have stayed many times at this hotel. I am very pleased with the service and price. The casino floor is big, clean, and has the latest games. There is an arcade, rollercoaster, and water log ride on the property. The only surprise was the buffet is now only open on weekends. I had to go across the street at another hotel for dinner. Overall, I will book this hotel again when I am in the Vegas area.

There was a line of 20 people at the desk waiting to check in and only two people workiing. the front desk manager just kept talking on the phone and then pulling one or the other clerks off of checking people in evertyime he got off the phone. It took my almost an hour to check in. By the time I was next in line the line snaked all the way into the casino floor. at least thirty parties. And the express check-in defaulted to a smoking room. I had also needed an accessible bathroom which was requested when I made the reservation, but I did not get one. We were staying one night only and it was already 11 pm. I just dealt with the inconvenience and left as soon as wee could the next morning. Will never stay there again.

The only thing pet friendly about this place is that they allow them.. your dog will have to pee and poop in gravel strewn with broken glass, garbage and cigarettes. I was confused why the hotel staff was so unhelpful when I asked about convenient parking, easy access to our room and food choices.. then I realized its because there is none of the above. You will have to park a mile and hike through the casino to your room as there is only two entrances. The casino advertises a food court and plenty of restaurants within close range but there was nothing open when we arrived at 8pm on a weeknight except McDonalds or Dennys and trust me after a long road trip you are tired of both of those choices. I will also mention the stained carpeting and spots and spills on the desk, dresser and bathroom counter which suggested that the room hadn't been cleaned in awhile.. just so you know what you are getting yourself into if you risk this place. At the price I paid for a night I should have known that you only get what you pay for. We will not be stopping here again, even if it is just for one night on a long road trip. Spend another 30 mins on the road and get a decent room in Las Vegas.

It was ok here,BUT.......I booked my stay with HOTELS.COM they new I had a PET, it even stated it on my CONFIRMATION.... But when I arrived I was charged X-TRA. wasent to happy....

Works well when traveling to and from California.

Never stay there again,bed pads,Really?

No towels in room. Called housekeeping and some kid brings 2 washclothes. DUH!!! Waited another 30 minutes for towels. Check-in was rude and angry with another employee and it showed. On the brite side, the Mexican restaurant was excellent. Overall though, I would NOT stay there again.

It has a great casino atmosphere, great restaurants and helpful employees!!!

For the price, this hotel is a great deal. The room was clean and nice, the bed comfortable. The bathroom amenities are lacking, and the weird layout of the elevators means walking to and from your room is longer than it should be, but overall a very pleasant stay. The hotel itself is well themed and has tons of food and entertainment options. Was a quick overnight on the way to Vegas for me and was a great choice.

I have never met a more rude group of people in my life. mean and nasty is being nice. I saw one lady come out of the back room look around at the line and then disappear, Another employee came out and this older lady said her card would not work to open her room. The employee snapped back it was not her job and then walked over and started visiting with person behind the counter. The phone rang off the hook the whole time. It took me nearly 2 hours for them to find my reservation and get into my room. Almost all of the restaurants are closed on weekdays so be prepared.

I Miguel Z. can honestly say i love the rooms and the poker area is one of the reasons i will go back again and stay at the Buffalo Bills i was satisfy

There was a domestic violence Issue in the middle of the night next door with a baby crying all night. There was yelling, crying and hitting heard in our room and in the hall. We reported it twice and security did nothing. Our heater was also broken and never fixed after requested. The room was nice except for the low class of people the hotel now caters to and the lack of caring from the staff.

The only reason to ever stay here is if you have an event on property. Poor service, bad facilities and most restaurants closed means its terrible, but that should also be expected in Primm.

Hotel is old and tired. Only one person checking everyone in. We needed to stop along the way and there are not many good options. I hope to not have to stay again, but if you do...the sheets were clean.

No coffee pot in room, no refridge and of 16 floorsd, not one ice machine worked. Dissapointed, seems like the hotel has lost it's pazazz.

I love going to Vegas to party but for a quick getaway nothing beats primm and buffalo bills, cheap comfortable rooms, cheap gambling, and the outlets are right there. Not the party scene Vegas can offer but awesome for a weekend away.

Every thing was ok, except when they checked us in, were given the wrong room and being in our 70's with A handy caped person it was a lot of running around.From tower a to tower b! Not too happy about that, was the checking person, that caused the mix up!!

Horrible stay. Walked into our room heater cover was broken laying on the floor. Called front desk to fix the problem. They said they where on it and no one ever showed up. Was extremely tired so got to sleep in a cold room.

Lots of burns in the carpets (non-smoking room), scuffs/scrapes in the furniture, etc. Looked like previous guests were not kind to this room.

We have stayed at this Hotel numerous times since it opened. Each time the condition of the public areas as well as the rooms has progressively worsened. This stay will be our last as it is desperately in need of maintenance.

We stopped in Primm on the way to California - had not stopped there before. Hotel/Casino was older, and had some signs of age, but the room was very clean and comfortable, as were the beds. We walked to the outlet mall and the buffet next door at Primm Valley. Convenient on/off interstate - just don't buy gas there!

my wife and i have stayed here the last 5 to 6 years when we make our yearly trip to vegas and have yet to be disappointed yet keep up the good work and we will see you again next year

They give us a huge room with 2 king beds. Book early. the price will rise up when it is closer to check in date.-- in our case, it is Jan, 1 2012.

room smelled old and no water pressure

I am so thankful that you allow dogs and the pet rooms were on the 1st floor closer to the doors to take them out.

This is a great hotel for what you are paying. Right next to the outlets if you like shopping, casino is great and don't forget the roller coaster! Absolutely one of the best. Will stay there again if the need arises. Great mid point for driving to Las Vegas from Los Angeles area etc. A much more mellow environment than trying to get a room in Las Vegas or arriving in Las Vegas later at night. Just stay here and drive in in the morning.

It is convenient for people shopping the Primm Outlet stores.We were there for a concert and that was very convenient.

Well out of the 3 hotels this is the place I tend to stay at every time I visit Primm. The room is your standard basic 1984 room that hopefully one day the update the decor, but depending on the purpose of your stay, does the decor really matter? The price is in the middle compaired to the other two, and if you want cheap, then stay at Wiskey Petes, me however will never stay at that place again!! Anyway, Bills is the more kid friendly of all with the arcade and roller costers and such for kids so that is good, and sometimes they have Nevada day and any Nevada resident with a valid ID can ride all day for free!! Now that a good deal since it cost like $25 or something like that for an all day pass for what 3 adult rides?? Thats kind of a high price if you ask me. That even assuming the outdoor rides are even open, cuz if its a high wind day the 2 outdoor rides will not be open and you can only ride the water log ride so many times ya know?? The casino for adults is a tad bit tight and tables are either hot or cold but tend to be very crowded. Beer service could use some help, not very quick on the floor, so better just belly up to the bar if you want your drink sooner rather then later. They do have a band and if I understood Spanish, then I would enjoy them, but however I do not so no need for me to sit at the bar with the band. There is a tram you can take to the other casinos if you wish also. So over all I would give Bills 3 out of 5 high fives. Good luck to all!!
