very nice and professional staff. all very accomdating to requests. comfortable bed. breakfast served was excellent. great choices and plenty of food. very nice dining area. I would definately stay there again.

We stayed one night in this hotel and it was pretty nice. It was easy to find, staff was friendly, decor was very updated and nice. We only had three minor complaints...the bathroom door wouldn't stay open and that bothered us, the sheets did not fit the bed very well and they kept coming off throughout the night (king size bed), and the satellite TV kept messing up. We didn't complain to staff, though. The breakfast was fantastic...waffles, cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy, sausage, oatmeal, cereals, fruit, pastries, yogurt, different juices. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also loved that there was a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room.

The room was comfortable, well equipped and very clean on the everyday use surfaces. However, it hadn't been deep-cleaned for awhile as evidenced by the amount of dust on the base of the headboard and other more obscure areas (i.e., nooks & crannies of the lamp designs), a couple small spots/stains on the wallpaper near the trash-can in the bathroom, and a large stain on the carpet. Friendly & helpful desk personnel - all but one individual was readily knowledgeable about nearby restaurants and providing directions. Excellent continental breakfast choices for all tastes - I was able to eat a very healthy, low-fat / low-sugar meal which is often not the case at other hotels at this level which provide breakfast amenities. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed the sauna but thought the hot tub needed attention, it was not very inviting to use due to debris in the water

I had a wonderful time, except for the one day it stormed. Even then, our room was very comfortable to hang out in. Great breakfast buffet. Great hotel staff, and a special "thank you" for the fresh baked cookies provided each day.

We stayed for two nights, in February 2013. The hotel is in great condition, the staff is friendly, but what I like the most at Hampton Inns is their breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located along the Expressway, 5 miles from Downtown Tulsa. There is a small bar with billiards table right next to the hotel, but we didn't try it. Other than that, there is nothing else but a nice residential neighboorhood. Maybe next time we'll try a Hampton Inn located closer to the main shopping area, the 71st St.

We chose this hotel because of the convenient access to the BOK center and downtown Tulsa. The hotel does not have any restaurants or shopping in the immediate vicinity, but a mile in either direction on 412 you can find all kinds of things. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We will be back for our next concert at the BOK!

Hotel and staff where amazing, for the one night we were here wish it was longer.

I went to Tulsa with a friend to play in a roller derby mash-up. I picked this hotel because it was the closest one to the skating rink we were playing in. The room was clean and pretty. The complimentary breakfast was good. There is a pool and gym which we unfortunately didn't get to use due to time constraints. It was overall a good experience.

No complaints about this Hampton Inn. I really appreciate that they wash each guest's duvet before their stay. That is a great touch!

I am a review person. I always read them but rarely write them. I felt like this place needed a more up to date critique. When the need to stay in Tulsa for 6 nights came up, I wanted a nice place to spend my off time. Sand Springs, an outskirt of Tulsa, was the perfect location. True, this hotel does not have restaraunts that share a parking lot, but that is part of what I enjoyed. Less than 5 minutes away you will find plenty of nice places to eat, Walgreens, and Walmart. The gym downstairs has dumb bells, nice equipment, cold water, and 2 TVs to watch, all of which make for a great workout. The indoor pool was very clean, as was the hot tub. Also, the controlls for the hot tub are on the far wall by the security phone, though it took 3 day to stumble across it. Breakfast was great every day, which I miss having made for me each morning. The morning crew even came to my table, while I was watching the news on a large flat screen, and asked if they could get me anything. That has never happened to me before at a hotel. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and will stay there again if the need arises.

I was not impressed! I generally like the Hampton Inn, but this time....the first impression was the clerk who checked us in - not friendly at all. The room - we were on the 2nd floor and just below us was a bench where at least a half dozen young people were gathering - laughing, talking loudly for at least two hours at bedtime. The breakfast was not desireable. The eggs were cold and dry. The bacon very greasy. I would not go back there.

When we walked into the hotel, it had a sign stating that they were going through remodeling and if you were not satisified for any reason, they would refund your money. OK..... sounds like they are making every effort to take care of the customers. The hallways were rundown and had small construction debris. The "flat" wheels on the valet got stuck a few times and would run into walls. We were on the 3rd floor so once we arrived I put the key into the lock, pushed everything into the room and turned to collaspe on the bed. Hampton Inn is known for their wonderful bedding....right??? Well, I do have pictures of what they claim to be the "New" bedding. The Duvet had a stitched in pattern that was raised and scratchy and the inner quilt had....well..... I think it was a cheap quilt that had been washed repeatedly and bunched up and balled up in each little pouch. If you can imagine sleeping with 4"balls of batting on top of you. So this is what I saw when I walked into the room. I showed the desk manager the picture and asked them about it, stating that it was HORRIBLE and I was told that this is the "NEW" Hampton bedding. If this is their "NEW" bedding, then I will NEVER stay at a Hampton again!!!!!

Twas everything me and my girlfriend expected except for the lack of fresh cookies at our arrival.

The Hotel itself is lovely -- it's just in a slightly lousy setting. There isn't any food really near by -- there's quick enough access to the highway, but you're going to have to drive to get anywhere for food... and the nearby neighborhoods aren't the best for food. The Hotel itself was really good... just not in the best place to run out and easily find dinner.

It was a very nice hotel and conveniently close to hwy where you can get directly on but you never here the trafic. Has a very good breakfast. Nice big flat screen TV with alot of channels. Very clean.

The Breakfast has a lot of cold and hot dishes and was very tasty. Also, it was open for 4 hours to suite both early and late risers.

New and very clean. Wonderful breakfast, comfortable, clean rooms and very friendly staff!

Very nice hotel with great ammenities. Parking is very convenient to rooms in the wonderful little town of Sand Springs and very convenient to Tulsa's downtown.

Hotel and staff were great , Of the two days we stayed breakfast was good one day and terrible the next. Cookies in the evening were a nice surprise. Rooms were comfortable and clean Good option for the overall price. JW Albuquerque, N.M.

Wonderful and quiet. Great place to stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The best stay at a hotel imaginable. We could not have been more pleased. The staff was impressive and Lez could not have been more pleasant. The breakfast exceeded expectations, the rooms were impressive, and the cost was reasonable. I do not know what more we could say. They earned our loyalty.

The location was perfect for our needs and it was right off the interstate which made it easy to get to. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms was quiet. I never heard anyone in the hall even though they had 2 different events going on.

Great hotel, one exception, the fitness center equipment needed repairs, very loud...they were short on equipment keys that you needed to make the equipment work properly. Overall, great stay and will be back the next time I'm in the area for business or leisure.

Nice, clean. Hampton Inn's are always the same you can always count on them to be clean and Nice.

This is one of the best Hamptons we have stayed in. The entire hotel was impecable. The best part was the staff. We could tell by the way the staff spoke to their co workers that they were a small workplace family already. Which made us feel as at home as going to visit another family. The manager had ordered pizza for his staff, and offered us a piece. In all of my travesl I have never stayed at a hotel that made us feel so at home. Props to the manager for the environment he created and props to the staff in keeping it like that on a daily basis.

Stayed for 1 night with my family. 2nd time staying in a Hampton Inn. My only gripe: Too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. But it was nice that it had a high ceiling so you're not choking on the smell or the humidity. Front desk had my key ready when I arrived. Manager on duty was very nice & helpful. Room was clean, cooled down & quiet. Beds were made & very comfortable. Room included wireless or wired internet. They supplied the LAN cable (another plus). Breakfast was more than enough. We had cheese omelettes, sausage patties, waffles, juices, fruit salad, yogurt, bagels, biscuits, milk, coffee...Do I need to go on? Plus the staff was very friendly, including room service and breakfast duty. Checkout was a breeze. Just hand the keys over to the front desk. We would stay again if ever in Tulsa area.

Hampton Inn,Tulsa:very nice,clean room;awesome breakfast-a little different each day,enjoyed the pool, staff was always pleasant & approachable. very convenient to highway.My son's family found this for me,only 1/2 hour away from them. I plan to stay there whenever I return.

We were soo pleased with the serice the hotel offered. Breakfast daily was great. We had a big group for a wedding, and hotel staff was great in letting us use the lobby to sit and catch up each night after the festivities. I would definitely stay there again!!

This hotel offered every convience that you can ask for. The hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful, and the bed was super comfortable. All in all this was a very good place to stay at and the location was right off the highway which made it better for travel. Very quite at night with hardly any noise. The breakfast was the cream of the crop, because it was served hot and offered a large variety of food to choose from.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn. Our room was very clean, and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, with a lot of choices. The waffles were great and the staff very friendly.

The hotel and room were very comfortable and clean. The hot and cold breakfast buffet was very good.

Everything was fine when we checked in. The problems didn't start until the next day when the door to the pool/hot tub/sauna wouldn't open. Perhaps this wouldn't have been a big deal but we were traveling with children and it was Christmas. Other distrations were not available to us because of the holdiay. Then the next day the hotel notified us we needed to use the hot water within a certian time frame as they were having plumbing issues and we would be without. I was told that the hotel would compensate me but they never followed thru. Not great customer service in the end.
