Better hotel in Primm compared to the other choices. A palatable choice on the California side of Vegas.

Everything was good except that the shower tub seemed really dirty u had to scrub it myself I even found hair that had not been washed away I think this was very bad

I think this is the best of the three Stateline properties. It's certainly the most modern, and up to date. I like that it is connected to the outlet mall, and the monorail can take you to either Whiskey Pete's or Buffalo Bills (when it's operating). Food is good and convenient (although the cafe is a little slow - possibly understaffed?) Casino is pretty tight. Good place to stay, but gamble down the road....

great pit stop on the way to vegas

The hotel was ok but not worth the money. Hotel alarms went off at 5:30 am for 10 minutes. 3 other alarms in 2 days as well. No reason for the alarms. There was tape on the carpet where torn. Get the idea?

I asked for a handicap room as my husband has trouble walking. The room that was assigned was very far from everything. Once we made it to the room he was unable to walk back to the casino as was our plan. I wanted to try and get a different room but by this time he was in so much pain he just wanted to lay down.

We were traveling to California and didn't want the hassle of Las Vegas traffic for a one night stay. This hotel met our needs perfectly. Although it doesn't include breakfast or coffee machines, the price is good so paying for breakfast isn't a detriment.

I came across a problem in my room.I expressed my frustration to the front desk and followed up with an email to their customer service when I retured. I did not receive an apology or confirmation of receipt - or any follow-up from them. Disappointed with the customer service. BTW - the beds were really comfortable - one of the best I've ever slept in.

MY WIFE AND I STAY HERE EVERY YEAR THIS IS OUR OASIS IN HE MIDDLE OF THE DESERT AWAY FROM ALL THE HUSLTE AND BUSTLE OF THE STRIP WE WILL BE BACK

The rooms are remodeled and look nice. I love to play at Primm better than Vegas.

enjoyed our stay and plan to com back out soon, food services were very good,starbucks on site, mall to shop and convenience to other hotels was great/monarail and shuttle service fast and pleasant.only down fall was room was extremely far from casino, long walk to and from room for someone with pacemaker. will certainly ask for a room close to casino next time,didn't know lay out of hotel rooms when I booked it,

What we appreciated was that the room was clean, quiet and very comfortable, and that we were able to find good food at the buffet near the lobby. Also, we found staff at the buffet to be professional and courteous. We also enjoyed the view looking out at the mountains and the desert in the morning sun. We hope the hotel management considers the beauty and health of the surrounding natural environment now and going forward in all decisions regarding use of natural resources.

The complex is in the throws of changing ownership from Terribles to another company and the morale of staff was pretty low, with several requests having to be made to have the room cleaned, in fact on the last day it wasn't cleaned at all. From Monday to Thursday all of the Buffets on the 3 hotel complex were closed, leaving just one Coffee shop at Primm Valley being the only place open for breakfast. Which was another poor state of affairs. We've stayed here before and been very pleased with the service, but not on this occasion!

I woud not recommend this hotel to stay unless necessary.

It was just okay. The room was clean. The restuarant gave good portions on there meals.

Unimpressed. Housekeeping did not once enter the room.

The hotel is very run down and smells dirty. We didn't feel safe there and felt like we were staying in a ghetto. We wished we had continued driving 100 miles to the next town.

for a few more dollars i was very happy i stood a primm valley ,vs bufflo bills bed were great staff helpful and even nice people in the hotel two my boys love the pool and bufflo bill for game .

Cockroaches, light fixtures malfunction, plumbing is falling out of the walls, light plates are crooked/unsafe, noisy, horrible artificial air-freshner pumped in to the room....GO TO MESQUITE!

There Registration clerk Maggie was most helpful, she helped me bring in my luggage as my husband is handicapped ,she also got us a room on the first floor.

It's cheap, but you get your moneys worth

Made a reservation several weeks in advance and had to try and sleep next to a room that had a wining dog. I checked at the front desck to see if dogs were allowed and was told that they were. No other rooms available. I will not stay again.

Out of three hotel , this by far is the best, but had a dog in the next room

For the price it wasn't bad and doable for one night. The courtyard is nice. The room could be cleaner, but it was a good location for us as we stopped for one night on our way to Disneyland.

been here before .hotel and area have gone down fast. went wed and thurs. NOTHING OPEN. rides attractions restaurants all closed.long lines checking in and out. room was clean but old and in bad shape.wed at 8;00 between 2 casinos only choice for food was mc'donalds ,panda kit. and dennys. ate at buffet thurs (closes at 7;45) worst buffet ever.tried various slots never won even small amounts.just sucked all the money till gone.go to vegas .road is wide and newly paved all the way there.only took 20-25 mins longer.

Charges were made on our account for a deposit on room. Our bank was charged and then credited after we called. We did not use any of the special movies on TV were there one night only. To our understanding those charges would be deleted at check out time, yet they went thru our bank. We have stayed at The M Resort & Casino and paid up to $100.00 deposit on our room and that amount has never cleared our bank, it was immediately cleared off at check out time.

The hotel was under construction and we were not told. The check in person put us on the bottom floor and did not bother to tell us that contruction was being done on the floor above us. We woke up early in the morning to construction noise from upstairs as well as a fire alarm. Oh and seeing someone elses hair on the bathroom floor tells me that a good cleaning was not done. We should have asked for a refund but I am certain we would not have received it. We have stayed here before and got what we expected, but this time.. Yuk! Best part was the steakhouse inside Primm. Very nice and good food.

it looks much better on the outside than it does on the inside but if you're looking for a cheap place to stay it will do for the night.

This place is a run-down dump. It's old, not maintained, and dirty place. They allow pets which may be nice for some, but with the paper-thin walls we heard someone's dog barking and whining all night.

The hotel check in had a short line, with only 1 agent, But I still had a 15 minute wait. When we got to the room, we found only 2 bath towels, but 4 of us checked in. I called room service, who said they would bring more towels. They never showed up. The shower had either all hot or all cold water, no warm. The roll in bed we received would not stay up, and my son had to sleep on the floor.

Don't stay here unless you are a smoker with low comfort expectations!

A perfect place to stay on the way in or out of Las Vegas for LA or San Diego. It's about 45 mins outside of Las Vegas. Rooms are cheap but quiet nice.

At best the Primm Valley Resort is convienent if you dont want to stay in Vegas and you are on your way to Cali. Thats where any such accolades stop. Chek in= nightmare Rooms= unsecure and Bates Motelish Personel= Zombie Like. Wait, I described a horror flick! Oh, sorry. I forgot that the non-smokig room must have been dedicated to non-smoking just before we checked in. Other than that we loved it.

they really need all the business they can get....total Ghost town ...sad time signs of how bad our economy is hurting.
