Nice location. 3 min way from the tube. Not bad breakfast. Nice service!

The hotel delivered as advertised. A metro station just a few doors away made getting around the city, including to and from the airport, a 4 star advantage. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bath was clean and stylish. The 1/2 glass closure for the shower presented the typical European misunderstanding of water spray dynamics, i.e. impossible to keep all the water in the tub. The free WiFi in room was handy.

The hotel has spacious rooms with good internet connection. It is clean and well maintained. Perfect for business travellers.

The location was great to people who goes to Real Madrid games. Large room, good buffet breakfast . Need 2 metro to the center(15 min).

Nice place. Walking distance to metro. If you do not have heavy suitcases then take the metro from Airport instead of cabs. Great spread for Breakfast buffet. We had a suite. Only one bathroom. An extra half bath would be prefect or at least an extra sink (instead of a lot of cupboard space). Friendly and helpful staff.

The room is very clean and bigger than rooms in other hotels near "SOL", Metro just near the corner, very convenient. The staff is very helpful. It is in the residential area, so the surrounding is very quiet.

initially booked for one night, ended up re-booking for another night - clearly, a good deal. one minor thing in the first room was that silly "designer" shower - while clean and all, the way it's built you'll always end up with a pool of splatter water on the floor. not like it's my worry though. it was not the cheapest deal around town, but i don't regret having gone with it. oh yeah, bonus: if you have a car, it's very easy to get to/from major highways.

Hotel is located near the metro, about a one minute walk. Close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Room are fine, the free water was a plus. Front desk service was just okay, but this is just a 3 star hotel so I didn't expect more.

Very comfortable rooms and very peaceful location. Away from the overcrowded city center, yet just tem minutes from the heart of the city. The breakfast and the overall experience was very good. Last but not the least, the price was quite reasonable.

The location was very convenient, only a few meters away from Alfonco 13 metro stop. Hotel was clean and the stuff friendly. What more can you ask?

My family and our tons of luggage spent three days here in Madrid before going to a resort on the Costa del Sol for a week. The staff were very accommodating in spite of our limited Spanish abilities. They allowed us in the room around 10 am as our flight arrived in the early morning thus giving us a day to explore. On the date we left, they again helped with holding the luggage allowing us another day to sight-see. The location was great and we rode the busses the whole time. The hotel was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean.

Confortel really impressed me with how clean and new everything was. It appears to have been recently renovated and everything from outside the hotel to inside the bathroom is pristine. I highly recommend it, for all types of travels, and I would definitely stay here again.

We chose the hotel mainly for its location (near a metro) and for the free in-room wireless internet. It was located close to a metro stop which was nice but the internet was pretty poor. It kept kicking us off about every 5-10 minutes. The hotel was just OK. The pictures make it look new and modern but it was really kind of dark and mid-grade. So I'd reccommend it if you're not going to spend much time in your room and if you don't need reliable internet.

very nice hotel, clean and new- 50 meters from the subway station- ~25 minutes from city center. located in a nice neighborhood (with nothing spacial to see). the staff was very nice and helping. the free wifi and bottled water was a nice treat.

The hotel was fine for our needs. It was about 20-30 minutes from the city centre and from Atocha station (if you are planning any connections to the south, seville or barcelona by train), and 2 to 3 subway lines depending on your choice of route. Being out of the city was a bit of a hassle, but we slept pretty well. We had a Queen bed room. It was fairly small, but seemingly normal by European standards. No full length mirror (FYI ladies). The hotel has had a makeover, but its clearly a little sloppy. The new wallpaper was already peeling in our room. Our tub faucet know kept falling off. The bathroom sink is modern, but isnt really conducive to washing your face easily. We also had a minor annoyance when our wireless door key stopped working halfway through our stay. They said that the battery needed to be replaced, but they couldn't do it for several days. The desk staff had to come up to our room each time and open the door via computer override - kind of a hassle, but not really a bug deal for us. TIP: ask for a room as far away from the elevator as possible. We heard lots of people in the morning heading downstairs. Had we not been deep sleepers, probably would have been annoying as well. All things considered, a reasonable place to stay.

Although you might think that IKEA exploded when you walk in the Confortel Suites Madrid, there's nothing wrong with that in a value hotel. Everything was very clean and modern, and the free Wi-Fi and bottles of water were very appreciated. There's not a whole lot in the surrounding area except for some decent restaurants and other conveniences, but the proximity to the Metro (Alfonso XIII station) could not be beat. Being situated in between the airport and the heart of the city also worked out well. The hotel rate was pretty hard to beat too.

THE HOTEL WAS NICE AND LOCATED CLOSE TO METRO HOWEVER THE AIRCONDITIONING WAS NOT VERY GOOD IN THE ROOM AND IF THAT WERE TAKEN CARE OF I WOULD SAY I ENJOYED THE STAY BUT IT WAS NOT VERY COMFORTABLE ......AS IT GOT VERY WARM IN THE NIGHT.

the hotel is not in central madrid, but there was a metro station 2 blocks away making it easy to get into the city, if not a little long (25-30min). clean hotel, spacious by european standards and the free water in the mini-bar was nice. free wifi available in the rooms is always a plus.

Hotel muy bonito, bien decorado, limpio, la habitación muy acogedora. Con una parada de metro prácticamente enfrente y restaurantes en la misma calle (Foster, 100 montaditos, Mc Donals). Por poner alguna pega, la televisión se veía regular y no tenía muchos canales (unos 15 o 16, en comparación con todos los que disponemos en la TDT). Sin lugar a dudas, Lo recomiendo

Me gusta por la facilidad para aparcar en las proximidades, el hecho de ser una zona urbana con muchos servicios y tener muy cerca el metro.

Perfecta. Fui a ese hotel porque al día siguiente tenía una entrevista en el mismo. Para mí la ubicación fue ideal, pero he puntuado un "3" y un "4" porque no sé si la ubicación es buena si se viaja por motivos turísticos.

Me gustó mucho la habitación, era grande y el baño tenía bañera. La tele era de las antiguas, pero como no pasamos tiempo en la habitación, nos daba igual.

El hotel en general bien, pero nuestra habitación en la primera planta, daba en línea con la terraza interior de la finca por donde por la mañana pasaba un señor limpiando, así que teníamos que tener la cortina echada, la ventana no cerraba, tenía el pestillo roto... así que en un principio podrían haberse "colado" dentro de la habitación. Sin embargo la habitación de mis cuñados era fantástica, más grande, con grandes espejos y BAÑERA!!! Nuestro baño además olía a humedad. Nos ofrecieron cambiar la habitación, pero decidimos quedarnos.

Buen trato, mampara de la ducha muy pequeña que provoca que se salga fuera el agua, paredes de papel porque no solo se escucha perfectamente a los huéspedes de las otras habitaciones, sino que aún estando al final del pasillo se escucha hasta el sonido del ascensor cuando habla. Yo le recomendaría que aumentaran el aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones.También cabe destacar que las amenites mas que escasa son casi nulas.

Para as condições de viagem que fiz as acomodações foram muito boas. Serviço de boa qualidade e preço muito bom

Una muy buena relación calidad-precio. La única pega es que el aislamiento acústico no es muy bueno.

Bra och stora rum med separat sovrum och ett allrum. 2 tv apparater i rummet. Frukosten var sådär för 10 euro. Perfekt om man vill åka till Satiago Bernebeu och se Real Madrid. En sido gata upp till en stor väg, sedan följer man den större vägen ca 1 km , sedan är man framme. Tar ca 20 minuter att gå. Bra område med många restauranger runt hotellet och bara 100 m till Metron (Alfonso 8). Ett metrobyte sedan är man i centrum av Madrid.

Solo estuve una noche pero fue lo suficiente para ver que no merece las 4 estrellas, nada que ver la habitacion con las fotos de la pagina web del hotel.

Excelente hotel para estadias en Madrid. Comodo, limpio, excelente ubicacion. Recomendado!

All in all very satisfying. Ok rooms, no more, no less yhan to be expected, helfull english speaking receptionists was nice. Our first stay in Madrid, finding the hotel was easy enough but would have been even easier if we knew name of the nearest Metro station - Alfonso XIII.
