Nice, quiet location. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Comfortable and no noises during the night!

This hotel was good but not great. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also pretty good but not great. The room size was kinda small and the bathroom barely had enough room to close the door if you were inside the toilet area. The beds were average and the TV/remote was old style-not flatscreen. If you are looking for basic CLEAN and friendly without the frills and pampering, then this is your place. From here you are in walking distance to Shoji and Pierce Arrow so the location is great and being off 76 makes the traffic much more manageable. I rated this hotel 4 stars based on it being clean, friendly, quiet and in a really good location.

We live 45 miles away, but celebrated our decision to spend the weekend at this very well-managed home away from home. The staff is like family and EVERYTHING was perfect. Loved the breakfast, the room, the location. Very clean inside and out and staff was a joy to interact with. Covering everything must mean management is top notch. We'll be back with more friends and family to share our discovery.

A very nice place to stay, very convenient to local attractions, nice breakfast. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, and seemed genuinely happy to see us!

The Hotel was very comfortable and close to everything without having to deal with trafffic on the main road. The Morning breakfast area could be larger, as it was very congested, but the hotel was full due to the weekend car show.

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and eager to help us. Everything was well kept and the location was very convenient to get to the shows and activities we were interested in attending. It was great because we could purchase our show tickets in the ticket/gift office located in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Branson. The price is definitely right!

It was August in Branson. 99 degrees and humid. The first room we went into had a broken window that was hanging wide open. It was literally 95 deg in our room. The staff quickly gave us a new room that was adjacent to the first so we had little trouble moving. That room was hot too, but we thought the air just needed adj, but it was no less than 86 deg most of the night. The desk person gave us a fan, so we slept ok. The room never got below 82 deg during our 3 night stay. Other than that, the hotel was fine and the staff was good. Just don't stay here when it is hot out, unless they do some air cond work.

My friend and I had a great time. We were at a hotel that was by eveything we were attending so that was great. The people at he hotel were very acomadating to our needs. Thanks again for the great stay.

We stayed at the hotel three nights. We had no plans of what to do or where to go when we left home. We went to the conciege and she was wonderfully helpful She really knew her business. The desk staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was cleaned everyday. We ended up hardly in our room so maybe could have had a lesser room to save money but we really enjoyed our stay. There was an ice machine on our floor. The vending machine prices were surprisingly low. We didn't make it to the pool but it sure looked nice. We would stay again. Breakfast was nothing spectactular but not bad. Even a little later in the morning, they still had food available unlike some hotels where you have to get there early.

Paid for extra people but asked for a rollaway. They wanted to charge $10 for that. Air Conditioner did not work but they got maintainence out quickly. Pool and hot tub were too cold so other customers complained. Did not fill coffee in room or provide enough towels throughout the stay. They seemed responsive but it felt that we had to address several things. The room did not match the pictures and the front desk lady said we could not book the deluxe rooms through this site so I am not sure why they are on there. She also told me how much I paid for the room which was a considerable amount less than what I paid so I am assuming hotels.com is taking a pretty large chunk for their cut. I will shop around more for prices next time.

The odor of the room is not pleasant. The bathtub drainage is almost clogged. The complimentary coffee and tea maker is unsanitary even at the look at it.

Everything was very clean and it was a nice place to stay. The staff was great and the breakfast was wonderful. The only problem we had was setting off the smoke alarm when the heat was turned on in the room. The heater smoked from not being turned on all summer and the dust etc that had built up. Might be something that needs checked in the hotel rooms by maintenance before it begins turning cold.

This hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay in Branson. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was close to EVERYTHING!!! The staff was able to recommend shows that our kids would enjoy and it was nice to buy the tickets on site! The breakfast was good, too! Nothing overly fancy, but who goes to Branson to stay in a fancy hotel? It was PERFECT!

our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights and although we tried to get up early for breakfast, it just wasn't early enough, room was full. Pool & hot tub were very nice although sauna wasn't working. Beds were comfy and a/c was very cool. We were pleased overall and would stay again if we come back to branson

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The room was big and clean. It was quite and close to everything in Branson. The salt water pool was pretty darned cold and I wasn't as impressed with that. My only real complaint was the continental breakfast. The hotel was very full and the room could not begin to handle the volume. Rather than setting out extra tables in the lobby or something, they just ignored the problem. And the 1 or 2 ladies working the room could not keep everything stocked after the first 30 minutes. If you eat when they open or eat late it is ok but otherwise go to IHOP or something. But the rooms were perfectly fine and I would stay here again.

It was nice and quiet. I slept very good. Nice comfertable bed. Great price for where we stayed. Would recomend. Thanks

The ticket seller in the gift shop was extremely helpful about the shows and suggestions about what to see. She even told us to inform the usher about my father's birthday so it could be mentioned during the show. My father was so pleased that they surprised him with 94th birthday wishes.

Loved the bathroom. Large tub with great shower. Two sinks one outside the bathroom with hand mirror (to see the back of your hair) and full length mirror!! Great!!

Very nice breakfast, but very difficult to get one of the few USA Today daily papers. Also the desk staff seem to spend more time chatting among themselves instead of watching for guests that are waiting for service at the desk. Still, I would recommend the hotel to my friends and relatives.

Friendly hotel staff; helped us with every need. Clean and comfortable. Will stay here again when we come back.

Friendly staff, great value for the price. Beds were too firm. Good location off of the strip if you don't want to have to deal with the strip traffic. Would return.

Very nice place to stay. They have a wonderful breakfast bar. The only thing I noticed at all was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.

This Hotel may not be the most modern, but we enjoyed it. The staff is excellent and very helpfull with anything you want to do in Branson. The Breakfast room is a great place to hang out and be entertained as some entertainers come by and visit.

There was a midnight classic car "cruise" happening one night that we were staying at the hotel. Much to our dismay, we were not aware that the road our hotel was on would be closed from 10pm-1:30am. The person at the front desk assured me that if i had booked the room through the hotel instead of a website, I would have been informed. If we had checked the calendar and known about the road closing, we would have stayed somewhere else.

What a wonderful hotel! We were amazed! Big value with huge benefits. Very good breakfast. Very, very clean facility. Close to heart of Branson's Hwy. 76--but not too close--also not too far away. Quiet and clean. I certainly would recommend this stay again!

This is right across from Shoji and away from the noise. Everything is accessible by car! This hotel is very clean and has the best breakfast.

Nice hotel, but there may be others with better locations on the strip. Breakfast was adequate, nothing exceptional, but the hotel is new and clean

The continental breakfast was okay. The room was very clean and modern in appearance. Overall, I thought this is a 3 star or 3 1/2 star hotel. It is also conveniently located to most major attractions in the area.

The hotel was very nice inside and out. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. There is a sauna next to the hot tub, but we didn't indulge ourselves! The staff was very courteous and were available to answer all questions. If you want breakfast, get there early. We got there at 9:25 or so and it was packed. We didn't realize it ended at 9:30. It looks fabulous, but we really cannot comment on that. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and we will probably stay again on our next visit.

I can't think of anything bad to say about the hotel. The beds were comfy, nice pillows! The fridge froze our soda but it probably just needed to be adjusted and if I stayed more than 2 days I would have done it or asked for someone to come look at it but really that's the only slightly negative thing I can think of. It was nicely decorated, very comfortable and easy to get in and out of and for Branson that's a MUST!

... Other than the corn syrup they use with their waffles at breakfast - blah. If I visit Branson again, I would seriously consider booking with this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for our 9th anniversary. It could not have been a more pleasant stay. The hotel itself was 1st rate and the staff was outstanding. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and the free breakfast the next morning. My only concerns were the "extra person" fee I did't catch until after booking...seemed silly to me as I had booked a double queen and couldn't figure out if the "extra person" was my wife or my 2 small children. The other was the picture of the room online at booking was ALOT larger than the room really was. Overall though was a good experience.

We usually like to stay in "nicer" hotels (3 or 4 star)...but since this was just a quick one night stop, and the reviews were so good, we went with this one. It was far nicer, cleaner and better appointed than I ever imagined. I would have happily stayed for several nights! The whole hotel was very nice, the breakfast was outstanding (my kids had a blast making their own waffles!). We usually stay in 3-4-5 star hotels, but I have never stayed in a hotel that was cleaner than this Best Western. It's obvious the staff puts a lot of effort and a lot of heart into making their facility extremely nice and welcoming.
