booked room thru hotels.com. Bed and breakfast basis. Informed after breakfast that we had to pay for breakfast, We were told it was Hotels.com mistake and If we had a problem to take it up with them other than that prefect.

Excellent value for money and good central location.

Good location, helpful staff. Great for my short business trip.

The hotel was clean, staff were very helpful, the location was great for getting to St. Stephen's Green, Grafton St., and only minutes walk to many other places.

This hotel is slap bang in the centre of Dublin, close to Grafton Street, pubs & shopping. It isn't luxurious but the room was clean and quiet.

Great location, good room rate. I stayed with two colleagues, each of us in separate rooms. Some of the basics were missing - one room was missing an iron (that we requested), another was missing shower gel, my room was cold and the heating controls were useless. I guess you get what you pay for...

The location was definitely ideal with convenient discounted parking right next door. Staff was perfectly fine too. Our room was NOTHING like pictured on the site, and was really outdated and quite musty smelling. But it was fine for a one night stay before heading out.

If visiting the grafton street area this hotel is a perfect location, basic room, no frills..perfect to lay your head in a clean, quiet place a short walk from shops, cafes etc. functional room, no heater in bathroom making for chilly trips to the loo only complaint. Would return if wanted cheap & cheerful central overnight stay.

On an ugly part of the street, but very close to Stephen's Green area. I had a double room on fourth floor, was quiet. Poor maintenance: 3 lightbulbs in the room not working, heating controls flawed, no extractor fan in bathrooms. But it was quiet and peaceful, the bed was comfortable, staff were helpful. Just needs better maintenance and attention to detail that a small hotel in central Dublin should have.

I found the room very clean and comfortable, nice and quiet in the room I was staying in. the hotel did provide toiletries even though it stated that these were extra! my only negative comment would be the chip in the centre of the bath but since it didn't detract much from my stay, I just mentioned it on checkout. Overall a pleasant experience and very good value.

Perfect location, literally at the back of St. Stephen's Green shopping centre. Parking right beside hotel with discounted rates. Definitely will stay here again.

When i arrived i parked on the street. I asked at reception where to park but was not informed that the over night parking was only between certain hours so finished up paying 14.50 instead of the 5i thought it would cost! The room smelt damp, the toilet was dirty-i won't say what was on it, the bin had condoms and the wrappers still in it, the bath was dirty and when i went to shower the water was ice cold! Later that evening we were offered a complimentary breakfast because of the water problem. Only to turn up for the breakfast to get ONE sausage, two fried eggs, ONE slice of toast and a mug of coffee. Seriously-it was an insult! The staff i will say though were very friendly bar the first girl at check in who wasn't very welcoming and omitted about the parking. Would i stay again? No. Would i recommend it? No.

very convenient. staff efficient. quick check in and out. good size room and en suite. quiet at night despite very central location. cheap overnight parking right next door.

Great Location at a great price.

It was a very enjoyable short stay, would be very happy to stay longer another time.

I had an excellent stay,the room was fantastic and very central,the staff were very friendly and helpful,i will definately stay there again when we go back to dublin in the spring,a special thanks to michelle ( manager) for being so accomadating

It was a pleasure to arrive with minimal check-in requirements. Pleasant reception on arrival and departure. Certainly value for money. All round - top marks.

apparently looks like a youth hostel when you enter, the room was not so big but great, nice new very confortable bed, nice!

I enjoyed my stay at the Travelodge Hotel. The Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room comfort and amenitie were excellent. The entertainment was very good - a husky, female singer could be heard singing beautifully .The only let-down was that I was charged 9.90 euros for a continental breakfast and I could have had a full Irish breakfast for the same amount.Apparently, it's a different company and if you don't book a breakfastwith the Hotel beforehand you pay the full amount, but if you doyou pay 3 euros less!The venue awas excellent, next to all amenities and St Stephen's Green lively shopping centre.

Basic level hotel for low price. No Toiletries so bring your own. Great location. Friendly staff. No room service. Restaurant does not accept credit cards.

The service for breakfast was excellent. The staff were courteous & helpful. the food was excellent We will use the Travelodge again.

The hotel is located a short walk from city centre. There is convenient parking next door. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, a little off putting was that the two single beds were positioned next to each other. The bathroom was great and the room comfortable.

A perfect hotel for a city break - a stroll down Grafton street and you're right at the centre of all the tourist sights. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast next door. Couldn't have been better. Thank you

The only thing was the room was cold and on check in and took a long time to heat in the morning shower was cold. The location of the hotel was great for us so clean and receiptionist was lovely and helpfull.

This hotel is very central and ideal for a few nights in Dublin

Stayed 3 nights, there is much noise outside the hotel late at night, bars/restaurants emptying out etc. Room not cleaned after 2nd night although bed was made! We DID NOT appreciate the morning 'wake-up' call at 9.20 on our last morning, on answering the phone there was no one there so one can only wonder if a zealous member of staff decided to phone to ensure we were vacating our room early! We have always left our rooms BEFORE vacating time so that really annoyed us! Room small but adequate for a long weekend, bed reasonably comfy, took a long time to get hot water when showering or washing but probably due to 'teething' problems? Would we stay there again, probably YES despite the above moans as the positives outweigh the negatives. The bar man in the restaurant was very attentive and obviously enjoyed doing his job. The hotel is very central and within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to visit, even O'Connell St is just a stroll away and there are lots of 'character bars, restaurants and interesting shops and stalls selling 'not just tourist tat' in the surrounding streets, all well worth a visit.

The hotel room suited our needs. You could tell that it had recently been painted. There was a draft in the bathroom so when you took a shower the shower curtain clinged to you. Great water pressure! This was a great location just a short walk to Stephens Green. It is farther to Temple Bar but we had the hop off hop on bus so caught that and then just caught a cab back. It could be walked though.

Really enjoyed our stay. We took our little girl and the hotel accommodated the pushchair well, plenty of space in our hotel room and lift to all floors. The hotel has been recently refurbished to a decent standard, paintwork a bit sloppy but very good overall. All beds and bedding were new (which is a must for me!). I would definately re-visit and stay in same hotel.

Stayed there for All Ireland final weekend, found the hotel and staff very good. Would recommend

Room spacious, clean and quiet. Location just off St Stephens Green, very close to everything. Service was good. Lift always available. WE couldn't check in til 3pm but we were able to store our luggage at reception from 11am, which was great. Perfect for a trip to Dublin, business or pleasure. Plenty of Art Galleries/Theatres/Cinemas closeby.

We had a wonderful 4 nights at this hotel.Beds clean and comfy, fresh towels every day if required. The location is excellent for Grafton St and a base for sightseeing and walking around town.. All staff friendly and helpful. Only "Fly in the ointment " was the building works that started outside at 08.00hrs, but easily tolerated for such a great location, and I am sure work will not be going on forever. Thank-you to all the staff and reception staff who were more than helpful.

Extraordinary value hotel for the position, rooms slightly tired but clean and comfortable. two minutes from St Stephens green. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty.

This hotel is in a good location, but a lot of street noise. The front desk was not very helpful with the exception of Petra. She went out of her way to help us several times.
