The hotel was a nightmare. The bed was so low I could have been on a air bed and been a lot more comfortable. The floor had a drop, felt like you were going up hill and down hill when walking out the door. The bathroom was old and felt disgusting. I used the bathroom at the local Subway instead. We were in town for a cheer competition and by the time I checked out I was tired, overwhelmed, and disgusted in my stay. I would have rather rented a van and slept out side then to ever stay at a slum place like this again. Oh, and the complementary breakfast is a choice of bagel or ceral.

no remote, asked the clerk about , just not interested..... floor was damaged uneven. i would not call it a Days Inn..........

carpet had burns in it ,.ac filters needed cleaning .the floor in the room was not what you call safe, un level floor. no remote in room. called desk no responds in regards to remote. people outside loud. it is not a days in that i remember. they should change the name to protect the days inn logo!!!!!!!!

This Hotel was good for the money. Sirens were going off from the road. (AMBULANCE) Really loud. Room was OK. Sheets were clean but did not have the bottom bed sheets. Had to go to front desk to get them. No remote for the room. Had to get up and turn off the TV and change the channels. The small refrigerator would have been great to use if it had worked. Free Breakfast was good. There was cereal and toast. But no milk. Overall it was just OK If you are for the saving factor. Then Good. But for the comfort factor. Not so good.

This hotel was literally seconds away from Ruby Falls, Rock City, Lookout Mountain, the Aquarium, The Children's Museum & downtown. There was also a Wal*Mart near & awesome restaurants to choose from. The room was nice & clean, the staff was helpful & extremely pleasant!

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was small but very clean. It is very close to many good restaurants and attractions. A great value for the price. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

I was astonished by the negative reviews. Our room was as clean as a whistle including the microwave and fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The heater was quiet and kept the room toasty warm. Only negative thing was the bedside clock didn't work and we heard the dumpster being emptied at 5 a.m. but you're going to have that anywhere you go. We would stay here again.

From reading the reviews I expected to walk in to the room with cockroaches laying in my bed smoking cigarettes and watching TV but it was fine.

needs maintenance, rooms not the cleanest but 3 minutes from my office. Good rate as well

Hotel run down and quite dirty, however very convenient. Price good as well

Fairly clean, comfortable, fridge, coffee maker, micro economical & convient

Light was off and asked to rfix it the first day and it was never fixed The radio when out on our 3 day and asked about four times to get it replaced or fixed, not fixed or repaired yet. the 2 day we where there when back to the room and it was not cleaned or beds maded up, the new towels was found throwed on the bed Would not recommend this dump hole to my worst enemy

The lady up front was very nice and clean. The room was like Norman Bates house....... Don't stay here!!!

This was the most disgusting hotel room I've ever seen. The first room we were put in the toliet did not flush. After 5 minutes in the second room my family & I were so grossed out by the room that we could not stay there. We had been on the road for 8 or 9 hours & were exhausted but we could not stay in that nasty room. We got back into the car & then had to drive another 8 or 9 hours with no sleep because the room conditions were so unacceptable.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I really felt like I was in sketchy nowhere. I had a non smoking room and the pillows and sheets reeked of smoke. The neighborhood around it was awful as well. I will not stay there again.
