I went to hotels.com because it was presented in all your advertising that I would receive a great price... well in all actuality i would have been better off just purchasing the room directly from baymount... I could have received 15 savings per night.... plus there would only have been ONE charge on my credit/debit card.... when getting the room you charged me and so did Baymont for the security.... so I will just go to the hotel directly in the future.. thanks

Very Nice place to stay, good breakfast and very clean.

One exit from a large mall and many restaurants. Two exits from the fast track into town. Great location.

It was a perfect hotel for an over night stay. It was clean and the staff was friendly, but the hot tub was broken during our stay and no one would answer the phone to fix it.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We only wish there were things closer to the hotel, as far as things to see. The only thing we noticed in our room was that the tv apparently had not been dusted in a while.

This place was pretty nice for the price. It was an older hotel but clean and comfortable. The room was very clean and the beds great. Unfortunately the room did not blackout to total darkness and it was difficult to control the temperature of the room. The lobby and breakfast area were nice but the hallways smelled like cleaning chemicals.

My husband and I had to go to Grand Rapids for the funeral of my grandmother and we were very pleased with this hotel. We had a single king suite which had plenty of room to accomodate all of the items required when traveling with an 11 month old baby (Pack and Play, etc). The room was very clean and there was no hesitation on our part to let our daughter crawl and walk around it. There was a very nice pool which was open until 11pm so we were able to do a little swimming (which our daughter loves) before bedtime. There is free WiFi in all the rooms and we had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffemaker available if we needed it. The free breakfast started at six am and was more than adequate for us to grab a quick bite (waffles, breads/muffins, hardboiled eggs, several cereals, biscuits/gravy, juice, etc) before heading to the funeral. It is located very close to I96 so we had no trouble getting on and off the freeway. It was also located near a Bob Evans restaurant so we were able to have a very satisfying dinner after we arrived. The remaining area was rather sparse (I believe there was another hotel and a gas station nearby) so I would not recommend this location if you want to be near multiple restaurants or the night life of the Grand Rapids area. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay for a few nights in the Grand Rapids area.

This place was great. The only small complaints we had were that there was a noise like a fan or pump from the bathroom or a neighboring room, so that we had to keep the bathroom door shut while we slept. In addition, we thought the evening clerk had told us that breakfast ended at 10, so when we showed up at 9:15 we were told that it closed at 9. That may have been a misunderstanding on our part. A sign should be posted somewhere about the times for breakfast. Two restaurants were close by so we just ate at one of them.

Baymont Inn & Suites Grand Rapids North 2151 Holton Court NW- Very nice hotel with convenient location to tons of shopping & dining on Alpine Ave and only 7 mins from Comstock Park . Great hghway/freeway access. Warm welcoming staff that were attentive to our needs. Nice clean pool/hot tub and the A/C in our room worked great. Hot breakfast was free & fabulous (hot homemade waffles, sausage ,etc) and staff very friendly. We have nothing but good to say about this hotel, we'd definitely stay here again! Reasonable prices too !

This hotel right off I-96 was exactly what I was looking for. Relatively new, nice breakfast with waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, juice, danish and muffins. Pool with hot tub and even a computer with internet access in the lobby. Was able to walk to McDonald's and Bod Evans and stop for gas @ Meijer before heading out. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in great shape, very pleasant. It is in a great location only 15-20 minutes to downtown. If you need to stay some place close to Meijer's head quarters this is a great place to stay.

We stayed here on our way to Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp. This hotel was convenient to the interstate and far enough out of Grand Rapids that we didn't run into traffic in the morning. Their pool is fantastic. They offered a supper and a breakfast. Both had hot dishes available. The breakfast was the typical cereal and donuts. Room was comfortable. People in the room above us kept jumping around well into the night but I never called the front desk, probably should have. Quick check in and check out. Good hotel stay. Location is right off the interstate but never heard traffic. Next to a gas station but didn't seem seedy.

Good hotel. Outdated a bit - but very comfy. Wifi worked - the only problem was while I was working at the desk in the room the A/C blew right on me. Overall good though. I'd stay there again.

Rooms were a bit smaller than average and the hallways as well. They only had one elevator and the breakfast area was rather small too, very crowded on Saturday morning. These inconveniences weighed out the cleanliness of the room and the frienliness of the staff so overall it was a nice stay. It was also a very short and easy ride to downtown Grand Rapids.

The desk staff was courteous and I was checked-in promptly. Clean comfortable lobby, complementary eating area across from the lobby. Lots of good choices, and OK for breakfast, but I would opt for a restaurant for dinner. The only complaint that I have is that the cleaning staff was using bleach as part of their cleaning chemicals. The smell was all but overpowering in the halls and in the room. Eventually it mostly aired out, but while I appreciate cleanliness there must be other chemicals with less fumes to endure. This is not meant as criticism of the cleaning staff, they did a good job of cleaning, but a suggestion to the hotel management to see if they can find a way to reduce or eliminate these strong fumes.

This hotel is a great location for west Michigan attractions, it is 45 minutes or less away from everything. The rooms were a little dated but they were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaints I have would be the breakfast was subpar and it was exactly the same food all 3 days I was there, seating was also limited in breakfast area. overall I would still recomend the hotel for its value, cleanliness, and location.

Room was short on towels, had to ask for more. Room was not cleaned until we asked. Pool area not maintained well, had to ask for towels each day and saw the same items of debris on the surrounding floor area 2 days in a row. When brought to mgt. attention, all issues were dealth with promptly, however. Breakfast could have used some fresh fruit. Price was good, though.

nothing special, but it was convenient to the highway and typical for a Baymont. No problems or complaints

what a great hotel for the price. very clean building and rooms . friendly and helpful staff. very satisfied. would come back again.

We were in town for a track meet in Kent City. This hotel was very easy to find and access. It was a successful trip and we would stay again. Nice breakfast for free too:)

Very clean and comfortable! Room rate is fair. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Breakfast was great. The pool was a tad chilly, but we got in. A great stay. We'll definitely return.

I really liked my stay, I wish I could find Baymont Hotels on all my travels.

THe bed was nice and soft just what i like.
