The staff was very friendly, there are a few fast food destinations as well as a gas station and mini mart very close by. The hotel is very clean, accommodating and relaxing. I also liked that they offered free crib usage for my youngest.

Very nice hotel. We had a large room with 2 king beds.Breakfast buffet was better than most

Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.

definitely would recommend this hotel to friends. The only downfall was the pool is rather small and the hot tub was broke. The service, staff, breakfast and room were all excellent.

if you need to get some rest from driving and spent the night this is a good location to do so.

Decent accomodations. Ok for a Country Inn/Suites. Would stay again.

Stayed here during some home construction. Not bad. Rooms could use some updated but are good in size, beds are comfortable, typical "hotel pillows" that go flat in 3 minutes. Staff very polite. Good breakfast

The hotel had a weird noise in the middle of the night that actually caused the bed to vibrate a little. I don't know if it was the laundry machines or what it was.

its ok for one night, wouldn't spend more than that , close to highway, very busy street, but convinent to downtown

Fabulous people! Fabulous room (2 bedroom suite on an amazing sweet deal!) Fabulous cookies! Nothing bad to say at all!

Most comfortable beds ever! And best breakfast selection. Very nice place to stay. A little pricey though.

A little pricey for the accommodations, good locale, great breakfast, pool and hot tub were nice, needs cleaning more.

I stayed here for one night while on business in the Lansing area and it worked out just fine. Very close to the interstate and 5-10 minutes away from a slew of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast at the hotel was outstanding.

I was a nice place to stay. The house keeping staff was helpful and accommodating as was the desk staff.

We had a great time during our stay, the staff was great and even allowed my kids to eat breakfast early because they were still awake at 5:30 am.

The hot tub was maybe 97 degrees as opposed to the pool which was a balmy 100+ degrees. We stayed here on New Years Eve 2011 and the hot tub was so ungodly hot that you couldnt stay in it very long and the pool was cold. I think some maintenance and upgrading needs to be done.

I've always loved Country Inn, and this one was just as wonderful. The hotel room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. And the service was very nice. I really enjoyed the breakfast too. Although I have to say, during a down pour of snow, the Direct TV stopped working for a while, but it wasn't so bad. I just wish they had the Starz channel.

Unfortuantly the hot tub jets did not work. We stayed two nights, but did not receive maid service after the first day. I tried to tell the clerk all this information when I checked out, but she was on a personal call and did not have time to wait.

overall the hotel was ok. the room was alittle smoky and loud. the property ac unit or generator was located on the roof over my room. it was really loud and hard to relax. i called the front desk to complain and they said there were nothing they could do because they were 100% booked. i felt there was something they could have down to accomodate me since the noise was unbearable. i was not well rested for my meeting the next day. the room was clean and the breakast was fine.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning and the sight of the lovely room and beds was very welcoming. The breakfast was very good, bacon, and waffles toast juices and cakes etc. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Very convenient location - easy on/off to 496 in Lansing, MI. Room was clean, beds comfortable as well as pillows. Bathroom was bright, clean and roomy. Shower had the bowed shower curtain which is always nice. Hotel was very quiet. Buffet breakfast was ample and good. Love the "individual" sized coffee maker. Complementary cookies are always yummy!

Hotel is located near the Capital and Cooley Law School. It is right off the highway. There is a restaurant and coffee shop within walking distance. Hotel is clean, quiet. The rooms are as the appear on the advertisement.

The rates were about $15 higher in my opinion for this room. I could hear people opening and closing their dresser drawers next door and having normal toned conversations!! Very thin walls!! Had to put my ear plugs in, then all was fine. The ladies at the front desk were so great and helpful so that makes things balance out a little better.

The room was clean and comfortable, parking was easy, breakfast was great. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby, though. I was happy with it the way it was.

I needed a cheap, clean, comfy hotel to stay in the night before an audition at MSU - and this hotel fit the bill perfectly. The hotel was very inviting upon walking in (Country Inns always are!), the front desk staff was very nice, the room/bathroom was large, clean, and comfortable. There was hot water available for me to make tea before I went to bed, which was awesome, and breakfast in the morning was very good. I would definitely stay here again!

We just needed a room before our early flight. We wanted a clean room, close to airport for a good price. That is what we recieved here. Only issue was with Hotels.com This room came with a free gift card. Since this was my first time using Hotels.com I needed to set up an account. When I did it processed the request. It did not allow me to go back and clain my gift card. I called them, they seemed confused but finally found it. They said they would send me an e-mail with access. I recieved the e-mail but it was just a conformation. Not happy!

really just there for conference at another location. hotel was clean, quiet, parking was excellent, could have had better lighting around the outside.

Affordable for the price, very comfortable room. Clean linens & 2 queen size bed rooms were spacious. Convenient to travel in the surrounding area. Customer service was nice and I would definitely stay again. I missed breakfast by a couple of minutes but the staff were very nice to allow me to take some coffee and pastries to go while they were putting the items away.

Have stayed here twice and will again in the future when I need to travel to Lansing. It is close to the interstate (very easy to find). The rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to the Lansing Mall and several well known restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Staff is very friendly.

The Country Inn & Suites in Lansing is an excellent hotel to stay at. It is right off the highway and very close to restaurants and shops on the Saginaw Highway. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Lansing. The lobby is very welcoming with its staircase as you walk in, it gives a very homey feeling.
