While the hotel staff was accommodating, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The sheets were not changed for our entire stay, the room was never vacuumed. empty containers were found under the furniture. The Breakfast buffet wasn't what we expected, ketchup was allowed to run out for two days. a nice surprise was the evening meal. will look for a better choice next time I am in the area

I made the reservation via Hotels.com. It was for 3 adults and a child. I did 2 queen beds. When we reached in the middle of the night, they said that we have 1 queen bed. The receptionist told that I have to call Hotels. com to make any change. Was very adamant about not accomodating. We did not call Hotels.com because we were too tired. We also had a child. They gave us a rollaway bed which was lousy. Overall service is very poor.

hotels.com made a mistake by reserving a suite for us with 2 rooms and 1 q/bed in each room, Hotels.com rep stated the suite has 2 Q/Beds in each room, we sorted that at the hotel we had to get an extra room thank god they had some open....

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at you hotel. It was close to all the activities we had planned to do and see. The breakfast was very good and the staff did not allow and item to run out and if it did the replaced it immediately. The only regret I had was that we were in a room where the next day they were wallpapering the hallway right in front of our room. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Strong smell of chorine from first floor indoor pool is a real first impression turnoff. Then, we arrive at "Queen Suite" and there is only ONE queen size bed!!!! Immediate response promised for second day call for two additional bath towels and more shampoo and conditioner never is fulfilled until second call is made a few HOURS later. Breakfast is mediocre at best and poorly organized. Not enough tables. Waffle machine placed in middle of food line causes massive log-jam. Older property. Will not return.

Only have 2 complaints. First the pillows are too short, they are like throw pillows for a couch. Second the internet room with 2 PCs are really outdated. I could not connect to my online banking since the browser was running IE6. Other than that, it was a great night's stay.

In town for a Christian men's conference. Great location convenient to restaurants and more.

Not to happy about maintenance people coming to our room claiming they were there to set the clocks in the room. It was 8:45 am and we were attempting to get ready when we were so rudely interrupted. Someone should have a talk with that maintenance person. Needing to set the clocks 5 days after the time change? Seriously doubt it, but don't know, we didn't let him in.

I stayed at two other Homewood Suites, College Station and Addison, and LOVED them! However the Grapevine hotel left a lot to be desired. It appeared it needed up dating. Our fitted sheet would not stay on the bed so we fought with it all night. Also didn't like that their was no door to the to the sink/vanity portion of the room. So when I was up earlier that my roommates the light light up the whole room and I couldn't use my hairdryer. Also the closet door were not in working order. The complimentary breakfast was not nearly as wonderful as the other Homewood Suites I've been to.

Hotel was fine from a location and room size standpoint, but the service was a disappointment. We had been told we could get a roller bed in our room when we called several days before only to find out there were none available once we arrived.

We take serveral trips to the Dallas area each year for shopping, Homewood Suites by Hilton is a great place to stay. It is within walking distance of the Grapevine Mills Mall. Just outside the mall parking lot are several good restaurants. The hotel has a friendly staff, the rooms are clean and spacious. We especially enjoy the free breakfast buffet (love their waffles). The pool and the exercise room are nice. We love the hotel and would recommend it.

Hotel was very clean. The rooms were great. Had a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite! It was perfect! The staff and manager were very friendly and knowledgeable!

The mattress was not firm enough to give me a good night's sleep; other than that, highly enjoyable stay.

Excellent location near the airport and Mall, excellent service and the staff was very nice. Shuttle service very fast to arrive to pick me up.

Our stay was memorable. Made us feel right at home with all it had available. The access to the mall was a plus! Thanks

Good location with it being next to the mall, but like most hotels you spend most of your time in bed sleeping. Mattresses need be changed and we found the extra blanket with stains. Not good.

This was a very nice hotel, perfect for families. The rooms are big, clean, and offered a living area with full kitchen, it even has a gas fireplace. I would recommend this hotel for sure, we had a very nice time.

No complaints on our stay! We were even given a room with a fireplace! Perfect for the chilly night.

Everything was great, we were able to get our room near friends, pool stays open late for kids, and the breakfast was wonderful it was a full spread not toast n muffins. The sleeper sofa was not very comfy, but few are. Couldn't ask for more.

Staff was great, room was great. Perfect for a family of 5.

This is a shoppers paradise.

The staff is very helpful, and always pleasant. We have stayed a lot, have family close by and every time our stay is wonderful. The breakfast is lovely and the dinners quite nice. Would highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I had a late flight into DFW and Homewood Suites were perfect. Comfortable king bed, spacious room and close to Grapevine Mills which is a great outlet mall. The staff gave us a generous late checkout as well as minding our bags before we took our free shuttle back to the airport.... Would most definitely stay at Homewood again....

I really enjoyed my week long stay and the staff was wonderful!

We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite. My kids loved the pool and basketball court. They could walk to Grapevine Mills mall.

I would easily stay here again. We went as a party of four with 2 rooms. Close to airport and shops. Clean comfy rooms. Good breakfast that was very satisfying. Only thing I could pick that was disappointing was all stores were closed till 10am. Hotel was good value for money. we were all very happy with our Internet choice.

Overall was a good experience. The hotel was conveniently located to our conference and a much better value than the hotel that hosted the conference just down the road. The previous guests in our booked room had obviously been smoking despite the hotel prohibition but the staff changed our room without any problem. The room was cleaned although rather late in the day some days. Good breakfast variety and this and internet was included in the room price. Would stay again if I am in the area. Hotel staff friendly and concerned for their guests. They even provided shuttle service to the other hotel for the conference.

We had expected a suite with 2 queen beds and pull out couch. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff and a clean welcoming lobby. When we got to our room we were surprised to find a living area with the expected pull out, a stocked kitchen, two separate bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. All was very nice. Beds were so comfortable. A pool was important to our travel plans. Not only was the pool and hot tub indoor and warm, there was a wonderful courtyard with gazebo, picnic tables, and a great basketball court. We were traveling with 6 children and all of them had a wonderful time and were content playing hide and seek in the very safe courtyard. This hotel exceeded our expectations on all levels and we will definitely make it our travel stop on future trips to the DFW area.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Each time was just as expected--very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast in the mornings have been very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay. Our friends even stayed there also. This hotel was very affordable. They are in a great location; right by the mall, Bass Pro Shop, historic Grapevine. We can't wait to stay there again!!

We booked a suite for a convention. We had planned on two of us sleeping in the two bedrooms with one on the pull out couch. The couch was awful, and the living room was so small it was impossible to move. Had to book another one bedroom suite. Breakfast is not good at all. We did not have the dinner. Hotel is clean, staff was very nice.

This hotel was close to everything that we went to the Dallas- Ft. Worth area to see. It's a very quiet hotel. We stayed on the 4th floor across from the elevator. There were 2 large groups there during our stay, a little legue baseball team and a family reunion. We never heard a peep from anyone. The room was clean, the only complaint is the shower head could not be adjusted, looks like it needed to be replaced, but it wasn't so bad the we felt the need to complain. There was plenty of parking, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was great. We would return to this hotel again.

great location, amenities and helpful staff, near airport and great shopping.

Wow! what a great hotel for the prices. Nice room with full kitchen. quiet and peaceful pool and spa. Nice Staff and choice of breakfast and dinner. I definely will come back this one again.

The price was too high . We expected more for the money we paid. The room had a funny smell. The sheets and pillows had an odor. It was late so we stayed, but would not choose this hotel again. The location however was great.
