I took my family there for a two day, one night trip and would totally recommend it to others. My family consists of my Wife, Myself and my two kids (1 year and 3 years). We got the King Bed Suite and it was perfect for a family our size. The Hotel put a Crib in the bedroom and our 3 year old slept on the pull out couch. The hotel is very clean/comfortable and the location is great. They even have a small indoor pool which was nice for the kids. I have stayed in many of the downtown Indianapolis hotels and for the price the Hilton Garden Inn is probably my favorite so far.

The staff was kind And helpful and it is located right off the circle. Rooms were quite and very clean.

If you want to stay at a good hotel in Indianapolis downtown, this is it. Pretty much everything in downtown is walking distance.

The hotel was in a great location downtown and the valets and hotel staff were very courteous. The rooms are recently renovated and well equipped. My only concern was that despite my room being non-smoking, it smelled like cigarette smoke upon entering the room each time... this is either tied to the fact that their is central air in the building, which offers smoking rooms as well, or some other reason that remains to be discovered... the reason I bring that up is my guest was asthmatic... other than that, the place was great and I would consider staying again, if the JW Mariott is fully booked again... You get what you pay for!

Everything was great and we would love to stay there again only make sure the shower has hot water, as ours did not. Don't mind spending that kind of money on a nice room but I need to take a hot shower.

Our family stayed at the Garden Hilton on January 22, 2012. The rooms are clean. The beds are so comfortable. The staff was excellent

went during christmas holiday and hotel was really fun. good location.

i hate restroom in this hotel, the shower is very very small and bad!

Had to have been beautiful ONCE. In need of a re-tooling job and some freshness all around. Cheap wooden shutters hide something on the second floor. also, there is a 13th. floor....

We had a fabulous stay. The room was very nicely done, and the staff went above and beyond all expectations to meet our needs, and were very friendly. Nice fitness center/pool/spa for a hotel downtown.

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was exceptional and the location was great. Made for a great weekend get-away

It was great.

The hotel staff was great when we had to find roll aways and extra bedding because hotel.com and/or the Hilton assigned us king beds instead of doubles when we stated we would have 4 to a room with reservations. The next day they found 3 doubles, and then 3 doubles again the following day. Three cheers to Hans for moving 6 rooms of luggage. He deserves a raise.

Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Despite a few things in my room that were wrong, the staff did everything to correct them. Would stay again.

Already have contacted customer service with Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis. Very unhappy with parking and condition of our room. Requested a non-smoking room, and didn't receive this..when asked to be moved, we were told there were no rooms available. We were told a room refresher could be brought to our room but we would need to be out of the room for at least 1 hour. (this type of machine ran all night and into the next day in the hallway near the elevator due to the order on the floor) Parking was not explained and the garage attached to the motel was no longer in contract with the motel..but sign was still listed in the garage.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was WONDERFUL! Staff was mostly friendly. The bed was also very comfortable.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The check in and out was very easy. This hotel is very close to monument circle. We had a great stay and were able to walk to all the attractions from our hotel. One plus to this hotel is that we never ran out of hot water when we took a shower as is often the case at many other hotels. If you don't move your car out of the garage once you park parking is only $9. If you do move it parking is $14. This is still less than what alot of other hotels charge in this area.

I was very disappointed upon arrival and check in at the hotel. We were supposed to have a king sized bed. What we ended up with was two doubles in a very small room, The pictures are deceiving to say the least!

The hotel is in a great location downtown. It has a great breakfast buffet where a cook makes you fresh waffles or pancakes or an omelet! The rooms have very high ceilings and are clean and updated. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable hotel. I would definitely stay again pleasure or business. Restaurant choices nearby are excellent. Chains but a good selection. Internet connection is free however it is not wireless.

Great location and really good price for a Thursday and Friday night in downtown Indy. Close to many restaurants and bars/pubs all within walking distance. Hotel was beautifully renovated and service was great. First time we booked using hotel.com and we were very pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend hotel and will most likely stay there again when in the area.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn while attending the 2011 Drum Corps International Championships. The Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Will stay there again!

Initially we were a bit let down with the Hilton Garden in Indy. The rooms seemed smaller than they appeared in the pictures online and it was quite a bit of a walk from Lucas Oil Stadium. That being said it was wonderful how quiet the hotel was at night. We couldnt hear hallway traffic, noisy neighbors or much outside traffic (with the exception of firetrucks passing at 5 am). Breakfast buffet was great. Customer service outstanding. Well taken care of at all times. The only things i would like the hotel to be aware of is #1 the hot tub was VERY VERY hot. You should check the temp of it and also the jets that go around the sides. They arent working properly. #2 Make sure you ASK the customer if they used the Valet all of their stay. We used it only one night and self parked the rest of our stay. Had i not asked to see our bill before we left, we would have been charged for three nights of valet service not used.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay in your spacious Hotel. The room was very comfortable, and very relaxing. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant, and the exercise facility. It is conveniently located and the parking garage was very favorable.

My 4 year old daughter and I stayed 2 nights. We had a wonderful view and the staff was very helpful when I needed directions to the nearest pharmacy. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and within walking distance to many different downtown attractions. The next time I stay in Indy, I'm staying here.

Great hotel and good location! We have enjoyed two stays in Hilton Garden Inn in Indy and been very happy. Location was ideal but walk home after dinner a little iffy. Great cookies and roomsevice excellent.

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to everything. The views from our rooms were great. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and would stay here again. The pool is on the small side for a hotel of this size.

Service was horrible. The only good employee interaction we had was the valet parking man. He was very helpful and friendly. The man behind the check- in counter barely made eye contact with us and spoke in a low deep voice, hard to understand. When asking him questions he answered with one word sentences in a dismissive attitude. Room was less than average, bed was uncomfortable. Place seemed pretty dirty for such a high rate per night. Hot tub wasn't functioning properly. Very unexpected and un-enjoyable. The brochure given at check in said that the bill for the stay would be slipped under the door by 6 am on the day of check out to ensure faster check out times. Never got it, waited in line for 15 min to check out. All- in- all there are worse hotels to stay in, but not for the price per night that we paid. Very poor experience. Will not return.

When I got to the hotel they didn't have my reservation and when the guy found me on a peace of paper he told me that they don't have the room type I booked. So they put me in two queen beds and the room was not what i expected the mirror that is n the door way was not able to latch it was broken so when u opened the door u had to hold mirror which is hard to do when u have a 2 year old in ur arms and 2nd the shower had a broken shelf . If I am rating for a nice room it should be better maintained . That is only fair. So no I would not go back to this hotel again

Excellent hotel in very convenient position Downtown. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms large and comfortable. Good breakfast. Good value. Close to Convention Centre. Plenty of places to eat close by - try the Hard Rock Cafe - good food but book or be prepared to wait.

The Hotel was nice & clean w/ a modern feel to it, but still had some of the old charm w/ it. Check in was a breeze, took about 2 minutes & got a free breakfast that we weren't expecting, came w/ booking the room I'm guessing. Room was spacious & clean also. Liked the bathroom, had nice granite wall surrounding the tub & granite countertop. Location was very convenient, not even a block from the Circle & about 2-3 blocks away from the mall w/ many restaurants & shops around. Really only a couple of small complaints, could've have had better reception on the tv, not all channels came in clear, & bed was a little more stiff than what I was expecting. Breakfast buffet was great! Overall stay was great!
