كانت أشجار النخيل رائعة! وخارج القطاع كان هناك الكثير لتعمله. كانت المواصلات لا تعمل بعد الساعة 8:00 مساء ولكن مع ذلك استمتعنا باقامتنا.

ذهبت إلى فيغاس لحضور احتفال التخرج مع ثلاثة من أصدقائي، لم نكن مغامرين، ذهبنا لحفلة حمام السباحة والحياة في المساء. اذا كان هذا ما تبحث عنه فهذا يعتبر الفندق الأفضل لتقضي فيه الوقت. الكازينو فيه كل شيء لكن ليس ضخما . من السهل أن تعثر على اصدقائك لتعود لغرفتك.

لم أكن أصدق أنه لايوجد آلة لصنع القهوة في الغرفة. على كل حال كان طاقم العمل ممتازًا. خيارات المطاعم كانت ممتازة ومتنوعة. أعجبني موقف السيارات المجاني ولكن لم أكن أقامر، لهذا كان الامر كله متعلق بالفندق بالنسبة لي.

في البداية أود أن أقول أنه لم يكن يمت بصلة لما حجزته على الانترنت. وعندما اشتكيت من ذلك لم يتم عمل شيء. كان الانترنت المجاني فيه مشاكل دائمة حيث لا يمكنك الاتصال. كان علي ان اتصل بخدمة العملاء بنفسي. لم يكن السعر يتناسب مع الجودة المقدمة، كان الجو باردًا في الشقة. كان المال الذي يدخروه للطوارئ مثيرًا للسخرية. ولذلك، فلا أنوي البقاء في The Palms مرة أخرى. فكما يبدو انهم يكابدون للحصول على المال وأنهم يسعون للحصول على كل ما يمكنهم من العميل.

يبدو أن الغرفة كانت من فندق صغير إن كان الأمر كذلك، ولجعل المور أسوأ فلقد كانت النظافة سيئة للغاية. ولا يستحق البقاء هناك.

Out of a hundred or so hotels I have stayed in, this is only one of two that I would not go back to. I understand that it is in Las Vegas but that does not mean I want to sleep in the middle of a club. Our room was literally shaking with the music that blared until 5 AM...yes, 5 AM. I ended up trying to sleep in the bathroom with no success. I was told that rooms farther from the pool are not as terrible but our stay was literally miserable. Multiple calls to the front desk resulted in an offer for a $30 food credit. Thanks but no thanks unless it is for something I could have stuffed in my ears. Unless you plan on staying out ALL NIGHT and don't care about sleeping anyway (because the music starts back up at the pool during the day), this is not the hotel for you. I won't be going back.

We stayed at one of the updated South Beach inspired theme room. Quite nice and modern. Like most Casio resorts, they charge a $22/night of resort fee per night on top of your basic rate. However, out breakfast buffet and wifi was included. Great value and cool hip vibe. Great pick if you have a car or else you would have to rely on thier shuttle to the strip

I was a little indecisive to book this hotel but went for it since MTV's "the real world" stayed here. Ha! I was actually pleasantly surpised on how satisfied I was! From the valet, the hotel clerks, free upgrade to the Ivory Tower (and they let us check in early, like 10AM). The free breakfat buffet daily was awesome! My bf loved the pool and also the bed, very comfy. I dont know why this hotel got bad reviews. I will stay here again without a doubt!

The Palms was a great place to stay. The food options were great and the buffet (especially the sunday brunch) were fantastic. Here are a few items some people might want to know: 1. If there is an event that lets out, just be sure to get to the taxi stand a bit earlier as the line will be a bit longer than normal. 2. It may be loud at night if there is an event at the pool. Diddy was hosting a party at the pool when we stayed and it was a bit noisy. We were jet lagged though so it didn't keep us up. However, some people might not like that. All other days it was very quiet and we weren't disturbed once. 3. Don't book grand canyon tours with the concierge. All the tours they offered were $50 more than just booking it online yourself. And on that note, the best option for the grand canyon is to rent a car especially if there are more than 2 people. The tour buses can take substantially longer (because they have to make more hotel stops) and if you split a car among the passengers it can be cheaper. The drive to the west rim is not difficult at all. 4. There is a free shuttle that goes to Caesars until about 8pm. If you can't make the shuttle for whatever reason, cabs to the middle of the strip (mirage/venetian) can run $15 - $20 so you might want to factor that into the cost of your trip. 5. This hotel was a lot less hectic than the hotels on the strip, but it definitely wasn't dead. It was a nice balance between peace and quiet and a fun energetic time.

Very pleasant stay. Room was spacious, clean and modern. The casino had a good feeling. Lot's of food choices. Would definitely stay there again.

I always enjoy staying at The Palms. It is off the strip but gives you everything you need to enjoy Las Vegas. The hotel is very well maintained, the staff is very efficient and willing to go the extra step to ensure your stay is enjoyable. I also would like to mention there are always random celebrities staying at The Palms that you bump into in the elevators, on the casino floors or in valet. I can't say enough about the wonderful experiences I have staying at The Palms.

Very updated bathroom, room was very clean and decor was modern. Had no issues.

I enjoyed this Hotel and everything about my stay. The only problem I had it that is that the quality of the food in the Buffet was not what I expected.

the room was so dirty we asked to be transferred but didn't get what we wanted.. the buffet was expensive yet all d food was cold.. wouldn't go back here..

Wasn't told the 2 free buffets were for breakfast only... Would have been nice to mention, who's up at 8-10 anyway? Should be free any of the 3 meals....

My stay at the Palms was not what I expected. I arrived at 1pm. Room was not available until 4:30. They expected you to wait in line each time to check on room status (they did offer to call, but when the call comes through, you have to get back in line). I think the experience is directly related to the other patrons as well. When I was there, some of the other guests were at a convention that did not bring in what I expect are typical Palms guests from some of my previous stays. Food and drinks are good. I recommend Scarlet and N9NE.

pros:room was spacious with couch sitting area and desk and a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom; the buffet was good quality and variety (and cheap with coupon); nice massage facility at adjoining palms place cons:off the strip so need to shuttle or taxi in, casino/lobby smokier than most on the strip, not enough chairs at pool

Our stay was fine. Nothing to exciting. They did upgrade us when we asked and gave us passes for the clubs in the hotel. We probably will not stay there again due to the location. It was to much of an inconvenience to drive to the strip.

The Palms is a very nice hotel. It can get pricey with the resort fees but overall it wasn't too bad. Good buffet as well.

This hotel is perfect if your are looking for a great place to stay off the strip. The price, service and comfort was great!

I booked a room at the Palms since it was much less expensive than the options on the strip. I figured that the lower price was because of the inconvenient location, but that was not the case. My room was dingy, the people at the front desk were extremely rude, and they tacked on an additional $20 fee per night above what I was quoted on Hotels.com. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the hotels on the strip.

I try to stay somewhere new everytime I go out to Vegas and this would probably be the only time I stay at the Palms. Not necessarily the worst hotel in the world, but there are definitely better ones for young adults (I'm 23). The rooms were small, pool was small, room service was terrible and the overall atmosphere was terrible. On a positive note, the cleaning staff was very nice and did a great job. The shuttle service was convenient since the hotel is not walking distance to the strip. Not a bad stay, but not memorable either - which I find important when coming to Vegas.

The best thing about The Palms was that housekeeping did a great job and the valet employees were friendly and helpful with our car. It ends there for this hotel. The woman who checked us in was one of the most unfriendly frontline employees I have met at a hotel, and I stay in a lot of hotels throughout the year, all over the country! She set the tone for our impression of the hotel. Remodeled room was nice, check out time left an awful taste...Called down for assistance with luggage and for our car. Waited for 15 minutes After we were told someone would be up. Called back down when no one showed up and the woman told me they wouldn't have someone come on till 7:00 a.m as the ONLY bellman had taken someone to the airport! Seriously that huge hotel had 1 bellman on duty, asked for manager as we had been sitting there waiting and had to catch our flight. Manager Brent proceeded to tell me that they did only have one on duty and we'd have to wait! I asked if they seriously couldn't just drop a cart for us and we'd take our own luggage to the car! All those employees and no one could bring up the cart, the manager could have wheeled the darn thing up himself...that would have been good customer service! The poor guy who finally showed up was probably the one who just got back, he was so out of breath and apologetic... If you're checking out and need help in the morning with luggage, you better call 4 hours before your flight!

I feel when you book a reservation all the costs should be included. When i checked out i was hit with a $22.40 resport fee. Not cool
